Lucas 13

Es waren aber zu eben dieser Zeit einige Leute (bei ihm) eingetroffen, die ihm von den Galiläern erzählten, deren Blut Pilatus zusammen mit dem ihrer Schlachtopfer vergossen hatte.

Y EN este mismo tiempo estaban allí unos que le contaban acerca de los Galileos, cuya sangre Pilato había mezclado con sus sacrificios.

There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilæans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

Now there were some present at the same time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.

Da antwortete ihnen Jesus: »Meint ihr etwa, diese Galiläer seien größere Sünder gewesen als alle anderen Galiläer, weil sie dies Schicksal erlitten haben?

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: ¿Pensáis que estos Galileos, porque han padecido tales cosas, hayan sido más pecadores que todos los Galileos?

And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilæans were sinners above all the Galilæans, because they suffered such things?

Jesus answered them, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered such things?

Nein, sage ich euch; sondern wenn ihr euren Sinn nicht ändert, werdet ihr alle ebenso umkommen.

No, os digo; antes si no os arrepintiereis, todos pereceréis igualmente.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way.

Oder meint ihr, daß jene achtzehn, auf die der Turm am (Teich) Siloah gestürzt ist und sie erschlagen hat, schuldbeladener gewesen seien als alle anderen Bewohner von Jerusalem?

O aquellos dieciocho, sobre los cuales cayó la torre en Siloé, y los mató, ¿pensáis que ellos fueron más deudores que todos los hombres que habitan en Jerusalem?

Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them—do you think that they were worse offenders than all the men who dwell in Jerusalem?

Nein, sage ich euch; sondern wenn ihr euren Sinn nicht ändert, werdet ihr alle ebenso umkommen.«

Er sagte ihnen dann noch folgendes Gleichnis: »Jemand hatte einen Feigenbaum in seinem Weinberge stehen, und er kam und suchte Frucht an ihm, fand jedoch keine.

Y dijo esta parábola: Tenía uno una higuera plantada en su viña, y vino á buscar fruto en ella, y no lo halló.

He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

He spoke this parable. “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

Da sagte er zu dem Weingärtner: ›Sieh, ich komme nun schon drei Jahre her und suche Frucht an diesem Feigenbaum, finde jedoch keine; haue ihn ab! Wozu soll er noch den Platz wegnehmen?‹

Y dijo al viñero: He aquí tres años ha que vengo á buscar fruto en esta higuera, y no lo hallo; córtala, ¿por qué ocupará aún la tierra?

Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

He said to the vine dresser, ‘Behold, these three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, and found none. Cut it down! Why does it waste the soil?’

Da antwortete ihm jener: ›Herr, laß ihn noch dieses Jahr stehen! Ich will noch einmal das Land um ihn herum graben und ihn düngen:

El entonces respondiendo, le dijo: Señor, déjala aún este año, hasta que la excave, y estercole.

And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

He answered, ‘Lord, leave it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it.

vielleicht bringt er künftig doch noch Frucht; andernfalls laß ihn umhauen!‹«

Y si hiciere fruto, bien; y si no, la cortarás después.

And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

If it bears fruit, fine; but if not, after that, you can cut it down.’”

Jesus lehrte einst in einer der Synagogen am Sabbat.

Y enseñaba en una sinagoga en sábado.

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath day.

Da war gerade eine Frau anwesend, die schon seit achtzehn Jahren einen Geist der Schwäche hatte; sie war zusammengekrümmt und unfähig, sich ordentlich aufzurichten.

Y he aquí una mujer que tenía espíritu de enfermedad dieciocho años, y andaba agobiada, que en ninguna manera se podía enhestar.

And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

Behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years. She was bent over and could in no way straighten herself up.

Als Jesus sie erblickte, rief er sie herbei und sagte zu ihr: »Frau, du bist von deiner Schwäche befreit!«

Y como Jesús la vió, llamóla, y díjole: Mujer, libre eres de tu enfermedad.

And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

When Jesus saw her, he called her and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.”

Dann legte er ihr die Hände auf, und sie richtete sich augenblicklich gerade empor und pries Gott.

Y puso las manos sobre ella; y luego se enderezó, y glorificaba á Dios.

And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

He laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and glorified God.

Weil nun der Vorsteher der Synagoge unwillig darüber war, daß Jesus am Sabbat eine Heilung vollzogen hatte, sagte er zu der (versammelten) Menge: »Sechs Tage sind da, an denen man arbeiten soll; an diesen also kommt und laßt euch heilen, aber nicht (gerade) am Sabbattage!«

Y respondiendo el príncipe de la sinagoga, enojado de que Jesús hubiese curado en sábado, dijo á la compañía: Seis días hay en que es necesario obrar: en estos, pues, venid y sed curados, y no en día de sábado.

And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

The ruler of the synagogue, being indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the multitude, “There are six days in which men ought to work. Therefore come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day!”

Der Herr aber antwortete ihm mit den Worten: »Ihr Heuchler! Bindet nicht ein jeder von euch am Sabbat seinen Ochsen oder Esel von der Krippe los und führt ihn zur Tränke?

Entonces el Señor le respondió, y dijo: Hipócrita, cada uno de vosotros ¿no desata en sábado su buey ó su asno del pesebre, y lo lleva á beber?

The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?

Therefore the Lord answered him, “You hypocrites! Doesn’t each one of you free his ox or his donkey from the stall on the Sabbath and lead him away to water?

Diese Frau aber, eine Tochter Abrahams, die der Satan nun schon achtzehn Jahre lang in Fesseln gehalten hat, die sollte von dieser Fessel am Sabbattage nicht befreit werden dürfen?«

Y á esta hija de Abraham, que he aquí Satanás la había ligado dieciocho años, ¿no convino desatarla de esta ligadura en día de sábado?

And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham whom Satan had bound eighteen long years, be freed from this bondage on the Sabbath day?”

Durch diese seine Worte wurden alle seine Gegner beschämt; die ganze Volksmenge aber freute sich über alle die herrlichen Taten, die durch ihn geschahen.

Y diciendo estas cosas, se avergonzaban todos sus adversarios: mas todo el pueblo se gozaba de todas las cosas gloriosas que eran por él hechas.

And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

As he said these things, all his adversaries were disappointed; and all the multitude rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

Dann sagte er: »Wem ist das Reich Gottes gleich, und womit soll ich es vergleichen?

Y dijo: ¿A qué es semejante el reino de Dios, y á qué le compararé?

Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?

He said, “What is God’s Kingdom like? To what shall I compare it?

Es ist einem Senfkorn gleich, das ein Mann nahm und in seinem Garten einlegte; dort wuchs es und wurde zu einem Baume, und die Vögel des Himmels nisteten in seinen Zweigen.«

Semejante es al grano de la mostaza, que tomándolo un hombre lo metió en su huerto; y creció, y fué hecho árbol grande, y las aves del cielo hicieron nidos en sus ramas.

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.

It is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and put in his own garden. It grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the sky live in its branches.”

Und weiter sagte er: »Womit soll ich das Reich Gottes vergleichen?

Y otra vez dijo: ¿A qué compararé el reino de Dios?

And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?

Again he said, “To what shall I compare God’s Kingdom?

Es ist einem Sauerteig gleich, den eine Frau nahm und unter drei Scheffel Mehl mengte, bis der ganze Teig durchsäuert war.«

Semejante es á la levadura, que tomó una mujer, y la escondió en tres medidas de harina, hasta que todo hubo fermentado.

It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

It is like yeast, which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, until it was all leavened.”

So wanderte er von Stadt zu Stadt und von Dorf zu Dorf, indem er lehrte und seine Wanderung nach Jerusalem vollzog.

Y pasaba por todas las ciudades y aldeas, enseñando, y caminando á Jerusalem.

And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.

He went on his way through cities and villages, teaching, and traveling on to Jerusalem.

Da fragte ihn jemand: »Herr, es sind wohl nur wenige, die gerettet werden?« Er antwortete ihnen:

Y díjole uno: Señor, ¿son pocos los que se salvan? Y él les dijo:

Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,

One said to him, “Lord, are they few who are saved?” He said to them,

»Ringet danach, durch die enge Pforte einzugehen! Denn viele, sage ich euch, werden hineinzukommen suchen und es nicht vermögen.

Porfiad á entrar por la puerta angosta; porque os digo que muchos procurarán entrar, y no podrán.

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

“Strive to enter in by the narrow door, for many, I tell you, will seek to enter in and will not be able.

Wenn ihr erst dann, nachdem der Hausherr sich schon erhoben und die Tür abgeschlossen hat, draußen zu stehen und an die Tür zu klopfen beginnt und ihm zuruft: ›Herr, mache uns auf!‹, so wird er euch antworten: ›Ich weiß von euch nicht, woher ihr seid.‹

Después que el padre de familia se levantare, y cerrare la puerta, y comenzareis á estar fuera, y llamar á la puerta, diciendo: Señor, Señor, ábrenos; y respondiendo os dirá: No os conozco de dónde seáis.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

When once the master of the house has risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ then he will answer and tell you, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from.’

Dann werdet ihr anfangen zu versichern: ›Wir haben doch vor deinen Augen (mit dir) gegessen und getrunken, und du hast bei uns auf den Straßen gelehrt‹;

Entonces comenzaréis á decir: Delante de ti hemos comido y bebido, y en nuestras plazas enseñaste;

Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.

Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’

aber er wird erwidern: ›Ich sage euch: ich weiß nicht, woher ihr seid; hinweg von mir alle, die ihr die Ungerechtigkeit übt!‹

Y os dirá: Dígoos que no os conozco de dónde seáis; apartaos de mí todos los obreros de iniquidad.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

He will say, ‘I tell you, I don’t know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.’

Dort wird’s dann ein lautes Weinen und Zähneknirschen geben, wenn ihr Abraham, Isaak, Jakob und alle Propheten im Reiche Gottes sehen werdet, während ihr selbst hinausgestoßen seid.

Allí será el llanto y el crujir de dientes, cuando viereis á Abraham, y á Isaac, y á Jacob, y á todos los profetas en el reino de Dios, y vosotros excluídos.

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in God’s Kingdom, and yourselves being thrown outside.

Und sie werden von Osten und Westen, von Norden und Süden kommen und sich im Reiche Gottes zum Mahl niedersetzen.

Y vendrán del Oriente y del Occidente, del Norte y del Mediodía, y se sentarán á la mesa en el reino de Dios.

And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

They will come from the east, west, north, and south, and will sit down in God’s Kingdom.

Und wisset wohl: Es gibt Letzte, die werden Erste sein, und es gibt Erste, die werden Letzte sein.«

Y he aquí, son postreros los que eran los primeros; y son primeros los que eran los postreros.

And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

Behold, there are some who are last who will be first, and there are some who are first who will be last.”

In eben dieser Stunde traten einige Pharisäer herzu und sagten zu ihm: »Entferne dich von hier und ziehe weiter, denn Herodes will dich töten!«

Aquel mismo día llegaron unos de los Fariseos, diciéndole: Sal, y vete de aquí, porque Herodes te quiere matar.

The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee.

On that same day, some Pharisees came, saying to him, “Get out of here and go away, for Herod wants to kill you.”

Doch er antwortete ihnen: »Geht hin und meldet diesem Fuchs: ›Wisse wohl: ich treibe böse Geister aus und vollführe Heilungen heute noch und morgen, und übermorgen komme ich damit zum Abschluß.

Y les dijo: Id, y decid á aquella zorra: He aquí, echo fuera demonios y acabo sanidades hoy y mañana, y al tercer día soy consumado.

And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission.

Jedoch heute und morgen und übermorgen muß ich weiterziehen; denn es geht nicht an, daß ein Prophet anderswo als in Jerusalem ums Leben kommt.‹

Empero es menester que hoy, y mañana, y pasado mañana camine; porque no es posible que profeta muera fuera de Jerusalem.

Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, for it can’t be that a prophet would perish outside of Jerusalem.’

Jerusalem, Jerusalem, das du die Propheten tötest und die steinigst, die zu dir gesandt sind! Wie oft habe ich deine Kinder sammeln wollen, wie eine Henne ihre Küchlein unter ihre Flügel sammelt, doch ihr habt nicht gewollt!

¡Jerusalem, Jerusalem! que matas á los profetas, y apedreas á los que son enviados á ti: ¡cuántas veces quise juntar tus hijos, como la gallina sus pollos debajo de sus alas, y no quisiste!

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, like a hen gathers her own brood under her wings, and you refused!

Seht, euer Haus wird euch nun überlassen. Ich sage euch aber: Ihr werdet mich nicht sehen, bis die Zeit kommt, wo ihr ausruft: ›Gepriesen sei, der da kommt im Namen des Herrn!‹«

He aquí, os es dejada vuestra casa desierta: y os digo que no me veréis, hasta que venga tiempo cuando digáis: Bendito el que viene en nombre del Señor.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Behold, your house is left to you desolate. I tell you, you will not see me until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!’”
