Lucas 10

Or après ces choses le Seigneur en ordonna aussi soixante-dix autres, et les envoya deux à deux devant lui, dans toutes les villes et dans tous les lieux où il devait aller.

Y DESPUÉS de estas cosas, designó el Señor aun otros setenta, los cuales envió de dos en dos delante de sí, á toda ciudad y lugar á donde él había de venir.

After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

Et il leur disait : La moisson est grande, mais il y a peu d’ouvriers ; priez donc le Seigneur de la moisson, qu’il pousse des ouvriers dans sa moisson.

Y les decía: La mies á la verdad es mucha, mas los obreros pocos; por tanto, rogad al Señor de la mies que envíe obreros á su mies.

Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

Then he said to them, “The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest.

Allez, voici, je vous envoie comme des agneaux au milieu des loups.

Andad, he aquí yo os envío como corderos en medio de lobos.

Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.

Go your ways. Behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.

Ne portez ni bourse, ni sac, ni souliers, et ne saluez personne dans le chemin.

No llevéis bolsa, ni alforja, ni calzado; y á nadie saludéis en el camino.

Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.

Carry no purse, nor wallet, nor sandals. Greet no one on the way.

Et en quelque maison que vous entriez, dites premièrement : paix soit à cette maison !

En cualquiera casa donde entrareis, primeramente decid: Paz sea á esta casa.

And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

Into whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace be to this house.’

Que s’il y a là quelqu’un qui soit digne de paix, votre paix reposera sur lui ; sinon elle retournera à vous.

Y si hubiere allí algún hijo de paz, vuestra paz reposará sobre él; y si no, se volverá á vosotros.

And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

If a son of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you.

Et demeurez dans cette maison, mangeant et buvant de ce qui sera mis devant vous ; car l’ouvrier est digne de son salaire. Ne passez point de maison en maison.

Y posad en aquella misma casa, comiendo y bebiendo lo que os dieren; porque el obrero digno es de su salario. No os paséis de casa en casa.

And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

Remain in that same house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Don’t go from house to house.

Et en quelque ville que vous entriez, et qu’on vous reçoive, mangez de ce qui sera mis devant vous.

Y en cualquier ciudad donde entrareis, y os recibieren, comed lo que os pusieren delante;

And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:

Into whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat the things that are set before you.

Et guérissez les malades qui y seront, et dites-leur : Le Royaume de Dieu est approché de vous.

Y sanad los enfermos que en ella hubiere, y decidles: Se ha llegado á vosotros el reino de Dios.

And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’

Mais en quelque ville que vous entriez, si on ne vous reçoit point, sortez dans ses rues, et dites :

Mas en cualquier ciudad donde entrareis, y no os recibieren, saliendo por sus calles, decid:

But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,

But into whatever city you enter and they don’t receive you, go out into its streets and say,

Nous secouons contre vous-mêmes la poussière de votre ville qui s’est attachée à nous ; toutefois sachez que le Royaume de Dieu est approché de vous.

Aun el polvo que se nos ha pegado de vuestra ciudad á nuestros pies, sacudimos en vosotros: esto empero sabed, que el reino de los cielos se ha llegado á vosotros.

Even the very dust of your city, which cleaveth on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be ye sure of this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

‘Even the dust from your city that clings to us, we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’

Et je vous dis, qu’en cette journée-là ceux de Sodome seront traités moins rigoureusement que cette ville-là.

Y os digo que los de Sodoma tendrán más remisión aquel día, que aquella ciudad.

But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.

I tell you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city.

Malheur à toi Chorazin, malheur à toi Bethsaïda ! car si les miracles qui ont été faits au milieu de vous avaient été faits dans Tyr et dans Sidon, il y a longtemps qu’elles se seraient repenties, couvertes d’un sac, et assises sur la cendre.

¡Ay de ti, Corazín! ¡Ay de ti, Bethsaida! que si en Tiro y en Sidón hubieran sido hechas las maravillas que se han hecho en vosotras, ya días ha que, sentados en cilicio y ceniza, se habrían arrepentido.

Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

C’est pourquoi Tyr et Sidon seront traitées moins rigoureusement que vous au jour du jugement.

Por tanto, Tiro y Sidón tendrán más remisión que vosotras en el juicio.

But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.

But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment than for you.

Et toi Capernaüm, qui as été élevée jusqu’au ciel, tu seras abaissée jusque dans l’enfer.

Y tú, Capernaum, que hasta los cielos estás levantada, hasta los infiernos serás abajada.

And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

You, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades.

Celui qui vous écoute, m’écoute ; et celui qui vous rejette, me rejette ; or celui qui me rejette, rejette celui qui m a envoyé.

El que á vosotros oye, á mí oye; y el que á vosotros desecha, á mí desecha; y el que á mí desecha, desecha al que me envió.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever rejects you rejects me. Whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.”

Or les soixante-dix s’en revinrent avec joie, en disant : Seigneur, les démons mêmes nous sont assujettis en ton Nom.

Y volvieron los setenta con gozo, diciendo: Señor, aun los demonios se nos sujetan en tu nombre.

And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”

Et il leur dit : je contemplais satan tombant du ciel comme un éclair.

Y les dijo: Yo veía á Satanás, como un rayo, que caía del cielo.

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

He said to them, “I saw Satan having fallen like lightning from heaven.

Voici, je vous donne la puissance de marcher sur les serpents et sur les scorpions, et sur toute la force de l’ennemi ; et rien ne vous nuira.

He aquí os doy potestad de hollar sobre las serpientes y sobre los escorpiones, y sobre toda fuerza del enemigo, y nada os dañará.

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you.

Toutefois ne vous réjouissez pas de ce que les esprits vous sont assujettis, mais plutôt réjouissez-vous de ce que vos noms sont écrits dans les cieux.

Mas no os gocéis de esto, que los espíritus se os sujetan; antes gozaos de que vuestros nombres están escritos en los cielos.

Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

Nevertheless, don’t rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

En ce même instant Jésus se réjouit en esprit, et dit : je te loue, ô Père ! Seigneur du ciel et de la terre, de ce que tu as caché ces choses aux sages et aux intelligents, et que tu les as révélées aux petits enfants ; il est ainsi, ô Père ! parce que telle a été ta bonne volonté.

En aquella misma hora Jesús se alegró en espíritu, y dijo: Yo te alabo, oh Padre, Señor del cielo y de la tierra, que escondiste estas cosas á los sabios y entendidos, y las has revelado á los pequeños: así, Padre, porque así te agradó.

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.

In that same hour, Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.”

Toutes choses m’ont été données en main par mon Père ; et personne ne connaît qui est le Fils, sinon le Père ; ni qui est le Père, sinon le Fils ; et celui à qui le Fils l’aura voulu révéler.

Todas las cosas me son entregadas de mi Padre: y nadie sabe quién sea el Hijo sino el Padre; ni quién sea el Padre, sino el Hijo, y á quien el Hijo lo quisiere revelar.

All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

Turning to the disciples, he said, “All things have been delivered to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son desires to reveal him.”

Puis se tournant vers ses Disciples, il leur dit en particulier : bienheureux sont les yeux qui voient ce que vous voyez.

Y vuelto particularmente á los discípulos, dijo: Bienaventurados los ojos que ven lo que vosotros veis:

And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:

Turning to the disciples, he said privately, “Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see,

Car je vous dis, que plusieurs Prophètes et plusieurs Rois ont désiré de voir les choses que vous voyez, et ils ne les ont point vues, et d’ouïr les choses que vous entendez, et ils ne les ont point entendues.

Porque os digo que muchos profetas y reyes desearon ver lo que vosotros veis, y no lo vieron; y oir lo que oís, y no lo oyeron.

For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

for I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see the things which you see, and didn’t see them, and to hear the things which you hear, and didn’t hear them.”

Alors voici, un Docteur de la Loi s’étant levé pour l’éprouver lui dit : Maître, que dois-je faire pour avoir la vie éternelle ?

Y he aquí, un doctor de la ley se levantó, tentándole y diciendo: Maestro, ¿haciendo qué cosa poseeré la vida eterna?

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

Behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tested him, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?”

Et il lui dit : qu’est-il écrit dans la Loi ? comment lis-tu ?

Y él le dijo: ¿Qué está escrito en la ley? ¿cómo lees?

He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

He said to him, “What is written in the law? How do you read it?”

Et il répondit, et dit : tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout ton coeur, et de toute ton âme, et de toute ta force, et de toute ta pensée ; et ton prochain comme toi-même.

Y él respondiendo, dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios de todo tu corazón, y de toda tu alma, y de todas tus fuerzas, y de todo tu entendimiento; y á tu prójimo como á ti mismo.

And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”

Et Jésus lui dit : tu as bien répondu ; fais cela, et tu vivras.

Y díjole: Bien has respondido: haz esto, y vivirás.

And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

He said to him, “You have answered correctly. Do this, and you will live.”

Mais lui se voulant justifier, dit à Jésus : et qui est mon prochain ?

Mas él, queriéndose justificar á sí mismo, dijo á Jesús: ¿Y quién es mi prójimo?

But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?

But he, desiring to justify himself, asked Jesus, “Who is my neighbor?”

Et Jésus répondant, lui dit : un homme descendait de Jérusalem à Jéricho, et il tomba entre les mains des voleurs, qui le dépouillèrent, et qui après l’avoir blessé de plusieurs coups, s’en allèrent, le laissant à demi-mort.

Y respondiendo Jesús, dijo: Un hombre descendía de Jerusalem á Jericó, y cayó en manos de ladrones, los cuales le despojaron; é hiriéndole, se fueron, dejándole medio muerto.

And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

Jesus answered, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

Or par rencontre un Sacrificateur descendait par le même chemin, et quand il le vit, il passa de l’autre côté.

Y aconteció, que descendió un sacerdote por aquel camino, y viéndole, se pasó de un lado.

And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

Un Lévite aussi étant arrivé en cet endroit-là, et voyant cet homme, passa tout de même de l’autre côté.

Y asimismo un Levita, llegando cerca de aquel lugar, y viéndole, se pasó de un lado.

And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side.

Mais un Samaritain faisant son chemin vint à lui, et le voyant il fut touché de compassion.

Mas un Samaritano que transitaba, viniendo cerca de él, y viéndole, fué movido á misericordia;

But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

Et s’approchant lui banda ses plaies, et y versa de l’huile et du vin ; puis le mit sur sa propre monture, et le mena dans l’hôtellerie, et eut soin de lui.

Y llegándose, vendó sus heridas, echándoles aceite y vino; y poniéndole sobre su cabalgadura, llevóle al mesón, y cuidó de él.

And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

Et le lendemain en partant il tira de sa bourse deux deniers, et les donna à l’hôte, en lui disant : aie soin de lui ; et tout ce que tu dépenseras de plus, je te le rendrai à mon retour.

Y otro día al partir, sacó dos denarios, y diólos al huésped, y le dijo: Cuídamele; y todo lo que de más gastares, yo cuando vuelva te lo pagaré.

And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the host, and said to him, ‘Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.’

Lequel donc de ces trois te semble-t-il avoir été le prochain de celui qui était tombé entre les mains des voleurs ?

¿Quién, pues, de estos tres te parece que fué el prójimo de aquél que cayó en manos de los ladrones?

Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?”

Il répondit : c’est celui qui a usé de miséricorde envers lui. Jésus donc lui dit : va, et toi aussi fais de même.

Y él dijo: El que usó con él de misericordia. Entonces Jesús le dijo: Ve, y haz tú lo mismo.

And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

He said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”

Et il arriva comme ils s’en allaient, qu’il entra dans une bourgade ; et une femme nommée Marthe le reçut dans sa maison.

Y aconteció que yendo, entró él en una aldea: y una mujer llamada Marta, le recibió en su casa.

Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

As they went on their way, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

Et elle avait une soeur nommée Marie, qui se tenant assise aux pieds de Jésus, écoutait sa parole.

Y ésta tenía una hermana que se llamaba María, la cual sentándose á los pies de Jesús, oía su palabra.

And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.

She had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard his word.

Mais Marthe était distraite par divers soins ; et étant venue à Jésus, elle dit : Seigneur, ne te soucies-tu point que ma soeur me laisse servir toute seule, dis-lui donc qu’elle m’aide de son côté.

Empero Marta se distraía en muchos servicios; y sobreviniendo, dice: Señor, ¿no tienes cuidado que mi hermana me deja servir sola? Dile pues, que me ayude.

But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.”

Et Jésus répondant, lui dit : Marthe, Marthe, tu t’inquiètes et tu t’agites pour beaucoup de choses ;

Pero respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Marta, Marta, cuidadosa estás, y con las muchas cosas estás turbada:

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:

Jesus answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things,

Mais une chose est nécessaire ; et Marie a choisi la bonne part, qui ne lui sera point ôtée.

Empero una cosa es necesaria; y María escogió la buena parte, la cual no le será quitada.

But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

but one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
