1“‘Vocês não farão para si ídolos, nem levantarão uma imagem de escultura ou uma coluna sagrada, e não colocarão nenhuma pedra esculpida em sua terra, para se curvarem diante dela; pois eu sou o SENHOR, o seu Deus.
2“‘Vocês guardarão os meus sábados, e terão reverência pelo meu santuário. Eu sou o SENHOR.
3“‘Se vocês andarem nos meus estatutos, guardarem os meus mandamentos e os praticarem,
4então eu lhes darei as chuvas no seu tempo, e a terra dará a sua produção, e as árvores do campo darão o seu fruto.
5A debulha se estenderá até a colheita da uva, e a colheita da uva se estenderá até o tempo da semeadura. Vocês comerão o seu pão até se fartarem, e habitarão seguros na sua terra.
6“‘Darei paz à terra, e vocês se deitarão, e ninguém os assustará. Farei desaparecer da terra os animais ferozes, e a espada não passará pela sua terra.
7Vocês perseguirão os seus inimigos, e eles cairão diante de vocês à espada.
8Cinco de vocês perseguirão cem, e cem de vocês perseguirão dez mil; e os seus inimigos cairão diante de vocês à espada.
9“‘Eu olharei para vocês com favor, os farei frutificar, os multiplicarei, e estabelecerei a minha aliança com vocês.
10Vocês comerão das provisões antigas, guardadas por muito tempo, e terão que retirar o velho para dar lugar ao novo.
11Armarei a minha tenda entre vocês, e a minha alma não os abominará.
12Andarei entre vocês, e serei o seu Deus, e vocês serão o meu povo.
13Eu sou o SENHOR, o seu Deus, que os tirei da terra do Egito, para que não fossem escravos deles. Quebrei as trancas do seu jugo, e os fiz andar de cabeça erguida.
14“‘Mas, se vocês não me ouvirem, e não praticarem todos estes mandamentos,
15e se rejeitarem os meus estatutos, e se a sua alma abominar as minhas ordenanças, de modo a não praticarem todos os meus mandamentos, mas quebrarem a minha aliança,
16eu também farei isto com vocês: trarei sobre vocês terror, tísica e febre, que consumirão os olhos e farão a alma definhar. Vocês semearão a sua semente em vão, pois os seus inimigos a comerão.
17Voltarei o meu rosto contra vocês, e vocês serão derrotados diante dos seus inimigos. Aqueles que os odeiam dominarão sobre vocês; e vocês fugirão quando ninguém os estiver perseguindo.
18“‘Se, apesar destas coisas, vocês não me ouvirem, então eu os castigarei sete vezes mais por causa dos seus pecados.
19Quebrarei o orgulho do seu poder, e farei o seu céu como ferro, e a sua terra como bronze.
20A sua força será gasta em vão; pois a sua terra não dará a sua produção, nem as árvores da terra darão o seu fruto.
21“‘Se andarem em oposição a mim, e não quiserem me ouvir, então trarei sete vezes mais pragas sobre vocês, de acordo com os seus pecados.
22Enviarei os animais selvagens entre vocês, que os roubarão de seus filhos, destruirão os seus rebanhos, e os reduzirão a um pequeno número. As suas estradas ficarão desertas.
23“‘Se por meio destas coisas vocês não se voltarem para mim, mas andarem em oposição a mim,
24então eu também andarei em oposição a vocês; e eu mesmo os ferirei sete vezes por causa dos seus pecados.
25Trarei sobre vocês uma espada que executará a vingança da aliança. Vocês se reunirão dentro das suas cidades, e eu enviarei a peste entre vocês. Vocês serão entregues nas mãos do inimigo.
26Quando eu quebrar o seu sustento de pão, dez mulheres assarão o seu pão em um único forno, e devolverão o seu pão por peso. Vocês comerão, e não se fartarão.
27“‘Se, apesar disso, vocês não me ouvirem, mas andarem em oposição a mim,
28então eu andarei em oposição a vocês com ira. Eu também os castigarei sete vezes pelos seus pecados.
29Vocês comerão a carne dos seus filhos, e comerão a carne das suas filhas.
30Destruirei os seus altos, derrubarei os seus altares de incenso, e lançarei os seus cadáveres sobre os cadáveres dos seus ídolos; e a minha alma os abominará.
31Deixarei as suas cidades em ruínas, e trarei desolação aos seus santuários. Não me agradarei do aroma suave das suas ofertas.
32Trarei desolação à terra, e os seus inimigos que nela habitam ficarão espantados com isso.
33Espalharei vocês entre as nações, e desembainharei a espada atrás de vocês. A sua terra será uma desolação, e as suas cidades ficarão em ruínas.
34Então a terra desfrutará dos seus sábados enquanto estiver desolada e vocês estiverem na terra dos seus inimigos. Mesmo então a terra descansará e desfrutará dos seus sábados.
35Enquanto estiver desolada, ela terá descanso, o descanso que não teve nos seus sábados quando vocês habitavam nela.
36“‘Quanto àqueles de vocês que sobrarem, enviarei pavor aos seus corações nas terras dos seus inimigos. O som de uma folha levada pelo vento os fará fugir; e eles fugirão, como quem foge da espada. Eles cairão quando ninguém os estiver perseguindo.
37Tropeçarão uns nos outros, como se fugissem da espada, quando ninguém os persegue. Vocês não terão poder para resistir diante dos seus inimigos.
38Vocês perecerão entre as nações. A terra dos seus inimigos os devorará.
39Aqueles de vocês que sobrarem definharão na sua iniquidade nas terras dos seus inimigos; e também nas iniquidades dos seus pais eles definharão com eles.
40“‘Se eles confessarem a sua iniquidade e a iniquidade dos seus pais, na transgressão que cometeram contra mim; e também que, por terem andado em oposição a mim,
41eu também andei em oposição a eles, e os trouxe para a terra dos seus inimigos; se então o seu coração incircunciso se humilhar, e eles então aceitarem o castigo da sua iniquidade,
42então eu me lembrarei da minha aliança com Jacó, da minha aliança com Isaque, e também da minha aliança com Abraão; e me lembrarei da terra.
43A terra também será abandonada por eles, e desfrutará dos seus sábados enquanto estiver desolada sem eles; e eles aceitarão o castigo da sua iniquidade porque rejeitaram as minhas ordenanças, e a sua alma abominou os meus estatutos.
44Apesar de tudo isso, quando estiverem na terra dos seus inimigos, eu não os rejeitarei, nem os abominarei, para destruí-los totalmente e quebrar a minha aliança com eles; pois eu sou o SENHOR, o seu Deus.
45Mas, por amor a eles, eu me lembrarei da aliança dos seus antepassados, que tirei da terra do Egito à vista das nações, para ser o seu Deus. Eu sou o SENHOR.’”
46Estes são os estatutos, as ordenanças e as leis que o SENHOR estabeleceu entre ele e os filhos de Israel no monte Sinai, por meio de Moisés.

1NO haréis para vosotros ídolos, ni escultura, ni os levantaréis estatua, ni pondréis en vuestra tierra piedra pintada para inclinaros á ella: porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.
2Guardad mis sábados, y tened en reverencia mi santuario: Yo Jehová.
3Si anduviereis en mis decretos, y guardareis mis mandamientos, y los pusiereis por obra;
4Yo daré vuestra lluvia en su tiempo, y la tierra rendirá sus producciones, y el árbol del campo dará su fruto;
5Y la trilla os alcanzará á la vendimia, y la vendimia alcanzará á la sementera, y comeréis vuestro pan en hartura, y habitaréis seguros en vuestra tierra:
6Y yo daré paz en la tierra, y dormiréis, y no habrá quien os espante: y haré quitar las malas bestias de vuestra tierra, y no pasará por vuestro país la espada:
7Y perseguiréis á vuestros enemigos, y caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros:
8Y cinco de vosotros perseguirán á ciento, y ciento de vosotros perseguirán á diez mil, y vuestros enemigos caerán á cuchillo delante de vosotros.
9Porque yo me volveré á vosotros, y os haré crecer, y os multiplicaré, y afirmaré mi pacto con vosotros:
10Y comeréis lo añejo de mucho tiempo, y sacaréis fuera lo añejo á causa de lo nuevo:
11Y pondré mi morada en medio de vosotros, y mi alma no os abominará:
12Y andaré entre vosotros, y yo seré vuestro Dios, y vosotros seréis mi pueblo.
13Yo Jehová vuestro Dios, que os saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para que no fueseis sus siervos; y rompí las coyundas de vuestro yugo, y os he hecho andar el rostro alto.
14Empero si no me oyereis, ni hiciereis todos estos mis mandamientos,
15Y si abominareis mis decretos, y vuestra alma menospreciare mis derechos, no ejecutando todos mis mandamientos, é invalidando mi pacto;
16Yo también haré con vosotros esto: enviaré sobre vosotros terror, extenuación y calentura, que consuman los ojos y atormenten el alma: y sembraréis en balde vuestra simiente, porque vuestros enemigos la comerán:
17Y pondré mi ira sobre vosotros, y seréis heridos delante de vuestros enemigos; y los que os aborrecen se enseñorearán de vosotros, y huiréis sin que haya quien os persiga.
18Y si aun con esas cosas no me oyereis, yo tornaré á castigaros siete veces más por vuestros pecados.
19Y quebrantaré la soberbia de vuestra fortaleza, y tornaré vuestro cielo como hierro, y vuestra tierra como metal:
20Y vuestra fuerza se consumirá en vano; que vuestra tierra no dará su esquilmo, y los árboles de la tierra no darán su fruto.
21Y si anduviereis conmigo en oposición, y no me quisiereis oir, yo añadiré sobre vosotros siete veces más plagas según vuestros pecados.
22Enviaré también contra vosotros bestias fieras que os arrebaten los hijos, y destruyan vuestros animales, y os apoquen, y vuestros caminos sean desiertos.
23Y si con estas cosas no fuereis corregidos, sino que anduviereis conmigo en oposición,
24Yo también procederé con vosotros en oposición, y os heriré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados:
25Y traeré sobre vosotros espada vengadora, en vindicación del pacto; y os recogeréis á vuestras ciudades; mas yo enviaré pestilencia entre vosotros, y seréis entregados en mano del enemigo.
26Cuando yo os quebrantare el arrimo del pan, cocerán diez mujeres vuestro pan en un horno, y os devolverán vuestro pan por peso; y comeréis, y no os hartaréis.
27Y si con esto no me oyereis, mas procediereis conmigo en oposición,
28Yo procederé con vosotros en contra y con ira, y os castigaré aun siete veces por vuestros pecados.
29Y comeréis las carnes de vuestros hijos, y comeréis las carnes de vuestras hijas:
30Y destruiré vuestros altos, y talaré vuestras imágenes, y pondré vuestros cuerpos muertos sobre los cuerpos muertos de vuestros ídolos, y mi alma os abominará:
31Y pondré vuestras ciudades en desierto, y asolaré vuestros santuarios, y no oleré la fragancia de vuestro suave perfume.
32Yo asolaré también la tierra, y se pasmarán de ella vuestros enemigos que en ella moran:
33Y á vosotros os esparciré por las gentes, y desenvainaré espada en pos de vosotros: y vuestra tierra estará asolada, y yermas vuestras ciudades.
34Entonces la tierra holgará sus sábados todos los días que estuviere asolada, y vosotros en la tierra de vuestros enemigos: la tierra descansará entonces y gozará sus sábados.
35Todo el tiempo que estará asolada, holgará lo que no holgó en vuestros sábados mientras habitabais en ella.
36Y á los que quedaren de vosotros infundiré en sus corazones tal cobardía, en la tierra de sus enemigos, que el sonido de una hoja movida los perseguirá, y huirán como de cuchillo, y caerán sin que nadie los persiga:
37Y tropezarán los unos en los otros, como si huyeran delante de cuchillo, aunque nadie los persiga; y no podréis resistir delante de vuestros enemigos.
38Y pereceréis entre las gentes, y la tierra de vuestros enemigos os consumirá.
39Y los que quedaren de vosotros decaerán en las tierras de vuestros enemigos por su iniquidad; y por la iniquidad de sus padres decaerán con ellos:
40Y confesarán su iniquidad, y la iniquidad de sus padres, por su prevaricación con que prevaricaron contra mí: y también porque anduvieron conmigo en oposición,
41Yo también habré andado con ellos en contra, y los habré metido en la tierra de sus enemigos: y entonces se humillará su corazón incircunciso, y reconocerán su pecado;
42Y yo me acordaré de mi pacto con Jacob, y asimismo de mi pacto con Isaac, y también de mi pacto con Abraham me acordaré; y haré memoria de la tierra.
43Que la tierra estará desamparada de ellos, y holgará sus sábados, estando yerma á causa de ellos; mas entretanto se someterán al castigo de sus iniquidades: por cuanto menospreciaron mis derechos, y tuvo el alma de ellos fastidio de mis estatutos.
44Y aun con todo esto, estando ellos en tierra de sus enemigos, yo no los desecharé, ni los abominaré para consumirlos, invalidando mi pacto con ellos: porque yo Jehová soy su Dios:
45Antes me acordaré de ellos por el pacto antiguo, cuando los saqué de la tierra de Egipto á los ojos de las gentes, para ser su Dios: Yo Jehová.
46Estos son los decretos, derechos y leyes que estableció Jehová entre sí y los hijos de Israel en el monte de Sinaí por mano de Moisés.

1Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
2Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
3If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
4Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
5And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
7And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
8And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
9For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
10And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
11And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
12And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
13I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
14But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
19And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
20And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
21And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
23And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
27And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
34Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
35As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
40If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
41And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
42Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
43The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
44And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God.
45But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
46These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.

2“‘You shall keep my Sabbaths, and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the LORD.
3“‘If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments, and do them,
4then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
5Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6“‘I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid. I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

15and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,
16I also will do this to you: I will appoint terror over you, even consumption and fever, that shall consume the eyes, and make the soul to pine away. You will sow your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it.
17I will set my face against you, and you will be struck before your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you; and you will flee when no one pursues you.

34Then the land will enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies’ land. Even then the land will rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.
35As long as it lies desolate it shall have rest, even the rest which it didn’t have in your Sabbaths when you lived on it.
36“‘As for those of you who are left, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. The sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword. They will fall when no one pursues.
37They will stumble over one another, as it were before the sword, when no one pursues. You will have no power to stand before your enemies.
38You will perish among the nations. The land of your enemies will eat you up.
39Those of you who are left will pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers they shall pine away with them.

46These are the statutes, ordinances, and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in Mount Sinai by Moses.
