Lucas 22

E il Signore, rivoltosi, riguardò Pietro. E Pietro si rammentò la parola del Signore, come egli gli avea detto: Avanti che il gallo canti, tu mi rinnegherai tre volte.

Entonces, vuelto el Señor, miró á Pedro: y Pedro se acordó de la palabra del Señor como le había dicho: Antes que el gallo cante, me negarás tres veces.

And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

The Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the Lord’s word, how he said to him, “Before the rooster crows you will deny me three times.”
