Und als er mit lauter Stimme (mit lautem Schrei) geschrien hatte, sprach Jesus: Vater, in deine Hände übergebe ich meinen Geist (deinen Händen vertraue ich meinen Geist an). Indem er dieses sagte, hauchte er †sein Leben aus.

Entonces Jesús, clamando á gran voz, dijo: Padre, en tus manos encomiendo mi espíritu. Y habiendo dicho esto, espiró.

And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.
