Lucas 12

Puis il leur dit : voyez, et gardez-vous d’avarice ; car encore que les biens abondent à quelqu’un, il n’a pourtant pas la vie par ses biens.

Y díjoles: Mirad, y guardaos de toda avaricia; porque la vida del hombre no consiste en la abundancia de los bienes que posee.

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

He said to them, “Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.”
