E COME essi lo menavano, presero un certo Simon Cireneo, che veniva da' campi, e gli misero addosso la croce, per portarla dietro a Gesù.

Y llevándole, tomaron á un Simón Cireneo, que venía del campo, y le pusieron encima la cruz para que la llevase tras Jesús.

And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus.
