Ersah aber auf und schauete die Reichen, wie sie ihre Opfer einlegten in den Gotteskasten.

Y MIRANDO, vió á los ricos que echaban sus ofrendas en el gazofilacio.

And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

He looked up and saw the rich people who were putting their gifts into the treasury.

Er sah aber auch eine arme Witwe, die legte zwei Scherflein ein.

Y vió también una viuda pobrecilla, que echaba allí dos blancas.

And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

He saw a certain poor widow casting in two small brass coins.

Und er sprach: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, diese arme Witwe hat mehr denn sie alle eingelegt.

Y dijo: De verdad os digo, que esta pobre viuda echó más que todos:

And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

He said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow put in more than all of them,

Denn diese alle haben aus ihrem Uberfluli eingelegt zu dem Opfer Gottes; sie aber hat von ihrer Armut alle ihre Nahrung, die sie hatte, eingelegt.

Porque todos estos, de lo que les sobra echaron para las ofrendas de Dios; mas ésta de su pobreza echó todo el sustento que tenía.

For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

for all these put in gifts for God from their abundance, but she, out of her poverty, put in all that she had to live on.”

Und da etliche sagten von dem Tempel, daß er geschmuckt ware von feinen Steinen und Kleinoden, sprach er:

Y á unos que decían del templo, que estaba adornado de hermosas piedras y dones, dijo:

And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

As some were talking about the temple and how it was decorated with beautiful stones and gifts, he said,

Es wird die Zeit kommen, in welcher des alles, das ihr sehet, nicht ein Stein auf dem andern gelassen wird, der nicht zerbrochen werde.

Estas cosas que veis, días vendrán que no quedará piedra sobre piedra que no sea destruída.

As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

“As for these things which you see, the days will come in which there will not be left here one stone on another that will not be thrown down.”

Sie fragten ihn aber und sprachen: Meister, wann soli das werden? und welches ist das Zeichen, wann das geschehen wird?

Y le preguntaron, diciendo: Maestro, ¿cuándo será esto? ¿y qué señal habrá cuando estas cosas hayan de comenzar á ser hechas?

And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?

They asked him, “Teacher, so when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are about to happen?”

Er aber sprach: Sehet zu, lasset euch nicht verführen! Denn viele werden kommen in meinem Namen und sagen, ich sei es, und: Die Zeit ist herbeikommen. Folget ihnen nicht nach!

El entonces dijo: Mirad, no seáis engañados; porque vendrán muchos en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy; y, El tiempo está cerca: por tanto, no vayáis en pos de ellos.

And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

He said, “Watch out that you don’t get led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The time is at hand.’ Therefore don’t follow them.

Wenn ihr aber horen werdet von Kriegen und Emporungen, so entsetzet euch nicht. Denn solches muß zuvor geschehen; aber das Ende ist noch nicht so bald da.

Empero cuando oyereis guerras y sediciones, no os espantéis; porque es necesario que estas cosas acontezcan primero: mas no luego será el fin.

But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.

When you hear of wars and disturbances, don’t be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won’t come immediately.”

Da sprach erzu ihnen: Ein Volk wird sich erheben uber das andere und ein Reich uber das andere.

Entonces les dijo: Se levantará gente contra gente, y reino contra reino;

Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

Then he said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Und werden geschehen grolie Erdbebungen hin und her, teure Zeit und Pestilenz. Auch werden Schrecknisse und grolie Zeichen vom Himmel geschehen.

Y habrá grandes terremotos, y en varios lugares hambres y pestilencias: y habrá espantos y grandes señales del cielo.

And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.

Aber vor diesem allem werden sie die Hande an euch legen und verfolgen und werden euch uberantworten in ihre Schulen und Gefangnisse und vor Konige und Fursten ziehen um meines Namens willen.

Mas antes de todas estas cosas os echarán mano, y perseguirán, entregándoos á las sinagogas y á las cárceles, siendo llevados á los reyes y á los gobernadores por causa de mi nombre.

But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake.

But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for my name’s sake.

Das wird euch aber widerfahren zu einem Zeugnis.

Y os será para testimonio.

And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

It will turn out as a testimony for you.

So nehmet nun zu Herzen, daß ihr nicht sorget, wie ihr euch verantworten sollt.

Poned pues en vuestros corazones no pensar antes cómo habéis de responder:

Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:

Settle it therefore in your hearts not to meditate beforehand how to answer,

Denn ich will euch Mund und Weisheit geben, welcher nicht sollen widersprechen mogen noch widerstehen alle eure Widerwartigen.

Porque yo os daré boca y sabiduría, á la cual no podrán resistir ni contradecir todos los que se os opondrán.

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or to contradict.

Ihr werdet aber uberantwortet werden von den Eltern, Brudern, Gefreundeten und Freunden; und sie werden euer etliche toten.

Mas seréis entregados aun de vuestros padres, y hermanos, y parientes, y amigos; y matarán á algunos de vosotros.

And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

You will be handed over even by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends. They will cause some of you to be put to death.

Und ihr werdet gehasset sein von jedermann um meines Namens willen.

Y seréis aborrecidos de todos por causa de mi nombre.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.

You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake.

Und ein Haar von eurem Hauptsoll nicht umkommen.

Mas un pelo de vuestra cabeza no perecerá.

But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

And not a hair of your head will perish.

Fasseteure Seelen mit Geduld!

En vuestra paciencia poseeréis vuestras almas.

In your patience possess ye your souls.

“By your endurance you will win your lives.

Wenn ihr aber sehen werdet Jerusalem belagert mit einem Heer, so merket, daß herbeikommen ist ihre Verwustung.

Y cuando viereis á Jerusalem cercada de ejércitos, sabed entonces que su destrucción ha llegado.

And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

“But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is at hand.

Alsdann wer in Judaa ist, der fliehe auf das Gebirge; und wer mitten drinnen ist, der weiche heraus; und wer auf dem Lande ist, der komme nicht hinein.

Entonces los que estuvieren en Judea, huyan á los montes; y los que en medio de ella, váyanse; y los que estén en los campos, no entren en ella.

Then let them which are in Judæa flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.

Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let those who are in the middle of her depart. Let those who are in the country not enter therein.

Denn das sind die Tage der Rache, daß erfullet werde alles, was geschrieben ist.

Porque estos son días de venganza: para que se cumplan todas las cosas que están escritas.

For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Wehe aber den Schwangern und Saugerinnen in denselbigen Tagen! Denn es wird grofte Not auf Erden sein und ein Zorn uber dies Volk.

Mas ¡ay de las preñadas, y de las que crían en aquellos días! porque habrá apuro grande sobre la tierra é ira en este pueblo.

But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.

Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse infants in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath to this people.

Und sie werden fallen durch des Schwertes Scharfe und gefangen gefuhrt unter alle Volker; und Jerusalem wird zertreten werden von den Heiden, bis daß der Heiden Zeit erfullet wird.

Y caerán á filo de espada, y serán llevados cautivos á todas las naciones: y Jerusalem será hollada de las gentes, hasta que los tiempos de las gentes sean cumplidos.

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

They will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

Und es werden Zeichen geschehen an der Sonne und Mond und Sternen; und auf Erden wird den Leuten bange sein und werden zagen; und das Meer und die Wasserwogen werden brausen.

Entonces habrá señales en el sol, y en la luna, y en las estrellas; y en la tierra angustia de gentes por la confusión del sonido de la mar y de las ondas:

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

“There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars; and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves;

Und die Menschen werden verschmachten vor Furcht und vor Warten der Dinge, die kommen sollen auf Erden; denn auch der Himmel Krafte werden sich bewegen.

Secándose los hombres á causa del temor y expectación de las cosas que sobrevendrán á la redondez de la tierra: porque las virtudes de los cielos serán conmovidas.

Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

men fainting for fear and for expectation of the things which are coming on the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Und alsdann werden sie sehen des Menschen Sohn kommen in der Wolke mit grafter Kraft und Herrlichkeit.

Y entonces verán al Hijo del hombre, que vendrá en una nube con potestad y majestad grande.

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Wenn aber dieses anfanget zu geschehen, so sehet auf und hebet eure Haupter auf, darum daß sich eure Erlosung nahet.

Y cuando estas cosas comenzaren á hacerse, mirad, y levantad vuestras cabezas, porque vuestra redención está cerca.

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

But when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near.”

Und er sagte ihnen ein Gleichnis: Sehet an den Feigenbaum und alle Baume!

Y díjoles una parábola: Mirad la higuera y todos los árboles:

And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;

He told them a parable. “See the fig tree and all the trees.

Wenn sie jetztausschlagen, so sehet ihr's an ihnen und merket, daß jetzt der Sommer nahe ist.

Cuando ya brotan, viéndolo, de vosotros mismos entendéis que el verano está ya cerca.

When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.

When they are already budding, you see it and know by your own selves that the summer is already near.

Also auch ihr, wenn ihr dies alles sehet angehen, so wisset, daß das Reich Gottes nahe ist.

Así también vosotros, cuando viereis hacerse estas cosas, entended que está cerca el reino de Dios.

So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.

Even so you also, when you see these things happening, know that God’s Kingdom is near.

Wahrlich, ich sage euch, dies Geschlecht wird nicht vergehen, bis daß es alles geschehe.

De cierto os digo, que no pasará esta generación hasta que todo sea hecho.

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

Most certainly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all things are accomplished.

Himmel und Erde werden vergehen, aber meine Worte vergehen nicht.

El cielo y la tierra pasarán; mas mis palabras no pasarán.

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away.

Aber hütet euch, daß eure Herzen nicht beschweret werden mit Fressen und Saufen und mit Sorgen der Nahrung, und komme dieser Tag schnell uber euch;

Y mirad por vosotros, que vuestros corazones no sean cargados de glotonería y embriaguez, y de los cuidados de esta vida, y venga de repente sobre vosotros aquel día.

And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

“So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly.

denn wie ein Fallstrick wird er kommen uber alle, die auf Erden wohnen.

Porque como un lazo vendrá sobre todos los que habitan sobre la faz de toda la tierra.

For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

For it will come like a snare on all those who dwell on the surface of all the earth.

So seid nun wacker allezeit und betet, daß ihr würdig werden moget, zu entfliehen diesem allem, was geschehen soil, und zu stehen vor des Menschen Sohn.

Velad pues, orando en todo tiempo, que seáis tenidos por dignos de evitar todas estas cosas que han de venir, y de estar en pie delante del Hijo del hombre.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Therefore be watchful all the time, praying that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Und er lehrete des Tages im Tempel; des Nachts aber ging er aus und blieb uber Nacht am Olberge.

Y enseñaba de día en el templo; y de noche saliendo, estábase en el monte que se llama de las Olivas.

And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.

Every day Jesus was teaching in the temple, and every night he would go out and spend the night on the mountain that is called Olivet.

Und alles Volk machte sich fruhe auf zu ihm, im Tempel ihn zu horen.

Y todo el pueblo venía á él por la mañana, para oirle en el templo.

And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him.
