1Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:
2Sage den Kindern Israel: Welcher unter den Kindern Israel oder ein Fremdling, der in Israel wohnt, eines seiner Kinder dem Moloch gibt, der soll des Todes sterben; das Volk im Lande soll ihn steinigen.
3Und ich will mein Antlitz setzen wider solchen Menschen und will ihn aus seinem Volk ausrotten, daß er dem Moloch eines seiner Kinder gegeben und mein Heiligtum verunreinigt und meinen heiligen Namen entheiligt hat.
4Und wo das Volk im Lande durch die Finger sehen würde dem Menschen, der eines seiner Kinder dem Moloch gegeben hat, daß es ihn nicht tötet,
5so will doch ich mein Antlitz wider denselben Menschen setzen und wider sein Geschlecht und will ihn und alle, die mit ihm mit dem Moloch Abgötterei getrieben haben, aus ihrem Volke ausrotten.
6Wenn eine Seele sich zu den Wahrsagern und Zeichendeutern wenden wird, daß sie ihnen nachfolgt, so will ich mein Antlitz wider dieselbe Seele setzen und will sie aus ihrem Volk ausrotten.
7Darum heiligt euch und seid heilig; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.
8Und haltet meine Satzungen und tut sie; denn ich bin der HERR, der euch heiligt.
9Wer seinem Vater oder seiner Mutter flucht, der soll des Todes sterben. Sein Blut sei auf ihm, daß er seinem Vater oder seiner Mutter geflucht hat.
10Wer die Ehe bricht mit jemandes Weibe, der soll des Todes sterben, beide, Ehebrecher und Ehebrecherin, darum daß er mit seines Nächsten Weibe die Ehe gebrochen hat.
11Wenn jemand bei seines Vaters Weibe schläft, daß er seines Vater Blöße aufgedeckt hat, die sollen beide des Todes sterben; ihr Blut sei auf ihnen.
12Wenn jemand bei seiner Schwiegertochter schläft, so sollen sie beide des Todes sterben; ihr Blut sei auf ihnen.
13Wenn jemand beim Knaben schläft wie beim Weibe, die haben einen Greuel getan und sollen beide des Todes sterben; ihr Blut sei auf ihnen.
14Wenn jemand ein Weib nimmt und ihre Mutter dazu, der hat einen Frevel verwirkt; man soll ihn mit Feuer verbrennen und sie beide auch, daß kein Frevel sei unter euch.
15Wenn jemand beim Vieh liegt, der soll des Todes sterben, und das Vieh soll man erwürgen.
16Wenn ein Weib sich irgend zu einem Vieh tut, daß sie mit ihm zu schaffen hat, die sollst du töten und das Vieh auch; des Todes sollen sie sterben; ihr Blut sei auf ihnen.
17Wenn jemand seine Schwester nimmt, seines Vaters Tochter oder seiner Mutter Tochter, und ihre Blöße schaut und sie wieder seine Blöße, das ist Blutschande. Die sollen ausgerottet werden vor den Leuten ihres Volks; denn er hat seiner Schwester Blöße aufgedeckt; er soll seine Missetat tragen.
18Wenn ein Mann beim Weibe schläft zur Zeit ihrer Krankheit und entblößt ihre Scham und deckt ihren Brunnen auf, und entblößt den Brunnen ihres Bluts, die sollen beide aus ihrem Volk ausgerottet werden.
19Deiner Mutter Schwester Blöße und deines Vater Schwester Blöße sollst du nicht aufdecken; denn ein solcher hat seine nächste Blutsfreundin aufgedeckt, und sie sollen ihre Missetat tragen.
20Wenn jemand bei seines Vaters Bruders Weibe schläft, der hat seines Oheims Blöße aufgedeckt. Sie sollen ihre Sünde tragen; ohne Kinder sollen sie sterben.
21Wenn jemand seines Bruders Weib nimmt, das ist eine schändliche Tat; sie sollen ohne Kinder sein, darum daß er seines Bruders Blöße aufgedeckt hat.
22So haltet nun alle meine Satzungen und meine Rechte und tut darnach, auf daß euch das Land nicht ausspeie, darein ich euch führe, daß ihr darin wohnt.
23Und wandelt nicht in den Satzungen der Heiden, die ich vor euch her werde ausstoßen. Denn solches alles haben sie getan, und ich habe einen Greuel an ihnen gehabt.
24Euch aber sage ich: Ihr sollt jener Land besitzen; denn ich will euch ein Land zum Erbe geben, darin Milch und Honig fließt. Ich bin der HERR, euer Gott, der euch von allen Völkern abgesondert hat,
25daß ihr auch absondern sollt das reine Vieh vom unreinen und unreine Vögel von den reinen, und eure Seelen nicht verunreinigt am Vieh, an Vögeln und an allem, was auf Erden kriecht, das ich euch abgesondert habe, daß es euch unrein sei.
26Darum sollt ihr mir heilig sein; denn ich, der HERR, bin heilig, der euch abgesondert hat von den Völkern, daß ihr mein wäret.
27Wenn ein Mann oder Weib ein Wahrsager oder Zeichendeuter sein wird, die sollen des Todes sterben. Man soll sie steinigen; ihr Blut sei auf ihnen.

1Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés diciendo:
2Dirás asimismo á los hijos de Israel: Cualquier varón de los hijos de Israel, ó de los extranjeros que peregrinan en Israel, que diere de su simiente á Moloch, de seguro morirá: el pueblo de la tierra lo apedreará con piedras.
3Y yo pondré mi rostro contra el tal varón, y lo cortaré de entre su pueblo; por cuanto dió de su simiente á Moloch, contaminando mi santuario, y amancillando mi santo nombre.
4Que si escondiere el pueblo de la tierra sus ojos de aquel varón que hubiere dado de su simiente á Moloch, para no matarle,
5Entonces yo pondré mi rostro contra aquel varón, y contra su familia, y le cortaré de entre su pueblo, con todos los que fornicaron en pos de él, prostituyéndose con Moloch.
6Y la persona que atendiere á encantadores ó adivinos, para prostituirse tras de ellos, yo pondré mi rostro contra la tal persona, y cortaréla de entre su pueblo.
7Santificaos, pues, y sed santos, porque yo Jehová soy vuestro Dios.
8Y guardad mis estatutos, y ponedlos por obra: Yo Jehová que os santifico.
9Porque varón que maldijere á su padre ó á su madre, de cierto morirá: á su padre ó á su madre maldijo; su sangre será sobre él.
10Y el hombre que adulterare con la mujer de otro, el que cometiere adulterio con la mujer de su prójimo, indefectiblemente se hará morir al adúltero y á la adúltera.
11Y cualquiera que se echare con la mujer de su padre, la desnudez de su padre descubrió: ambos han de ser muertos; su sangre será sobre ellos.
12Y cualquiera que durmiere con su nuera, ambos han de morir: hicieron confusión; su sangre será sobre ellos.
13Y cualquiera que tuviere ayuntamiento con varón como con mujer, abominación hicieron: entrambos han de ser muertos; sobre ellos será su sangre.
14Y el que tomare mujer y á la madre de ella, comete vileza: quemarán en fuego á él y á ellas, porque no haya vileza entre vosotros.
15Y cualquiera que tuviere cópula con bestia, ha de ser muerto; y mataréis á la bestia.
16Y la mujer que se allegare á algún animal, para tener ayuntamiento con él, á la mujer y al animal matarás: morirán infaliblemente; será su sangre sobre ellos.
17Y cualquiera que tomare á su hermana, hija de su padre ó hija de su madre, y viere su desnudez, y ella viere la suya, cosa es execrable; por tanto serán muertos á ojos de los hijos de su pueblo: descubrió la desnudez de su hermana; su pecado llevará.
18Y cualquiera que durmiere con mujer menstruosa, y descubriere su desnudez, su fuente descubrió, y ella descubrió la fuente de su sangre: ambos serán cortados de entre su pueblo.
19La desnudez de la hermana de tu madre, ó de la hermana de tu padre, no descubrirás: por cuanto descubrió su parienta, su iniquidad llevarán.
20Y cualquiera que durmiere con la mujer del hermano de su padre, la desnudez del hermano de su padre descubrió; su pecado llevarán; morirán sin hijos.
21Y el que tomare la mujer de su hermano, es suciedad; la desnudez de su hermano descubrió; sin hijos serán.
22Guardad, pues, todos mis estatutos y todos mis derechos, y ponedlos por obra: y no os vomitará la tierra, en la cual yo os introduzco para que habitéis en ella.
23Y no andéis en las prácticas de la gente que yo echaré de delante de vosotros: porque ellos hicieron todas estas cosas, y los tuve en abominación.
24Empero á vosotros os he dicho: Vosotros poseeréis la tierra de ellos, y yo os la daré para que la poseáis por heredad, tierra que fluye leche y miel: Yo Jehová vuestro Dios, que os he apartado de los pueblos.
25Por tanto, vosotros haréis diferencia entre animal limpio é inmundo, y entre ave inmunda y limpia: y no ensuciéis vuestras personas en los animales, ni en las aves, ni en ninguna cosa que va arrastrando por la tierra, las cuales os he apartado por inmundas.
26Habéis, pues, de serme santos, porque yo Jehová soy santo, y os he apartado de los pueblos, para que seáis míos.
27Y el hombre ó la mujer en quienes hubiere espíritu pithónico ó de adivinación, han de ser muertos: los apedrearán con piedras; su sangre sobre ellos.

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
4And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:
5Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.
6And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
7Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.
8And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.
9For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
10And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11And the man that lieth with his father’s wife hath uncovered his father’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
12And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.
13If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
14And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.
15And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
16And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
17And if a man shall take his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister’s nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
18And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
19And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother’s sister, nor of thy father’s sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.
20And if a man shall lie with his uncle’s wife, he hath uncovered his uncle’s nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.
21And if a man shall take his brother’s wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother’s nakedness; they shall be childless.
22Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.
23And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
24But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.
25Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.
26And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
27A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
World English Bible
1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2“Moreover, you shall tell the children of Israel, ‘Anyone of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners in Israel, who gives any of his offspring to Molech shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone that person with stones.
3I also will set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people, because he has given of his offspring to Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
4If the people of the land all hide their eyes from that person when he gives of his offspring to Molech, and don’t put him to death,
5then I will set my face against that man and against his family, and will cut him off, and all who play the prostitute after him to play the prostitute with Molech, from among their people.
6“‘The person that turns to those who are mediums and wizards, to play the prostitute after them, I will even set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people.
7“‘Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am the LORD your God.
8You shall keep my statutes, and do them. I am the LORD who sanctifies you.
9“‘For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon himself.
10“‘The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, even he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11“‘The man who lies with his father’s wife has uncovered his father’s nakedness. Both of them shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon themselves.
12“‘If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death. They have committed a perversion. Their blood shall be upon themselves.
13“‘If a man lies with a male, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon themselves.
14“‘If a man takes a wife and her mother, it is wickedness. They shall be burned with fire, both he and they, that there may be no wickedness among you.
15“‘If a man lies with an animal, he shall surely be put to death; and you shall kill the animal.
16“‘If a woman approaches any animal and lies with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
17“‘If a man takes his sister—his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter—and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness, it is a shameful thing. They shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people. He has uncovered his sister’s nakedness. He shall bear his iniquity.
18“‘If a man lies with a woman having her monthly period, and uncovers her nakedness, he has made her fountain naked, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood. Both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
19“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, nor of your father’s sister, for he has made his close relative naked. They shall bear their iniquity.
20If a man lies with his uncle’s wife, he has uncovered his uncle’s nakedness. They shall bear their sin. They shall die childless.
21“‘If a man takes his brother’s wife, it is an impurity. He has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They shall be childless.
22“‘You shall therefore keep all my statutes and all my ordinances, and do them, that the land where I am bringing you to dwell may not vomit you out.
23You shall not walk in the customs of the nation which I am casting out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
24But I have said to you, “You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.” I am the LORD your God, who has separated you from the peoples.
25“‘You shall therefore make a distinction between the clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean. You shall not make yourselves abominable by animal, or by bird, or by anything with which the ground teems, which I have separated from you as unclean for you.
26You shall be holy to me, for I, the LORD, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be mine.
27“‘A man or a woman that is a medium or is a wizard shall surely be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones. Their blood shall be upon themselves.’”
