Aber an der Sabbate einem sehr fruhe kamen sie zum Grabe und trugen die Spezerei, die sie bereitet hatten, und etliche mit ihnen.

Y EL primer día de la semana, muy de mañana, vinieron al sepulcro, trayendo las drogas aromáticas que habían aparejado, y algunas otras mujeres con ellas.

Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.

Sie fanden aber den Stein abgewalzet von dem Grabe

And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:

Und sie erschraken und schlugen ihre Angesichte nieder zu der Erde. Da sprachen die zu ihnen: Was suchet ihr den Lebendigen bei den Toten?

Y como tuviesen ellas temor, y bajasen el rostro á tierra, les dijeron: ¿Por qué buscáis entre los muertos al que vive?

And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?

Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. The men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?

Er ist nicht hier, er ist auferstanden. Gedenket daran, wie er euch sagte, da er noch in Galilaa war,

No está aquí, mas ha resucitado: acordaos de lo que os habló, cuando aun estaba en Galilea,

He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,

und sprach: Des Menschen Sohn muft uberantwortet werden in die Hande der Sunder und gekreuziget werden und am dritten Tage auferstehen.

Diciendo: Es menester que el Hijo del hombre sea entregado en manos de hombres pecadores, y que sea crucificado, y resucite al tercer día.

Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

Und es deuchten sie ihre Worte eben, als waren's Marlein, und glaubten ihnen nicht.

Mas á ellos les parecían como locura las palabras de ellas, y no las creyeron.

And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

Petrus aber stund auf und lief zum Grabe und buckete sich hinein und sah die leinenen Tucher ailein liegen und ging davon; und es nahm ihn wunder, wie es zuginge.

Pero levantándose Pedro, corrió al sepulcro: y como miró dentro, vió solos los lienzos echados; y se fué maravillándose de lo que había sucedido.

Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.

But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.

Und siehe, zwei aus ihnen gingen an demselbigen Tage in einen Flecken, der war von Jerusalem sechzig Feldwegs weit, des Name heißt Emmaus.

Y he aquí, dos de ellos iban el mismo día á una aldea que estaba de Jerusalem sesenta estadios, llamada Emmaús.

And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.

Und sie redeten miteinandervon alien diesen Geschichten.

And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.

While they talked and questioned together, Jesus himself came near, and went with them.

Aber ihre Augen wurden gehalten, dafi sie ihn nicht kannten.

Mas los ojos de ellos estaban embargados, para que no le conociesen.

But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

Er sprach aber zu ihnen: Was sind das fur Reden, die ihrzwischen euch handelt unterwegs, und seid traurig?

Y díjoles: ¿Qué pláticas son estas que tratáis entre vosotros andando, y estáis tristes?

And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?

He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”

Da antwortete einer mit Namen Kleophas und sprach zu ihm: Bist du allein unter den Fremdlingen zu Jerusalem, der nicht wisse, was in diesen Tagen drinnen geschehen ist?

Y respondiendo el uno, que se llamaba Cleofas, le dijo: ¿Tú sólo peregrino eres en Jerusalem, y no has sabido las cosas que en ella han acontecido estos días?

And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?

One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?”

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Welches? Sie aber sprachen zu ihm: Das von Jesu von Nazareth, welcher war ein Prophet, machtig von Taten und Worten vor Gott und allem Volk;

Entonces él les dijo: ¿Qué cosas? Y ellos le dijeron: De Jesús Nazareno, el cual fué varón profeta, poderoso en obra y en palabra delante de Dios y de todo el pueblo;

And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:

He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;

wie ihn unsere Hohenpriester und Obersten uberantwortet haben zur Verdammnis des Todes und gekreuziget.

Y cómo le entregaron los príncipes de los sacerdotes y nuestros príncipes á condenación de muerte, y le crucificaron.

And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.

Wir aber hoffeten, er sollte Israel erlosen. Und uber das alles ist heute der dritte Tag, dafi solches geschehen ist.

Mas nosotros esperábamos que él era el que había de redimir á Israel: y ahora sobre todo esto, hoy es el tercer día que esto ha acontecido.

But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.

Auch haben uns erschreckt etliche Weiber der Unsern, die sind fruhe bei dem Grabe gewesen,

Aunque también unas mujeres de los nuestros nos han espantado, las cuales antes del día fueron al sepulcro:

Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre;

Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;

haben seinen Leib nicht funden, kommen und sagen, sie haben ein Gesichtder Engel gesehen, welche sagen, er lebe.

Y no hallando su cuerpo, vinieron diciendo que también habían visto visión de ángeles, los cuales dijeron que él vive.

And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.

and when they didn’t find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.

Und etliche unter uns gingen hin zum Grabe und fanden's also, wie die Weiber sagten; aber ihn fanden sie nicht.

Y fueron algunos de los nuestros al sepulcro, y hallaron así como las mujeres habían dicho; mas á él no le vieron.

And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.

Some of us went to the tomb and found it just like the women had said, but they didn’t see him.”

Und er sprach zu ihnen: O ihr Toren und trages Herzens, zu glauben alle dem, das die Propheten geredet haben!

Entonces él les dijo: ¡Oh insensatos, y tardos de corazón para creer todo lo que los profetas han dicho!

Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:

He said to them, “Foolish people, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

¿No era necesario que el Cristo padeciera estas cosas, y que entrara en su gloria?

Und ting an von Mose und alien Propheten und legte ihnen alle Schriften aus, die von ihm gesagt waren.

Y comenzando desde Moisés, y de todos los profetas, declarábales en todas las Escrituras lo que de él decían.

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

Und sie kamen nahe zum Flecken, da sie hingingen. Und er stellete sich, als wollte er furder gehen.

Y llegaron á la aldea á donde iban: y él hizo como que iba más lejos.

And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

They came near to the village where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.

Und sie notigten ihn und sprachen: Bleibe bei uns; denn es will Abend werden, und der Tag hat sich geneiget. Und er ging hinein, bei ihnen zu bleiben.

Mas ellos le detuvieron por fuerza, diciendo: Quédate con nosotros, porque se hace tarde, y el día ya ha declinado. Entró pues á estarse con ellos.

But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.” He went in to stay with them.

Und es geschah, da er mit ihnen zu Tische saß, nahm er das Brot, dankete und brach's und gab's ihnen.

Y aconteció, que estando sentado con ellos á la mesa, tomando el pan, bendijo, y partió, y dióles.

And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave it to them.

Da wurden ihre Augen geoffnet und erkannten ihn. Und er verschwand vor ihnen.

Entonces fueron abiertos los ojos de ellos, y le conocieron; mas él se desapareció de los ojos de ellos.

And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

Und sie sprachen untereinander: Brannte nicht unser Herz in uns, da er mit uns redete auf dem Wege, als er uns die Schrift offnete?

Y decían el uno al otro: ¿No ardía nuestro corazón en nosotros, mientras nos hablaba en el camino, y cuando nos abría las Escrituras?

And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

They said to one another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”

Und sie stunden auf zu derselbigen Stunde, kehreten wieder gen Jerusalem und fanden die Elfe versammelt und die bei ihnen waren,

Y levantándose en la misma hora, tornáronse á Jerusalem, y hallaron á los once reunidos, y á los que estaban con ellos.

And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,

Und sie erzahleten ihnen, was auf dem Wege geschehen war, und wie er von ihnen erkannt ware an dem, da erdas Brot brach.

Entonces ellos contaban las cosas que les habían acontecido en el camino, y cómo había sido conocido de ellos al partir el pan.

And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

Da sie aber davon redeten, trat er selbst, Jesus, mitten unter sie und sprach zu ihnen: Friede sei mit euch!

Y entre tanto que ellos hablaban estas cosas, él se puso en medio de ellos, y les dijo: Paz á vosotros.

And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

Sie erschraken aber und furchteten sich, meineten, sie sahen einen Geist.

He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?

Sehet meine Hande und meine Füße, ich bin's selber; fühlet mich und sehet; denn ein Geist hat nicht Fleisch und Bein, wie ihr sehet, daß ich habe.

Mirad mis manos y mis pies, que yo mismo soy: palpad, y ved; que el espíritu ni tiene carne ni huesos, como veis que yo tengo.

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn’t have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”

Und da er das sagte, zeigte er ihnen Hande und Fül Je.

Da sie aber noch nicht glaubten vor Freuden und sich verwunderten, sprach erzu ihnen: Habt ihr hier etwas zu essen?

And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?

While they still didn’t believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

Und sie legten ihm vor ein Stuck von gebratenem Fisch und Honigseims.

Entonces ellos le presentaron parte de un pez asado, y un panal de miel.

And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.

Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Das sind die Reden, die ich zu euch sagte, da ich noch bei euch war; denn es muß alles erfullet werden, was von mir geschrieben ist im Gesetz Mose's, in den Propheten und in Psalmen.

Y él les dijo: Estas son las palabras que os hablé, estando aún con vosotros: que era necesario que se cumpliesen todas las cosas que están escritas de mí en la ley de Moisés, y en los profetas, y en los salmos.

And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms concerning me must be fulfilled.”

Da offnete er ihnen das Verstandnis, daß sie die Schrift verstunden.

Entonces les abrió el sentido, para que entendiesen las Escrituras;

Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

und predigen lassen in seinem Namen Buße und Vergebung der Sunden unter alien Volkern und anheben zu Jerusalem.

Y que se predicase en su nombre el arrepentimiento y la remisión de pecados en todas las naciones, comenzando de Jerusalem.

And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Er fuhrete sie aber hinaus gen Bethanien und hub die Hande auf und segnete sie.

And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

Sie aber beteten ihn an und kehrten wieder gen Jerusalem mitgroßer Freude.
