Bruch (Fraktur) anstelle von (für) Bruch (Fraktur), Auge anstelle von (für) Auge, Zahn anstelle von (für) Zahn, wie (was) er einem Menschen an Schaden (Missbildung, Verkrüppelung, Erwerbsunfähigkeit) gibt (beibringt), das (so) soll ihm gegeben (beigebracht) werden.

Rotura por rotura, ojo por ojo, diente por diente: según la lesión que habrá hecho á otro, tal se hará á él.

Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.

fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. It shall be done to him as he has injured someone.
