Mais Jésus disait : Père, pardonne-leur, car ils ne savent ce qu'ils font. Or, faisant le partage de ses vêtements, ils les tirèrent au sort.

Y Jesús decía: Padre, perdónalos, porque no saben lo que hacen. Y partiendo sus vestidos, echaron suertes.

Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.
