Y murmuraban los Fariseos y los escribas, diciendo: Este á los pecadores recibe, y con ellos come.
And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.

Mais il leur dit cette parabole :
Y él les propuso esta parábola, diciendo:

Quel homme d'entre vous, ayant cent brebis, et en ayant perdu une seule, ne laisse les quatre-vingt-dix-neuf au désert, et ne va après celle qui est perdue, jusqu'à ce qu'il l'ait trouvée ?
¿Qué hombre de vosotros, teniendo cien ovejas, si perdiere una de ellas, no deja las noventa y nueve en el desierto, y va á la que se perdió, hasta que la halle?
What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
“Which of you men, if you had one hundred sheep and lost one of them, wouldn’t leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one that was lost, until he found it?
Et l'ayant trouvée, il la met sur ses épaules tout joyeux ;
Y hallada, la pone sobre sus hombros gozoso;
And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
When he has found it, he carries it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
et étant arrivé dans la maison, il appelle ses amis et ses voisins, en leur disant : Réjouissez-vous avec moi, parce que j'ai trouvé ma brebis qui était perdue !
Y viniendo á casa, junta á los amigos y á los vecinos, diciéndoles: Dadme el parabién, porque he hallado mi oveja que se había perdido.
And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.
When he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’
Je vous dis qu'il y aura ainsi de la joie dans le ciel pour un seul pécheur qui se repent, plus que pour quatre-vingt-dix-neuf justes, qui n'ont pas besoin de repentance.
Os digo, que así habrá más gozo en el cielo de un pecador que se arrepiente, que de noventa y nueve justos, que no necesitan arrepentimiento.
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
I tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance.
Ou, quelle femme ayant dix drachmes, si elle a perdu une seule drachme, n'allume une lampe, ne balaie la maison et ne cherche avec soin jusqu'à ce qu'elle l'ait trouvée ?
¿O qué mujer que tiene diez dracmas, si perdiere una dracma, no enciende el candil, y barre la casa, y busca con diligencia hasta hallarla?
Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?
“Or what woman, if she had ten drachma coins, if she lost one drachma coin, wouldn’t light a lamp, sweep the house, and seek diligently until she found it?
Et l'ayant trouvée, elle appelle ses amies et ses voisines, en disant : Réjouissez-vous avec moi, parce que j'ai trouvé la drachme que j'avais perdue !
Y cuando la hubiere hallado, junta las amigas y las vecinas, diciendo: Dadme el parabién, porque he hallado la dracma que había perdido.
And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.
When she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the drachma which I had lost!’
Ainsi, je vous le dis, il y a de la joie devant les anges de Dieu, pour un seul pécheur qui se repent.
Así os digo que hay gozo delante de los ángeles de Dios por un pecador que se arrepiente.
Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

Et il dit : Un homme avait deux fils ;

And he said, A certain man had two sons:

et le plus jeune dit à leur père : Père, donne-moi la part du bien qui me doit échoir. Et il leur partagea son bien.

And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.

And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

Etant donc rentré en lui-même, il dit : Combien de mercenaires de mon père ont du pain en abondance, et moi ici je meurs de faim !
Y volviendo en sí, dijo: ¡Cuántos jornaleros en casa de mi padre tienen abundancia de pan, y yo aquí perezco de hambre!
And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,

Je ne suis plus digne d'être appelé ton fils : traite-moi comme l'un de tes mercenaires.
Ya no soy digno de ser llamado tu hijo; hazme como á uno de tus jornaleros.
And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.

Et s'étant levé, il vint vers son père. Et comme il était encore loin, son père le vit et fut ému de compassion, et il courut se jeter à son cou, et l'embrassa.
Y levantándose, vino á su padre. Y como aun estuviese lejos, viólo su padre, y fué movido á misericordia, y corrió, y echóse sobre su cuello, y besóle.
And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

Mais le fils lui dit : Père, j'ai péché contre le ciel et devant toi ! Je ne suis plus digne d'être appelé ton fils.
Y el hijo le dijo: Padre, he pecado contra el cielo, y contra ti, y ya no soy digno de ser llamado tu hijo.
And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
Mais le père dit à ses serviteurs : Apportez une robe, la plus belle, et l'en revêtez, et mettez à sa main un anneau, et des souliers à ses pieds ;
Mas el padre dijo á sus siervos: Sacad el principal vestido, y vestidle; y poned un anillo en su mano, y zapatos en sus pies.
But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
“But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet.
et amenez le veau gras, tuez-le et mangeons et réjouissons-nous ;
Y traed el becerro grueso, y matadlo, y comamos, y hagamos fiesta:
And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
Bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let’s eat and celebrate;
parce que mon fils que voici était mort, et il est revenu à la vie ; il était perdu, et il est retrouvé. Et ils commencèrent à se réjouir.
Porque este mi hijo muerto era, y ha revivido; habíase perdido, y es hallado. Y comenzaron á regocijarse.
For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

Mais son fils aîné était aux champs. Et lorsqu'en revenant il approcha de la maison, il entendit de la musique et des danses.
Y su hijo el mayor estaba en el campo; el cual como vino, y llegó cerca de casa, oyó la sinfonía y las danzas;
Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
“Now his elder son was in the field. As he came near to the house, he heard music and dancing.
Et ayant appelé à lui un des serviteurs, il s'informait de ce que c'était.
Y llamando á uno de los criados, preguntóle qué era aquello.
And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.

Et celui-ci lui dit : Ton frère est arrivé, et ton père a tué ]e veau gras, parce qu'il l'a recouvré en bonne santé.
Y él le dijo: Tu hermano ha venido; y tu padre ha muerto el becerro grueso, por haberle recibido salvo.
And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
He said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and healthy.’
Mais il se mit en colère, et il ne voulait point entrer. Et son père étant sorti, l'exhortait.
Entonces se enojó, y no quería entrar. Salió por tanto su padre, y le rogaba que entrase.
And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and begged him.
Mais répondant il dit au père : Voici, il y a tant d'années que je te sers, et je n'ai jamais contrevenu à ton commandement, et tu ne m'as jamais donné un chevreau pour me réjouir avec mes amis.
Mas él respondiendo, dijo al padre: He aquí tantos años te sirvo, no habiendo traspasado jamás tu mandamiento, y nunca me has dado un cabrito para gozarme con mis amigos:
And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
But he answered his father, ‘Behold, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed a commandment of yours, but you never gave me a goat, that I might celebrate with my friends.
Mais quand ton fils que voici, qui a dévoré ton bien avec des femmes de mauvaise vie, est revenu, tu as tué pour lui le veau gras.
Mas cuando vino éste tu hijo, que ha consumido tu hacienda con rameras, has matado para él el becerro grueso.
But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
But when this your son came, who has devoured your living with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him.’
Mais il lui dit : Mon enfant, tu es toujours avec moi, et tout ce que j'ai est à toi.
El entonces le dijo: Hijo, tú siempre estás conmigo, y todas mis cosas son tuyas.
And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.
“He said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours.
Mais il fallait bien s'égayer et se réjouir, parce que ton frère que voici était mort, et qu'il est revenu à la vie ; parce qu'il était perdu, et qu'il est retrouvé.
Mas era menester hacer fiesta y holgarnos, porque este tu hermano muerto era, y ha revivido; habíase perdido, y es hallado.
It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.
But it was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.’”
