Lucas 23

E noi di vero vi siam giustamente, perciocchè riceviamo la condegna pena de' nostri fatti; ma costui non ha commesso alcun misfatto.

Y nosotros, á la verdad, justamente padecemos; porque recibimos lo que merecieron nuestros hechos: mas éste ningún mal hizo.

And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.
