Je vous le dis, il y aura, en ce jour-là, moins de rigueur pour Sodome que pour cette ville.

Malheur à toi, Corozaïn ! Malheur à toi, Bethsaïde ! Car si les miracles qui ont été faits au milieu de vous, l'avaient été dans Tyr et dans Sidon, elles auraient depuis longtemps fait pénitence, assises sous le cilice et la cendre.
¡Ay de ti, Corazín! ¡Ay de ti, Bethsaida! que si en Tiro y en Sidón hubieran sido hechas las maravillas que se han hecho en vosotras, ya días ha que, sentados en cilicio y ceniza, se habrían arrepentido.
Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

C'est pourquoi, il y aura, au jugement, moins de rigueur pour Tyr et pour Sidon que pour vous.

Les soixante-douze revinrent avec joie, disant : " Seigneur, les démons mêmes nous sont soumis en votre nom. "
Y volvieron los setenta con gozo, diciendo: Señor, aun los demonios se nos sujetan en tu nombre.
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

Au même moment, il tressaillit de joie sous l'action de l'Esprit-Saint, et il dit : " Je vous bénis, ô Père, Seigneur du ciel et de la terre, de ce que vous avez caché ces choses aux sages et aux prudents, et les avez révélées aux petits enfants. Oui, je vous bénis, ô Père, de ce qu'il vous a plu ainsi.
En aquella misma hora Jesús se alegró en espíritu, y dijo: Yo te alabo, oh Padre, Señor del cielo y de la tierra, que escondiste estas cosas á los sabios y entendidos, y las has revelado á los pequeños: así, Padre, porque así te agradó.
In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

Car, je vous le dis, beaucoup de prophètes et de rois ont désiré voir ce que vous voyez, et ne l'ont pas vu, entendre ce que vous entendez, et ne l'ont pas entendu. "
Porque os digo que muchos profetas y reyes desearon ver lo que vosotros veis, y no lo vieron; y oir lo que oís, y no lo oyeron.
For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Et voici qu'un docteur de la Loi, s'étant levé, lui dit pour l'éprouver : " Maître, que ferai-je pour posséder la vie éternelle ? "
Y he aquí, un doctor de la ley se levantó, tentándole y diciendo: Maestro, ¿haciendo qué cosa poseeré la vida eterna?
And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

Jésus lui dit : " Qu'y a-t-il d'écrit dans la Loi ? Qu'y lis-tu ? "
Y él le dijo: ¿Qué está escrito en la ley? ¿cómo lees?
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
He said to him, “What is written in the law? How do you read it?”
Il répondit : " Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout cœur, de toute ton âme, de toute tes forces et de tout ton esprit, et ton prochain comme toi-même. "
Y él respondiendo, dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios de todo tu corazón, y de toda tu alma, y de todas tus fuerzas, y de todo tu entendimiento; y á tu prójimo como á ti mismo.
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
Jésus lui dit : " Tu as bien répondu, fais cela et tu vivras. "
Y díjole: Bien has respondido: haz esto, y vivirás.
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

Mais cet homme, voulant se justifier, dit à Jésus : " Et qui est mon prochain ? "
Mas él, queriéndose justificar á sí mismo, dijo á Jesús: ¿Y quién es mi prójimo?

Jésus reprit : " Un homme descendait de Jérusalem à Jéricho ; il tomba entre les mains des brigands, qui le dépouillèrent, et l'ayant chargé de coups, se retirèrent, le laissant à demi-mort.
Y respondiendo Jesús, dijo: Un hombre descendía de Jerusalem á Jericó, y cayó en manos de ladrones, los cuales le despojaron; é hiriéndole, se fueron, dejándole medio muerto.
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

Le docteur répondit : " Celui qui a pratiqué la miséricorde envers lui. " Et Jésus lui dit : " Toi aussi, va et fais de même. "
Y él dijo: El que usó con él de misericordia. Entonces Jesús le dijo: Ve, y haz tú lo mismo.
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Le Seigneur lui répondit : " Marthe, Marthe, vous vous inquiétez et vous agitez pour beaucoup de choses.
