Lucas 11

Et il arriva, comme il était en prière en un certain lieu, qu’après qu’il eut cessé de prier, quelqu’un de ses Disciples lui dit : Seigneur, enseigne-nous à prier, ainsi que Jean a enseigné ses Disciples.

Y ACONTECIÓ que estando él orando en un lugar, como acabó, uno de sus discípulos le dijo: Señor, enséñanos á orar, como también Juan enseñó á sus discípulos.

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

When he finished praying in a certain place, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John also taught his disciples.”

Et il leur dit : quand vous prierez, dites : Notre Père qui es aux cieux, ton Nom soit sanctifié. Ton Règne vienne. Ta volonté soit faite en la terre comme au ciel.

Y les dijo: Cuando orareis, decid: Padre nuestro que estás en los cielos; sea tu nombre santificado. Venga tu reino. Sea hecha tu voluntad, como en el cielo, así también en la tierra.

And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

He said to them, “When you pray, say, ‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

Donne-nous chaque jour notre pain quotidien.

El pan nuestro de cada día, dánoslo hoy.

Give us day by day our daily bread.

Give us day by day our daily bread.

Et pardonne-nous nos péchés ; car nous quittons aussi les dettes à tous ceux qui nous doivent. Et ne nous induis point en tentation, mais délivre-nous du mal.

Y perdónanos nuestros pecados, porque también nosotros perdonamos á todos los que nos deben. Y no nos metas en tentación, mas líbranos del malo.

And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’”

Puis il leur dit : qui sera celui d’entre vous, lequel ayant un ami qui aille à lui sur le minuit, et lui dise : Mon ami, prête moi trois pains ;

Díjoles también: ¿Quién de vosotros tendrá un amigo, é irá á él á media noche, y le dirá: Amigo, préstame tres panes,

And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

He said to them, “Which of you, if you go to a friend at midnight and tell him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread,

Car un de mes amis m’est survenu en passant, et je n’ai rien pour lui présenter.

Porque un amigo mío ha venido á mí de camino, y no tengo qué ponerle delante;

For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

for a friend of mine has come to me from a journey, and I have nothing to set before him,’

Et que celui qui est dedans réponde et dise : ne m’importune point ; car ma porte est déjà fermée, et mes petits enfants sont avec moi au lit ; je ne puis me lever pour t’en donner.

Y el de dentro respondiendo, dijere: No me seas molesto; la puerta está ya cerrada, y mis niños están conmigo en cama; no puedo levantarme, y darte?

And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

and he from within will answer and say, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed. I can’t get up and give it to you’?

Je vous dis, qu’encore qu’il ne se lève point pour lui en donner à cause qu’il est son ami, il se lèvera pourtant à cause de son importunité, et lui en donnera autant qu’il en aura besoin.

Os digo, que aunque no se levante á darle por ser su amigo, cierto por su importunidad se levantará, y le dará todo lo que habrá menester.

I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

I tell you, although he will not rise and give it to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence, he will get up and give him as many as he needs.

Ainsi je vous dis : demandez, et il vous sera donné ; cherchez, et vous trouverez ; heurtez, et il vous sera ouvert.

Y yo os digo: Pedid, y se os dará; buscad, y hallaréis; llamad, y os será abierto.

And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

“I tell you, keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you.

Car quiconque demande, reçoit ; et quiconque cherche, trouve ; et il sera ouvert à celui qui heurte.

Porque todo aquel que pide, recibe; y el que busca, halla; y al que llama, se abre.

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.

Que si un enfant demande du pain à quelqu’un d’entre vous qui soit son père, lui donnera-t-il une pierre ? Ou, s’il demande du poisson, lui donnera-t-il, au lieu du poisson, un serpent ?

¿Y cuál padre de vosotros, si su hijo le pidiere pan, le dará una piedra? ó, si pescado, ¿en lugar de pescado, le dará una serpiente?

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

“Which of you fathers, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he won’t give him a snake instead of a fish, will he?

Ou, s’il demande un oeuf, lui donnera-t-il un scorpion ?

O, si le pidiere un huevo, ¿le dará un escorpión?

Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

Or if he asks for an egg, he won’t give him a scorpion, will he?

Si donc vous qui êtes méchants, savez bien donner à vos enfants de bonnes choses, combien plus votre Père céleste donnera-t-il le Saint-Esprit à ceux qui le lui demandent ?

Pues si vosotros, siendo malos, sabéis dar buenas dádivas á vuestros hijos, ¿cuánto más vuestro Padre celestial dará el Espíritu Santo á los que lo pidieren de él?

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?”

Alors il chassa un démon qui était muet ; et il arriva que quand le démon fut sorti, le muet parla ; et les troupes s’en étonnèrent.

Y estaba él lanzando un demonio, el cual era mudo: y aconteció que salido fuera el demonio, el mudo habló, y las gentes se maravillaron.

And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.

He was casting out a demon, and it was mute. When the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke; and the multitudes marveled.

Et quelques-uns d’entre eux dirent : c’est par Béelzebul, prince des démons, qu’il chasse les démons.

Mas algunos de ellos decían: En Beelzebub, príncipe de los demonios, echa fuera los demonios.

But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

But some of them said, “He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.”

Mais les autres pour l’éprouver, lui demandaient un miracle du ciel.

Y otros, tentando, pedían de él señal del cielo.

And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.

Others, testing him, sought from him a sign from heaven.

Mais lui connaissant leurs pensées, leur dit : tout Royaume divisé contre soi-même sera réduit en désert ; et toute maison divisée contre elle-même tombe en ruine.

Mas él, conociendo los pensamientos de ellos, les dijo: Todo reino dividido contra sí mismo, es asolado; y una casa dividida contra sí misma, cae.

But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.

But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation. A house divided against itself falls.

Que si satan est aussi divisé contre lui-même, comment subsistera son règne ? Car vous dites que je chasse les démons par Béelzebul.

Y si también Satanás está dividido contra sí mismo, ¿cómo estará en pie su reino? porque decís que en Beelzebub echo yo fuera los demonios.

If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.

If Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Beelzebul.

Que si je chasse les démons par Béelzebul, vos fils par qui les chassent-ils ? c’est pourquoi ils seront eux-mêmes vos juges.

Pues si yo echo fuera los demonios en Beelzebub, ¿vuestros hijos en quién los echan fuera? Por tanto, ellos serán vuestros jueces.

And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.

But if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.

Mais si je chasse les démons par le doigt de Dieu, certes le Règne de Dieu est parvenu à vous.

Mas si por el dedo de Dios echo yo fuera los demonios, cierto el reino de Dios ha llegado á vosotros.

But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.

But if I by God’s finger cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come to you.

Quand un homme fort et bien armé garde son hôtel, les choses qu’il a sont en sûreté.

Cuando el fuerte armado guarda su atrio, en paz está lo que posee.

When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:

“When the strong man, fully armed, guards his own dwelling, his goods are safe.

Mais s’il en survient un autre plus fort que lui, qui le surmonte, il lui ôte toutes ses armes auxquelles il se confiait, et fait le partage de ses dépouilles.

Mas si sobreviniendo otro más fuerte que él, le venciere, le toma todas sus armas en que confiaba, y reparte sus despojos.

But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

But when someone stronger attacks him and overcomes him, he takes from him his whole armor in which he trusted, and divides his plunder.

Celui qui n’est point avec moi, est contre moi ; et celui qui n’assemble point avec moi, il disperse.

El que no es conmigo, contra mí es; y el que conmigo no recoge, desparrama.

He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

“He who is not with me is against me. He who doesn’t gather with me scatters.

Quand l’esprit immonde est sorti d’un homme, il va par des lieux secs, cherchant du repos ; et n’en trouvant point, il dit : je retournerai dans ma maison, d’où je suis sorti.

Cuando el espíritu inmundo saliere del hombre, anda por lugares secos, buscando reposo; y no hallándolo, dice: Me volveré á mi casa de donde salí.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

The unclean spirit, when he has gone out of the man, passes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will turn back to my house from which I came out.’

Et y étant venu, il la trouve balayée et parée.

Y viniendo, la halla barrida y adornada.

And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

When he returns, he finds it swept and put in order.

Alors il s’en va, et prend avec soi sept autres esprits plus méchants que lui, et ils entrent et demeurent là ; de sorte que la dernière condition de cet homme-là est pire que la première.

Entonces va, y toma otros siete espíritus peores que él; y entrados, habitan allí: y lo postrero del tal hombre es peor que lo primero.

Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

Then he goes and takes seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first.”

Or il arriva comme il disait ces choses, qu’une femme d’entre les troupes éleva sa voix, et lui dit : bienheureux est le ventre qui t’a porté, et les mamelles que tu as tétées.

Y aconteció que diciendo estas cosas, una mujer de la compañía, levantando la voz, le dijo: Bienaventurado el vientre que te trajo, y los pechos que mamaste.

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

It came to pass, as he said these things, a certain woman out of the multitude lifted up her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts which nursed you!”

Et il dit : mais plutôt bienheureux sont ceux qui écoutent la parole de Dieu, et qui la gardent.

Y él dijo: Antes bienaventurados los que oyen la palabra de Dios, y la guardan.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”

Et comme les troupes s’amassaient, il se mit à dire : cette génération est méchante ; elle demande un miracle, mais il ne lui sera point accordé d’autre miracle, que le miracle de Jonas le Prophète.

Y juntándose las gentes á él, comenzó á decir: Esta generación mala es: señal busca, mas señal no le será dada, sino la señal de Jonás.

And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.

When the multitudes were gathering together to him, he began to say, “This is an evil generation. It seeks after a sign. No sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet.

Car comme Jonas fut un signe à ceux de Ninive, ainsi le Fils de l’homme en sera un à cette génération.

Porque como Jonás fué señal á los Ninivitas, así también será el Hijo del hombre á esta generación.

For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.

For even as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so the Son of Man will also be to this generation.

La Reine du Midi se lèvera au jour du jugement contre les hommes de cette génération, et les condamnera ; parce qu’elle vint du bout de la terre pour entendre la sagesse de Salomon ; et voici, il y a ici plus que Salomon.

La reina del Austro se levantará en juicio con los hombres de esta generación, y los condenará; porque vino de los fines de la tierra á oir la sabiduría de Salomón; y he aquí más que Salomón en este lugar.

The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

The Queen of the South will rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation and will condemn them, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, one greater than Solomon is here.

Les gens de Ninive se lèveront au jour du jugement contre cette génération, et la condamneront ; parce qu’ils se sont repentis à la prédication de Jonas ; et voici, il y a ici plus que Jonas.

Los hombres de Nínive se levantarán en juicio con esta generación, y la condenarán; porque á la predicación de Jonás se arrepintieron; y he aquí más que Jonás en este lugar.

The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

The men of Nineveh will stand up in the judgment with this generation, and will condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, one greater than Jonah is here.

Or nul qui allume une lampe, ne la met dans un lieu caché, ou sous un boisseau, mais sur un chandelier, afin que ceux qui entrent, voient la lumière.

Nadie pone en oculto la antorcha encendida, ni debajo del almud, sino en el candelero, para que los que entran vean la luz.

No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

“No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, that those who come in may see the light.

La lumière du corps c’est l’oeil : si donc ton oeil est net, tout ton corps aussi sera éclairé ; mais s’il est mauvais, ton corps aussi sera ténébreux.

La antorcha del cuerpo es el ojo: pues si tu ojo fuere simple, también todo tu cuerpo será resplandeciente; mas si fuere malo, también tu cuerpo será tenebroso.

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is good, your whole body is also full of light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of darkness.

Regarde donc que la lumière qui est en toi ne soit des ténèbres.

Mira pues, si la lumbre que en ti hay, es tinieblas.

Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

Therefore see whether the light that is in you isn’t darkness.

Si donc ton corps est éclairé, n’ayant aucune partie ténébreuse, il sera éclairé partout, comme quand la lampe t’éclaire par sa lumière.

Así que, siendo todo tu cuerpo resplandeciente, no teniendo alguna parte de tinieblas, será todo luminoso, como cuando una antorcha de resplandor te alumbra.

If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

If therefore your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly full of light, as when the lamp with its bright shining gives you light.”

Et comme il parlait, un Pharisien le pria de dîner chez lui ; et Jésus y entra, et se mit à table.

Y luego que hubo hablado, rogóle un Fariseo que comiese con él: y entrado Jesús, se sentó á la mesa.

And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

Now as he spoke, a certain Pharisee asked him to dine with him. He went in and sat at the table.

Mais le Pharisien s’étonna de voir qu’il ne s’était point premièrement lavé avant le dîner.

Y el Fariseo, como lo vió, maravillóse de que no se lavó antes de comer.

And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.

When the Pharisee saw it, he marveled that he had not first washed himself before dinner.

Mais le Seigneur lui dit : vous autres Pharisiens vous nettoyez le dehors de la coupe et du plat ; mais le dedans de vous est plein de rapine et de méchanceté.

Y el Señor le dijo: Ahora vosotros los Fariseos lo de fuera del vaso y del plato limpiáis; mas lo interior de vosotros está lleno de rapiña y de maldad.

And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

The Lord said to him, “Now you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter, but your inward part is full of extortion and wickedness.

Insensés, celui qui a fait le dehors, n’a-t-il pas fait aussi le dedans ?

Necios, ¿el que hizo lo de fuera, no hizo también lo de dentro?

Ye fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?

You foolish ones, didn’t he who made the outside make the inside also?

Mais plutôt donnez l’aumône de ce que vous avez, et voici, toutes choses vous seront nettes.

Empero de lo que os resta, dad limosna; y he aquí todo os será limpio.

But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

But give for gifts to the needy those things which are within, and behold, all things will be clean to you.

Mais malheur à vous, Pharisiens ; car vous payez la dîme de la menthe, et de la rue, et de toute sorte d’herbage, et vous négligez le jugement et l’amour de Dieu : il fallait faire ces choses-ci, et ne laisser point celles-là.

Mas ¡ay de vosotros, Fariseos! que diezmáis la menta, y la ruda, y toda hortaliza; mas el juicio y la caridad de Dios pasáis de largo. Pues estas cosas era necesario hacer, y no dejar las otras.

But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

But woe to you Pharisees! For you tithe mint and rue and every herb, but you bypass justice and God’s love. You ought to have done these, and not to have left the other undone.

Malheur à vous, Pharisiens, qui aimez les premières places dans les Synagogues, et les salutations dans les marchés.

¡Ay de vosotros, Fariseos! que amáis las primeras sillas en las sinagogas, y las salutaciones en las plazas.

Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.

Woe to you Pharisees! For you love the best seats in the synagogues and the greetings in the marketplaces.

Malheur à vous, Scribes et Pharisiens hypocrites ; car vous êtes comme les sépulcres qui ne paraissent point, en sorte que les hommes qui passent par- dessus n’en savent rien.

¡Ay de vosotros, escribas y Fariseos, hipócritas! que sois como sepulcros que no se ven, y los hombres que andan encima no lo saben.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like hidden graves, and the men who walk over them don’t know it.”

Alors quelqu’un des Docteurs de la Loi prit la parole, et lui dit : Maître, en disant ces choses, tu nous dis aussi des injures.

Y respondiendo uno de los doctores de la ley, le dice: Maestro, cuando dices esto, también nos afrentas á nosotros.

Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying thou reproachest us also.

One of the lawyers answered him, “Teacher, in saying this you insult us also.”

Et Jésus lui dit : malheur aussi à vous, Docteurs de la Loi, car vous chargez les hommes de fardeaux insupportables, mais vous-mêmes ne touchez point ces fardeaux de l’un de vos doigts.

Y él dijo: ¡Ay de vosotros también, doctores de la ley! que cargáis á los hombres con cargas que no pueden llevar; mas vosotros ni aun con un dedo tocáis las cargas.

And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

He said, “Woe to you lawyers also! For you load men with burdens that are difficult to carry, and you yourselves won’t even lift one finger to help carry those burdens.

Malheur à vous ; car vous bâtissez les sépulcres des Prophètes, que vos pères ont tués.

¡Ay de vosotros! que edificáis los sepulcros de los profetas, y los mataron vuestros padres.

Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

Woe to you! For you build the tombs of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

Certes, vous témoignez que vous consentez aux actions de vos pères ; car ils les ont tués, et vous bâtissez leurs sépulcres.

De cierto dais testimonio que consentís en los hechos de vuestros padres; porque á la verdad ellos los mataron, mas vosotros edificáis sus sepulcros.

Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.

So you testify and consent to the works of your fathers. For they killed them, and you build their tombs.

C’est pourquoi aussi la sagesse de Dieu a dit : je leur enverrai des Prophètes et des Apôtres, et ils en tueront, et en chasseront.

Por tanto, la sabiduría de Dios también dijo: Enviaré á ellos profetas y apóstoles; y de ellos á unos matarán y á otros perseguirán;

Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:

Therefore also the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send to them prophets and apostles; and some of them they will kill and persecute,

Afin que le sang de tous les Prophètes qui a été répandu dès la fondation du monde, soit redemandé à cette nation.

Para que de esta generación sea demandada la sangre de todos los profetas, que ha sido derramada desde la fundación del mundo;

That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;

that the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation,

Depuis le sang d’Abel, jusqu’au sang de Zacharie, qui fut tué entre l’autel et le Temple ; oui, je vous dis qu’il sera redemandé à cette nation.

Desde la sangre de Abel, hasta la sangre de Zacarías, que murió entre el altar y el templo: así os digo, será demandada de esta generación.

From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zachariah, who perished between the altar and the sanctuary.’ Yes, I tell you, it will be required of this generation.

Malheur à vous, Docteurs de la Loi ; parce qu’ayant enlevé la clef de la science, vous-mêmes n’êtes point entrés, et vous avez empêché ceux qui entraient.

¡Ay de vosotros, doctores de la ley! que habéis quitado la llave de la ciencia; vosotros mismos no entrasteis, y á los que entraban impedisteis.

Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.

Et comme il leur disait ces choses, les Scribes et les Pharisiens se mirent à le presser encore plus fortement, et à lui tirer de la bouche plusieurs choses ;

Y diciéndoles estas cosas, los escribas y los Fariseos comenzaron á apretarle en gran manera, y á provocarle á que hablase de muchas cosas;

And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:
