Lucas 3

Er sprach nun zu dem Gedränge, das herauszog, um sich von ihm taufen zu lassen: Ihr Otterngezüchte, wer hat euch gewiesen, vor dem kommenden Zorn zu fliehen?

Y decía á las gentes que salían para ser bautizadas de él: ¡Oh generación de víboras, quién os enseñó á huir de la ira que vendrá?

Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptized of him, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?

He said therefore to the multitudes who went out to be baptized by him, “You offspring of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
