Da die Weingärtner ihn aber sahen, bedachten sie bei sich und sprachen: Dies ist der Erbe. Kommt, lasset uns ihn töten, auf daß das Erbe unser werde.

Mas los labradores, viéndole, pensaron entre sí, diciendo: Este es el heredero; venid, matémosle para que la heredad sea nuestra.

But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.

“But when the farmers saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.’
