Jesus disse aos Seus discípulos: "É inevitável que escândalos venham, mas ai daquele por meio do qual essas coisas acontecem!
Y Á SUS discípulos dice: Imposible es que no vengan escándalos; mas ¡ay de aquél por quien vienen!
Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no occasions of stumbling should come, but woe to him through whom they come!
Melhor seria se uma pedra de moinho fosse amarrada no seu pescoço, e ele lançado ao mar, do que fazer tropeçar a um desses pequeninos.
Mejor le fuera, si le pusiesen al cuello una piedra de molino, y le lanzasen en el mar, que escandalizar á uno de estos pequeñitos.
It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble.
Ficai atentos. Se o teu irmão pecar, repreende-o; se ele se arrepender, perdoa-lhe.
Mirad por vosotros: si pecare contra ti tu hermano, repréndele; y si se arrepintiere, perdónale.
Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.
Se ele pecar sete vezes contra ti no mesmo dia e se sete vezes retornar dizendo: 'Estou arrependido', perdoa-lhe!".
Y si siete veces al día pecare contra ti, y siete veces al día se volviere á ti, diciendo, pésame, perdónale.
And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”
Os apóstolos disseram ao Senhor: "Aumenta em nós fé!"

O Senhor respondeu: "Se tivésseis fé como um grão de mostarda, diríeis a esta amoreira: 'Arranca-te pela raiz e planta-te no mar' e ela vos obedeceria!
Entonces el Señor dijo: Si tuvieseis fe como un grano de mostaza, diréis á este sicómoro: Desarráigate, y plántate en el mar; y os obedecerá.
And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
The Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you would tell this sycamore tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
E quem dentre vós, tendo um servo que trabalha a terra ou guarda os animais, lhe dirá quando ele voltar do campo: 'Vem logo e senta-te para comer'?
¿Y quién de vosotros tiene un siervo que ara ó apacienta, que vuelto del campo le diga luego: Pasa, siéntate á la mesa?
But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?
But who is there among you, having a servant plowing or keeping sheep, that will say when he comes in from the field, ‘Come immediately and sit down at the table’?
Ao contrário, não lhe dirá: 'Prepara-me a refeição, apronta-te, ponha um cinto em torno das tuas vestes e serve-me, até que eu tenha comido e bebido, e depois comerás e beberás'?
¿No le dice antes: Adereza qué cene, y arremángate, y sírveme hasta que haya comido y bebido; y después de esto, come tú y bebe?
And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
Wouldn’t he rather tell him, ‘Prepare my supper, clothe yourself properly, and serve me while I eat and drink. Afterward you shall eat and drink’?
Será que ele deve agradecer ao servo porque este fez o que lhe foi ordenado?
¿Da gracias al siervo porque hizo lo que le había sido mandado? Pienso que no.
Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

Assim também vós quando fizerdes tudo o que vos foi ordenado, dizei: 'Somos servos inúteis, fizemos apenas o que devíamos fazer'".
Así también vosotros, cuando hubiereis hecho todo lo que os es mandado, decid: Siervos inútiles somos, porque lo que debíamos hacer, hicimos.
So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

A caminho de Jerusalém, Jesus passava pela divisa entre Samaria e a Galileia.
Y aconteció que yendo él á Jerusalem, pasaba por medio de Samaria y de Galilea.
And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

Um deles, vendo que fora curado, voltou, glorificando a Deus em alta voz,

e prostrou-se aos pés de Jesus, dando-Lhe graças. Este era um samaritano.
Y derribóse sobre el rostro á sus pies, dándole gracias: y éste era Samaritano.

Não houve outro que voltasse para dar glória a Deus, exceto este estrangeiro?".
¿No hubo quien volviese y diese gloria á Dios sino este extranjero?
There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
Were there none found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?”
E disse-lhe: "Levanta-te, vai, a tua fé te salvou".
Y díjole: Levántate, vete; tu fe te ha salvado.
And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
Then he said to him, “Get up, and go your way. Your faith has healed you.”
Certa vez, quando os fariseus perguntaram quando o Reino de Deus viria, Jesus respondeu-lhes: "A vinda do Reino de Deus não é algo que possa ser observado.
Y preguntado por los Fariseos, cuándo había de venir el reino de Dios, les respondió y dijo: El reino de Dios no vendrá con advertencia;
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Being asked by the Pharisees when God’s Kingdom would come, he answered them, “God’s Kingdom doesn’t come with observation;
Nem dirão: 'Está aqui!' ou: 'Está ali!', porque o Reino de Deus está entre vós".
Ni dirán: Helo aquí, ó helo allí: porque he aquí el reino de Dios entre vosotros está.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
neither will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ for behold, God’s Kingdom is within you.”
Jesus disse aos discípulos: "Virão dias em que desejareis ver um dos dias do Filho do Homem, e não o vereis.
Y dijo á sus discípulos: Tiempo vendrá, cuando desearéis ver uno de los días del Hijo del hombre, y no lo veréis.
And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

E eles vos dirão: 'Está aqui! Está ali! 'Não saiais, nem os sigais.
Y os dirán: Helo aquí, ó helo allí. No vayáis, ni sigáis.
And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
They will tell you, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘Look, there!’ Don’t go away or follow after them,
Pois como o relâmpago brilha fortemente de uma extremidade a outra do céu, assim também será o Filho do Homem no Seu dia.
Porque como el relámpago, relampagueando desde una parte de debajo del cielo, resplandece hasta la otra debajo del cielo, así también será el Hijo del hombre en su día.
For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
for as the lightning, when it flashes out of one part under the sky, shines to another part under the sky, so will the Son of Man be in his day.
Mas primeiro Ele tem que sofrer muitas coisas e ser rejeitado por esta geração.

Assim como aconteceu nos dias de Noé, também acontecerá nos dias do Filho do Homem.

Comiam, bebiam, casavam e davam-se em casamento, até o dia em que Noé entrou na arca, e veio o dilúvio e destruiu a todos.

Assim será no dia em que o Filho do Homem for revelado.

Naquele dia, quem estiver no terraço e tiver os seus bens em casa, não desça para buscá-los. E aquele que estiver no campo não volte atrás.
En aquel día, el que estuviere en el terrado, y sus alhajas en casa, no descienda á tomarlas: y el que en el campo, asimismo no vuelva atrás.
In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

Digo-vos, naquela noite dois estarão numa cama, um será levado e outro será deixado.

E Lhe perguntaram: "Onde, Senhor?". Respondeu-lhes: "Onde há um corpo, ali os abutres também se ajuntarão".
Y respondiendo, le dicen: ¿Dónde, Señor? Y él les dijo: Donde estuviere el cuerpo, allá se juntarán también las águilas.
And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
They, answering, asked him, “Where, Lord?” He said to them, “Where the body is, there the vultures will also be gathered together.”
