Lucas 17

Er sprach aber zu Seinen Jüngern: Es ist unmöglich, daß nicht Ärgernisse kommen; aber wehe dem, durch den sie kommen!

Y Á SUS discípulos dice: Imposible es que no vengan escándalos; mas ¡ay de aquél por quien vienen!

Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no occasions of stumbling should come, but woe to him through whom they come!

Es wäre ihm nützlicher, so ein Mühlstein um seinen Hals umgehängt und er ins Meer dahingeworfen würde, denn daß er dieser Kleinen einen ärgerte.

Mejor le fuera, si le pusiesen al cuello una piedra de molino, y le lanzasen en el mar, que escandalizar á uno de estos pequeñitos.

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble.

Habt Acht auf euch! So aber dein Bruder wider dich sündigt, so verweise es ihm; und so er Buße tut, vergib ihm.

Mirad por vosotros: si pecare contra ti tu hermano, repréndele; y si se arrepintiere, perdónale.

Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.

Und wenn er siebenmal des Tages an dir sündiget, und siebenmal des Tages zu dir sich umwendete und sagt: Ich tue Buße, so sollst du ihm vergeben.

Y si siete veces al día pecare contra ti, y siete veces al día se volviere á ti, diciendo, pésame, perdónale.

And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

Und die Apostel sprachen zum Herrn: Lege uns Glauben zu!

Y dijeron los apóstoles al Señor: Auméntanos la fe.

And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”

Der Herr aber sprach: Wenn ihr Glauben habt wie ein Senfkorn, so sprächet ihr zu diesem Maulbeerfeigenbaume: Entwurzle dich und pflanze dich ins Meer! und er würde euch gehorchen.

Entonces el Señor dijo: Si tuvieseis fe como un grano de mostaza, diréis á este sicómoro: Desarráigate, y plántate en el mar; y os obedecerá.

And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

The Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you would tell this sycamore tree, ‘Be uprooted and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

Welcher aber ist unter euch, der einen Knecht hat, der ihm pflügt oder weidet, der, wenn er hereinkommt vom Felde, zu ihm sagt: Komm alsbald her und laß dich zu Tische nieder.

¿Y quién de vosotros tiene un siervo que ara ó apacienta, que vuelto del campo le diga luego: Pasa, siéntate á la mesa?

But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?

But who is there among you, having a servant plowing or keeping sheep, that will say when he comes in from the field, ‘Come immediately and sit down at the table’?

Wird er nicht vielmehr zu ihm sagen: Bereite, was ich zu Abend esse, und umgürte dich, bediene mich, bis ich gegessen und getrunken habe, und danach iß und trink du!

¿No le dice antes: Adereza qué cene, y arremángate, y sírveme hasta que haya comido y bebido; y después de esto, come tú y bebe?

And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

Wouldn’t he rather tell him, ‘Prepare my supper, clothe yourself properly, and serve me while I eat and drink. Afterward you shall eat and drink’?

Wird er demselbigen Knechte danken, daß er tat, was verordnet war? Ich meine nicht.

¿Da gracias al siervo porque hizo lo que le había sido mandado? Pienso que no.

Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded? I think not.

So auch ihr: Wenn ihr alles getan habt, was euch verordnet war, sprechet: Wir sind unnütze Knechte. Wir haben getan, was wir zu tun schuldig waren.

Así también vosotros, cuando hubiereis hecho todo lo que os es mandado, decid: Siervos inútiles somos, porque lo que debíamos hacer, hicimos.

So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Even so you also, when you have done all the things that are commanded you, say, ‘We are unworthy servants. We have done our duty.’”

Und es geschah, da Er nach Jerusalem zog, kam Er mitten durch Samarien und Galiläa.

Y aconteció que yendo él á Jerusalem, pasaba por medio de Samaria y de Galilea.

And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

As he was on his way to Jerusalem, he was passing along the borders of Samaria and Galilee.

Und wie er in einen Flecken kam, begegneten Ihm zehn aussätzige Männer, die standen von ferne.

Y entrando en una aldea, viniéronle al encuentro diez hombres leprosos, los cuales se pararon de lejos,

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

As he entered into a certain village, ten men who were lepers met him, who stood at a distance.

Und sie erhoben die Stimme und sprachen: Jesus, Meister, erbarme Dich unser!

Y alzaron la voz, diciendo: Jesús, Maestro, ten misericordia de nosotros.

And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

They lifted up their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

Und da Er sie sah, sprach Er zu ihnen: Gehet hin, zeigt euch den Priestern! Und es geschah, da sie hingingen, wurden sie gereinigt.

Y como él los vió, les dijo: Id, mostraos á los sacerdotes. Y aconteció, que yendo ellos, fueron limpios.

And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

When he saw them, he said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” As they went, they were cleansed.

Einer aber aus ihnen, da er sah, daß er gesund geworden, kehrte zurück, und mit großer Stimme verherrlichte er Gott.

Entonces uno de ellos, como se vió que estaba limpio, volvió, glorificando á Dios á gran voz;

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

One of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice.

Und fiel auf das Angesicht zu Seinen Füßen und dankte Ihm. Und der war ein Samariter.

Y derribóse sobre el rostro á sus pies, dándole gracias: y éste era Samaritano.

And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

Jesus aber antwortete und sprach: Sind nicht die zehn gereinigt worden? Wo sind aber die neune?

Y respondiendo Jesús, dijo: ¿No son diez los que fueron limpios? ¿Y los nueve dónde están?

And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

Jesus answered, “Weren’t the ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

Haben sich sonst keine gefunden, die zurückkehrten und Gott die Herrlichkeit gäben, denn dieser Fremdling?

¿No hubo quien volviese y diese gloria á Dios sino este extranjero?

There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

Were there none found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?”

Und Er sprach zu ihm: Stehe auf, gehe hin! dein Glaube hat dich gerettet!

Y díjole: Levántate, vete; tu fe te ha salvado.

And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Then he said to him, “Get up, and go your way. Your faith has healed you.”

Von den Pharisäern aber befragt: Wann kommt das Reich Gottes? antwortete Er ihnen und sprach: Das Reich Gottes kommt nicht augenfällig.

Y preguntado por los Fariseos, cuándo había de venir el reino de Dios, les respondió y dijo: El reino de Dios no vendrá con advertencia;

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Being asked by the Pharisees when God’s Kingdom would come, he answered them, “God’s Kingdom doesn’t come with observation;

Sie werden auch nicht sagen: Siehe, hier! oder: Siehe, dort! denn siehe, das Reich Gottes ist inwendig in euch!

Ni dirán: Helo aquí, ó helo allí: porque he aquí el reino de Dios entre vosotros está.

Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

neither will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ for behold, God’s Kingdom is within you.”

Er sprach aber zu den Jüngern: Es werden Tage kommen, da ihr werdet begehren, einen der Tage des Menschensohnes zu sehen, und werdet ihn nicht sehen!

Y dijo á sus discípulos: Tiempo vendrá, cuando desearéis ver uno de los días del Hijo del hombre, y no lo veréis.

And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

He said to the disciples, “The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it.

Und sie werden zu euch sagen: Siehe, hier! oder: Siehe, da! Gehet nicht hin, und folget ihnen nicht!

Y os dirán: Helo aquí, ó helo allí. No vayáis, ni sigáis.

And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

They will tell you, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘Look, there!’ Don’t go away or follow after them,

Denn gleichwie der Blitz unter dem Himmel hervorstrahlend, leuchtet hin unter dem Himmel, also wird des Menschen Sohn an Seinem Tage sein.

Porque como el relámpago, relampagueando desde una parte de debajo del cielo, resplandece hasta la otra debajo del cielo, así también será el Hijo del hombre en su día.

For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

for as the lightning, when it flashes out of one part under the sky, shines to another part under the sky, so will the Son of Man be in his day.

Zuerst aber muß Er viel leiden und verworfen werden von diesem Geschlecht.

Mas primero es necesario que padezca mucho, y sea reprobado de esta generación.

But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

But first, he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

Und wie es geschah in den Tagen Noachs, also wird es sein in den Tagen des Menschensohns.

Y como fué en los días de Noé, así también será en los días del Hijo del hombre.

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

As it was in the days of Noah, even so it will also be in the days of the Son of Man.

Sie aßen, sie tranken, sie freiten, sie ließen sich freien bis zu dem Tage, da Noach in die Arche einging, und die Flut kam und sie alle verdarb.

Comían, bebían, los hombres tomaban mujeres, y las mujeres maridos, hasta el día que entró Noé en el arca; y vino el diluvio, y destruyó á todos.

They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

They ate, they drank, they married, and they were given in marriage until the day that Noah entered into the ship, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Desgleichen auch, wie es geschah in den Tagen Lots: Sie aßen, sie tranken, sie kauften, sie verkauften, sie pflanzten, sie bauten.

Asimismo también como fué en los días de Lot; comían, bebían, compraban, vendían, plantaban, edificaban;

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

Likewise, even as it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

An dem Tage aber, da Lot aus Sodom ausging, regnete es vom Himmel Feuer und Schwefel und verdarb sie alle.

Mas el día que Lot salió de Sodoma, llovió del cielo fuego y azufre, y destruyó á todos:

But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from the sky and destroyed them all.

Ebenso wird es sein an dem Tage, da des Menschen Sohn wird geoffenbart werden.

Como esto será el día en que el Hijo del hombre se manifestará.

Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

It will be the same way in the day that the Son of Man is revealed.

Wer an selbigem Tage auf dem Dache ist, und sein Gerät im Hause, der steige nicht herab, es zu holen, und wer auf dem Felde ist desgleichen, der kehre nicht zurück nach dem, was dahinten ist.

En aquel día, el que estuviere en el terrado, y sus alhajas en casa, no descienda á tomarlas: y el que en el campo, asimismo no vuelva atrás.

In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

In that day, he who will be on the housetop and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away. Let him who is in the field likewise not turn back.

Cualquiera que procurare salvar su vida, la perderá; y cualquiera que la perdiere, la salvará.

Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

Whoever seeks to save his life loses it, but whoever loses his life preserves it.

Ich sage euch: In selbiger Nacht werden zwei auf einem Bette sein. Einer wird angenommen, und der andere gelassen werden.

Os digo que en aquella noche estarán dos en una cama; el uno será tomado, y el otro será dejado.

I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

I tell you, in that night there will be two people in one bed. One will be taken and the other will be left.

Zwei werden beieinander mahlen. Die eine wird angenommen, und die andere gelassen werden.

Dos mujeres estarán moliendo juntas: la una será tomada, y la otra dejada.

Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

There will be two grinding grain together. One will be taken and the other will be left.”

Zwei werden auf dem Felde sein. Der eine wird angenommen, und der andere gelassen werden.

Dos estarán en el campo; el uno será tomado, y el otro dejado.

Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Und sie antworteten und sagten zu Ihm: Wo, Herr? Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Wo der Leib ist, da sammeln sich die Adler.

Y respondiendo, le dicen: ¿Dónde, Señor? Y él les dijo: Donde estuviere el cuerpo, allá se juntarán también las águilas.

And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

They, answering, asked him, “Where, Lord?” He said to them, “Where the body is, there the vultures will also be gathered together.”
