Wo bittet unter euch ein Sohn den Vater urns Brot, der ihm einen Stein dafür biete? und so er um einen Fisch bittet, der ihm eine Schlange fur den Fisch biete?

¿Y cuál padre de vosotros, si su hijo le pidiere pan, le dará una piedra? ó, si pescado, ¿en lugar de pescado, le dará una serpiente?

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

“Which of you fathers, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he won’t give him a snake instead of a fish, will he?
