And it happened that while they were there, ⌞the time came⌟ for her to give birth.

Y aconteció que estando ellos allí, se cumplieron los días en que ella había de parir.

And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.

While they were there, the day had come for her to give birth.
