Lucas 13

Da sprach er zu dem Weingärtner: Siehe, ich bin nun drei Jahre lang alle Jahre kommen und habe Frucht gesucht auf diesem Feigenbaum und finde sie nicht. Haue ihn ab; was hindert er das Land?

Y EN este mismo tiempo estaban allí unos que le contaban acerca de los Galileos, cuya sangre Pilato había mezclado con sus sacrificios.

There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilæans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

Now there were some present at the same time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.

Er aber antwortete und sprach zu ihm: HERR, laß ihn noch dies Jahr, bis daß ich um ihn grabe und bedünge ihn,

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: ¿Pensáis que estos Galileos, porque han padecido tales cosas, hayan sido más pecadores que todos los Galileos?

And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilæans were sinners above all the Galilæans, because they suffered such things?

Jesus answered them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered such things?

ob er wollte Frucht bringen; wo nicht, so haue ihn danach ab.

No, os digo; antes si no os arrepintiereis, todos pereceréis igualmente.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way.

Und er lehrete in einer Schule am Sabbat.

O aquellos dieciocho, sobre los cuales cayó la torre en Siloé, y los mató, ¿pensáis que ellos fueron más deudores que todos los hombres que habitan en Jerusalem?

Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them—do you think that they were worse offenders than all the men who dwell in Jerusalem?

Und siehe, ein Weib war da, das hatte einen Geist der Krankheit achtzehn Jahre; und sie war krumm und konnte nicht wohl aufsehen.

No, os digo; antes si no os arrepintiereis, todos pereceréis asimismo.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

I tell you, no, but, unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way.”

Da sie aber Jesus sah, rief er sie zu sich und sprach zu ihr: Weib, sei los von deiner Krankheit!

Y dijo esta parábola: Tenía uno una higuera plantada en su viña, y vino á buscar fruto en ella, y no lo halló.

He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

He spoke this parable. “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

Und legte die Hände auf sie; und alsbald richtete sie sich auf und preisete Gott.

Y dijo al viñero: He aquí tres años ha que vengo á buscar fruto en esta higuera, y no lo hallo; córtala, ¿por qué ocupará aún la tierra?

Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

He said to the vine dresser, ‘Behold, these three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, and found none. Cut it down! Why does it waste the soil?’

Da antwortete der Oberste der Schule und war unwillig, daß Jesus auf den Sabbat heilete, und sprach zu dem Volk: Es sind sechs Tage, darinnen man arbeiten soll; in denselbigen kommt und laßt euch heilen und nicht am Sabbattage.

El entonces respondiendo, le dijo: Señor, déjala aún este año, hasta que la excave, y estercole.

And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

He answered, ‘Lord, leave it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it.

Da antwortete ihm der HERR und sprach: Du Heuchler, löset nicht ein jeglicher unter euch seinen Ochsen oder Esel von der Krippe am Sabbat und führet ihn zur Tränke?

Y si hiciere fruto, bien; y si no, la cortarás después.

And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

If it bears fruit, fine; but if not, after that, you can cut it down.’”

Sollte aber nicht gelößt werden am Sabbat diese, die doch Abrahams Tochter ist, von diesem Bande, welche Satanas gebunden hatte nun wohl achtzehn Jahre?

Y enseñaba en una sinagoga en sábado.

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

Und als er solches sagte, mußten sich schämen alle, die ihm wider gewesen waren. Und alles Volk freuete sich über alle herrlichen Taten, die von ihm geschahen.

Y he aquí una mujer que tenía espíritu de enfermedad dieciocho años, y andaba agobiada, que en ninguna manera se podía enhestar.

And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

Behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years. She was bent over and could in no way straighten herself up.

Er sprach aber: Wem ist das Reich Gottes gleich, und wem soll ich's vergleichen?

Y como Jesús la vió, llamóla, y díjole: Mujer, libre eres de tu enfermedad.

And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

When Jesus saw her, he called her and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.”

Es ist einem Senfkorn gleich, welches ein Mensch nahm und warf's in seinen Garten; und es wuchs und ward ein großer Baum, und die Vögel des Himmels wohneten unter seinen Zweigen.

Y puso las manos sobre ella; y luego se enderezó, y glorificaba á Dios.

And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

He laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and glorified God.

Und abermal sprach er: Wem soll ich das Reich Gottes vergleichen?

Y respondiendo el príncipe de la sinagoga, enojado de que Jesús hubiese curado en sábado, dijo á la compañía: Seis días hay en que es necesario obrar: en estos, pues, venid y sed curados, y no en día de sábado.

And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

The ruler of the synagogue, being indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the multitude, “There are six days in which men ought to work. Therefore come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day!”

Es ist einem Sauerteige gleich, welchen ein Weib nahm und verbarg ihn unter drei Scheffel Mehls, bis daß es gar sauer ward.

Entonces el Señor le respondió, y dijo: Hipócrita, cada uno de vosotros ¿no desata en sábado su buey ó su asno del pesebre, y lo lleva á beber?

The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?

Therefore the Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Doesn’t each one of you free his ox or his donkey from the stall on the Sabbath and lead him away to water?

Und er ging durch Städte und Märkte und lehrete und nahm seinen Weg gen Jerusalem.

Y á esta hija de Abraham, que he aquí Satanás la había ligado dieciocho años, ¿no convino desatarla de esta ligadura en día de sábado?

And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham whom Satan had bound eighteen long years, be freed from this bondage on the Sabbath day?”

Es sprach aber einer zu ihm: HERR, meinest du, daß wenige selig werden? Er aber sprach zu ihnen:

Y diciendo estas cosas, se avergonzaban todos sus adversarios: mas todo el pueblo se gozaba de todas las cosas gloriosas que eran por él hechas.

And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

As he said these things, all his adversaries were disappointed; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

Ringet danach, daß ihr durch die enge Pforte eingehet; denn viele werden, das sage ich euch, danach trachten, wie sie hineinkommen, und werden's nicht tun können.

Y dijo: ¿A qué es semejante el reino de Dios, y á qué le compararé?

Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

He said, “What is God’s Kingdom like? To what shall I compare it?

Von dem an, wenn der Hauswirt aufgestanden ist und die Tür verschlossen hat, da werdet ihr denn anfangen draußen zu stehen, und an die Tür klopfen und sagen: HERR, HERR, tu uns auf! Und er wird antworten und zu euch sagen: Ich kenne euer nicht, wo ihr her seid.

Semejante es al grano de la mostaza, que tomándolo un hombre lo metió en su huerto; y creció, y fué hecho árbol grande, y las aves del cielo hicieron nidos en sus ramas.

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

It is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and put in his own garden. It grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the sky live in its branches.”

So werdet ihr denn anfangen zu sagen: Wir haben vor dir gegessen und getrunken, und auf den Gassen hast du uns gelehret.

Y otra vez dijo: ¿A qué compararé el reino de Dios?

And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?

Again he said, “To what shall I compare God’s Kingdom?

Und er wird sagen: Ich sage euch, ich kenne euer nicht, wo ihr her seid; weichet alle von mir, ihr Übeltäter!

Semejante es á la levadura, que tomó una mujer, y la escondió en tres medidas de harina, hasta que todo hubo fermentado.

It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

It is like yeast, which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, until it was all leavened.”

Da wird sein Heulen und Zähneklappen, wenn ihr sehen werdet Abraham und Isaak und Jakob und alle Propheten im Reich Gottes, euch aber hinausgestoßen.

Y pasaba por todas las ciudades y aldeas, enseñando, y caminando á Jerusalem.

And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.

He went on his way through cities and villages, teaching, and traveling on to Jerusalem.

Und es werden kommen vom Morgen und vom Abend, von Mitternacht. und vom Mittage, die zu Tische sitzen werden im Reich Gottes.

Y díjole uno: Señor, ¿son pocos los que se salvan? Y él les dijo:

Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,

One said to him, “Lord, are they few who are saved?” He said to them,

Und siehe, es sind Letzte, die werden die Ersten sein; und sind Erste, die werden die Letzten sein.

Porfiad á entrar por la puerta angosta; porque os digo que muchos procurarán entrar, y no podrán.

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

“Strive to enter in by the narrow door, for many, I tell you, will seek to enter in and will not be able.

An demselben Tage kamen etliche Pharisäer und sprachen zu ihm: Heb' dich hinaus und gehe von hinnen; denn Herodes will dich töten.

Después que el padre de familia se levantare, y cerrare la puerta, y comenzareis á estar fuera, y llamar á la puerta, diciendo: Señor, Señor, ábrenos; y respondiendo os dirá: No os conozco de dónde seáis.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

When once the master of the house has risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ then he will answer and tell you, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from.’

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin und saget demselbigen Fuchs: Siehe, ich treibe Teufel aus und mache gesund heute und morgen und am dritten Tage werde ich ein Ende nehmen.

Entonces comenzaréis á decir: Delante de ti hemos comido y bebido, y en nuestras plazas enseñaste;

Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.

Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’

Doch muß ich heute und morgen und am Tage danach wandeln; denn es tut's nicht, daß ein Prophet umkomme außer Jerusalem.

Y os dirá: Dígoos que no os conozco de dónde seáis; apartaos de mí todos los obreros de iniquidad.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

He will say, ‘I tell you, I don’t know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.’

Jerusalem, Jerusalem, die du tötest die Propheten und steinigest, die zu dir gesandt werden, wie oft habe ich wollen deine Kinder versammeln wie eine Henne ihr Nest unter ihre Flügel; und ihr habt nicht gewollt!

Allí será el llanto y el crujir de dientes, cuando viereis á Abraham, y á Isaac, y á Jacob, y á todos los profetas en el reino de Dios, y vosotros excluídos.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in God’s Kingdom, and yourselves being thrown outside.

Sehet, euer Haus soll euch wüste gelassen werden. Denn ich sage euch: Ihr werdet mich nicht sehen, bis daß es komme, daß ihr sagen werdet: Gelobet ist, der da kommt in dem Namen des HERRN!

Y vendrán del Oriente y del Occidente, del Norte y del Mediodía, y se sentarán á la mesa en el reino de Dios.

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

They will come from the east, west, north, and south, and will sit down in God’s Kingdom.

Und es begab sich, daß er kam in ein Haus eines Obersten der Pharisäer auf einen Sabbat, das Brot zu essen. Und sie hielten auf ihn.

Y he aquí, son postreros los que eran los primeros; y son primeros los que eran los postreros.

And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

Behold, there are some who are last who will be first, and there are some who are first who will be last.”

Und siehe, da war ein Mensch vor ihm der war wassersüchtig.

Aquel mismo día llegaron unos de los Fariseos, diciéndole: Sal, y vete de aquí, porque Herodes te quiere matar.

The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.

On that same day, some Pharisees came, saying to him, “Get out of here and go away, for Herod wants to kill you.”

Und Jesus antwortete und sagte zu den Schriftgelehrten und Pharisäern und sprach: Ist's auch recht, auf den Sabbat heilen?

Y les dijo: Id, y decid á aquella zorra: He aquí, echo fuera demonios y acabo sanidades hoy y mañana, y al tercer día soy consumado.

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission.

Sie aber schwiegen stille. Und er griff ihn an und heilete ihn und ließ ihn gehen.

Empero es menester que hoy, y mañana, y pasado mañana camine; porque no es posible que profeta muera fuera de Jerusalem.

Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, for it can’t be that a prophet would perish outside of Jerusalem.’

Und antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Welcher ist unter euch, dem sein Ochse oder Esel in den Brunnen fällt, und er nicht alsbald ihn herauszieht am Sabbattage?

¡Jerusalem, Jerusalem! que matas á los profetas, y apedreas á los que son enviados á ti: ¡cuántas veces quise juntar tus hijos, como la gallina sus pollos debajo de sus alas, y no quisiste!

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, like a hen gathers her own brood under her wings, and you refused!

Und sie konnten ihm darauf nicht wieder Antwort geben.

He aquí, os es dejada vuestra casa desierta: y os digo que no me veréis, hasta que venga tiempo cuando digáis: Bendito el que viene en nombre del Señor.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Behold, your house is left to you desolate. I tell you, you will not see me until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!’”
