Lucas 4

Jesus aber, voll Heiligen Geistes, kam wieder von dem Jordan und ward vom Geist in die Wuste gefuhret

Y JESÚS, lleno del Espíritu Santo, volvió del Jordán, y fué llevado por el Espíritu al desierto

And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

und ward vierzig Tage lang von dem Teufel versucht. Und er ali nichts in denselbigen Tagen. Und da dieselbigen ein Ende hatten, hungerte ihn danach.

Por cuarenta días, y era tentado del diablo. Y no comió cosa en aquellos días: los cuales pasados, tuvo hambre.

Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

for forty days, being tempted by the devil. He ate nothing in those days. Afterward, when they were completed, he was hungry.

Der Teufel aber sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so sprich zu dem Stein, daß er Brot werde.

Entonces el diablo le dijo: Si eres Hijo de Dios, di á esta piedra que se haga pan.

And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.

The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.”

Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es stehet geschrieben: Der Mensch lebt nicht allein vom Brot, sondern von einem jeglichen Wort Gottes.

Y Jesús respondiéndole, dijo: Escrito está: Que no con pan solo vivirá el hombre, mas con toda palabra de Dios.

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Und der Teufel fuhrete ihn auf einen hohen Berg und weisete ihm alle Reiche der ganzen Welt in einem Augenblick

Y le llevó el diablo á un alto monte, y le mostró en un momento de tiempo todos los reinos de la tierra.

And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

The devil, leading him up on a high mountain, showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

und sprach zu ihm: Alle diese Macht will ich dir geben und ihre Herrlichkeit; denn sie ist mir übergeben, und ich gebe sie, welchem ich will.

Y le dijo el diablo: A ti te daré toda esta potestad, y la gloria de ellos; porque á mí es entregada, y á quien quiero la doy:

And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

The devil said to him, “I will give you all this authority and their glory, for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I want.

So du nun mich willst anbeten, so soil es alles dein sein.

Pues si tú adorares delante de mí, serán todos tuyos.

If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

If you therefore will worship before me, it will all be yours.”

Jesus antwortete ihm und sprach: Heb' dich weg von mir, Satan! Es stehet geschrieben: Du sollst Gott, deinen Herrn, anbeten und ihm allein dienen.

Y respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Vete de mí, Satanás, porque escrito está: A tu Señor Dios adorarás, y á él solo servirás.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Jesus answered him, “Get behind me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and you shall serve him only.’”

Und er fuhrete ihn gen Jerusalem und stellete ihn auf des Tempels Zinne und sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so lali dich von hinnen hinunter;

Y le llevó á Jerusalem, y púsole sobre las almenas del templo, y le dijo: Si eres Hijo de Dios, échate de aquí abajo:

And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

He led him to Jerusalem and set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, cast yourself down from here,

denn es stehet geschrieben: Er wird befehlen seinen Engeln von dir, daß sie dich bewahren

Porque escrito está: Que á sus ángeles mandará de ti, que te guarden;

For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:

for it is written, ‘He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you;’

und auf den Handen tragen, auf dafi du nicht etwa deinen Fuli an einen Stein stoßest.

Y en las manos te llevarán, porque no dañes tu pie en piedra.

And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

and, ‘On their hands they will bear you up, lest perhaps you dash your foot against a stone.’”

Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es ist gesagt: Du sollst Gott, deinen Herrn, nicht versuchen.

Y respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Dicho está: No tentarás al Señor tu Dios.

And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Jesus answering, said to him, “It has been said, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”

Und da der Teufel alle Versuchung vollendet hatte, wich er von ihm eine Zeitlang.

Y acabada toda tentación, el diablo se fué de él por un tiempo.

And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

When the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him until another time.

Und Jesus kam wieder in des Geistes Kraft nach Galilaa; und das Gerucht erscholl von ihm durch alle umliegenden Orte.

Y Jesús volvió en virtud del Espíritu á Galilea, y salió la fama de él por toda la tierra de alrededor.

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

Und er lehrete in ihren Schulen und ward von jedermann gepreiset.

Y enseñaba en las sinagogas de ellos, y era glorificado de todos.

Und erkam gen Nazareth, da ererzogen war, und ging in die Schule nach seiner Gewohnheit am Sabbattage und stund auf und wollte lesen.

Da ward ihm das Buch des Propheten Jesaja gereicht. Und da er das Buch herumwarf, fand er den Ort, da geschrieben stehet:

Y fuéle dado el libro del profeta Isaías; y como abrió el libro, halló el lugar donde estaba escrito:

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

Der Geist des Herrn ist bei mir, derhalben er mich gesalbet hat und gesandt, zu verkündigen das Evangelium den Armen, zu heilen die zerstolienen Herzen, zu predigen den Gefangenen, daß sie los sein sollen, und den Blinden das Gesicht und den Zerschlagenen, daß sie frei und ledig sein sollen,

El Espíritu del Señor es sobre mí, por cuanto me ha ungido para dar buenas nuevas á los pobres: me ha enviado para sanar á los quebrantados de corazón; para pregonar á los cautivos libertad, y á los ciegos vista; para poner en libertad á los quebrantados:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed,

und zu predigen das angenehme Jahr des Herm.

Para predicar el año agradable del Señor.

To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

Und als er das Buch zutat, gab er's dem Diener und setzte sich. Und aller Augen, die in der Schule waren, sahen auf ihn.

Y rollando el libro, lo dió al ministro, y sentóse: y los ojos de todos en la sinagoga estaban fijos en él.

And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

Und er fing an, zu sagen zu ihnen: Heute ist diese Schrift erfüllet vor euren Ohren.

Y comenzó á decirles: Hoy se ha cumplido esta Escritura en vuestros oídos.

And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

He began to tell them, “Today, this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”

Und sie gaben alle Zeugnis von ihm und wunderten sich der holdseligen Worte, die aus seinem Munde gingen, und sprachen: Ist das nicht Josephs Sohn?

Y todos le daban testimonio, y estaban maravillados de las palabras de gracia que salían de su boca, y decían: ¿No es éste el hijo de José?

And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?

All testified about him and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth; and they said, “Isn’t this Joseph’s son?”

Und ersprach zu ihnen: Ihrwerdetfreilichzumir sagen dies Sprichwort: Arzt, hilf dir selber! Denn wie groüe Dinge haben wir gehort zu Kapernaum geschehen? Tue auch also hier in deinem Vaterlande!

Y les dijo: Sin duda me diréis este refrán: Médico, cúrate á ti mismo: de tantas cosas que hemos oído haber sido hechas en Capernaum, haz también aquí en tu tierra.

And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.

He said to them, “Doubtless you will tell me this proverb, ‘Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in your hometown.’”

Er aber sprach: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, kein Prophet ist angenehm in seinem Vaterlande.

Y dijo: De cierto os digo, que ningún profeta es acepto en su tierra.

And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.

He said, “Most certainly I tell you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown.

Aber in der Wahrheit sage ich euch: Es waren viel Witwen in Israel zu Elias Zeiten, da der Himmel verschlossen war drei Jahre und sechs Monden, da eine große Teurung war im ganzen Lande;

Mas en verdad os digo, que muchas viudas había en Israel en los días de Elías, cuando el cielo fué cerrado por tres años y seis meses, que hubo una grande hambre en toda la tierra;

But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;

But truly I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the sky was shut up three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land.

und zu der keiner ward Elia gesandt denn allein gen Sarepta der Sidonier, zu einer Witwe.

Pero á ninguna de ellas fué enviado Elías, sino á Sarepta de Sidón, á una mujer viuda.

But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.

Elijah was sent to none of them, except to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow.

Und viel Aussatzige waren in Israel zu des Propheten Elisa Zeiten; und der keiner ward gereiniget denn allein Naeman aus Syrien.

Y muchos leprosos había en Israel en tiempo del profeta Eliseo; mas ninguno de ellos fué limpio, sino Naamán el Siro.

And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

There were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, yet not one of them was cleansed, except Naaman, the Syrian.”

Und sie wurden voll Zorns alle, die in der Schule waren, da sie das horeten,

Entonces todos en la sinagoga fueron llenos de ira, oyendo estas cosas;

And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,

They were all filled with wrath in the synagogue as they heard these things.

und stunden auf und stießen ihn zur Stadt hinaus und fuhreten ihn auf einen Hugel des Berges, darauf ihre Stadt gebauet war, daß sie ihn hinabsturzeten.

Y levantándose, le echaron fuera de la ciudad, y le llevaron hasta la cumbre del monte sobre el cual la ciudad de ellos estaba edificada, para despeñarle.

And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.

They rose up, threw him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill that their city was built on, that they might throw him off the cliff.

Aber er ging mitten durch sie hinweg.

Mas él, pasando por medio de ellos, se fué.

But he passing through the midst of them went his way,

But he, passing through the middle of them, went his way.

Und kam gen Kapernaum, in die Stadt Galilaas, und iehrete sie an den Sabbaten.

Y descendió á Capernaum, ciudad de Galilea. Y los enseñaba en los sábados.

And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.

He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee. He was teaching them on the Sabbath day,

Und sie verwunderten sich seiner Lehre; denn seine Rede war gewaltig.

Y se maravillaban de su doctrina, porque su palabra era con potestad.

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

and they were astonished at his teaching, for his word was with authority.

Und es war ein Mensch in der Schule, besessen mit einem unsaubern Teufel. Und der schrie laut

Y estaba en la sinagoga un hombre que tenía un espíritu de un demonio inmundo, el cual exclamó á gran voz,

And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,

In the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon; and he cried out with a loud voice,

und sprach: Halt, was haben wir mit dir zu schaffen, Jesus von Nazareth? Du bist kommen, uns zu verderben. Ich weili, wer du bist, namlich der Heilige Gottes.

Diciendo: Déjanos, ¿qué tenemos contigo, Jesús Nazareno? ¿has venido á destruirnos? Yo te conozco quién eres, el Santo de Dios.

Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.

saying, “Ah! what have we to do with you, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God!”

Und Jesus bedrauete ihn und sprach: Verstumme und fahre aus von ihm! Und der Teufel warf ihn mitten unter sie und fuhr von ihm aus und tat ihm keinen Schaden.

Y Jesús le increpó, diciendo: Enmudece, y sal de él. Entonces el demonio, derribándole en medio, salió de él, y no le hizo daño alguno.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.

Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent and come out of him!” When the demon had thrown him down in the middle of them, he came out of him, having done him no harm.

Und es kam eine Furcht uber sie alle, und redeten miteinander und sprachen: Was ist das fur ein Ding? Er gebeut mit Macht und Gewalt den unsaubern Geistern, und sie fahren aus.

Y hubo espanto en todos, y hablaban unos á otros, diciendo: ¿Qué palabra es ésta, que con autoridad y potencia manda á los espíritus inmundos, y salen?

And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

Amazement came on all and they spoke together, one with another, saying, “What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Und es erscholl sein Geschrei in alle Orter des umliegenden Landes.

Y la fama de él se divulgaba de todas partes por todos los lugares de la comarca.

And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.

News about him went out into every place of the surrounding region.

Und er stund auf aus der Schule und kam in Simons Haus. Und Simons Schwieger war mit einem harten Fieber behaftet; und sie baten ihn fur sie.

Y levantándose Jesús de la sinagoga, entró en casa de Simón: y la suegra de Simón estaba con una grande fiebre; y le rogaron por ella.

And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon’s house. And Simon’s wife’s mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.

He rose up from the synagogue and entered into Simon’s house. Simon’s mother-in-law was afflicted with a great fever, and they begged him to help her.

Und er trat zu ihr und gebot dem Fieber, und es verließ sie. Und bald stund sie auf und dienete ihnen.

E inclinándose hacia ella, riñó á la fiebre; y la fiebre la dejó; y ella levantándose luego, les servía.

And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.

He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. Immediately she rose up and served them.

Und da die Sonne untergegangen war, alle die, so Kranke hatten mit mancherlei Seuchen, brachten sie zu ihm. Und er legte auf einen jeglichen die Hande und machte sie gesund.

Y poniéndose el sol, todos los que tenían enfermos de diversas enfermedades, los traían á él; y él, poniendo las manos sobre cada uno de ellos, los sanaba.

Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

Es fuhren auch die Teufel aus von vielen, schrieen und sprachen: Du bist Christus, der Sohn Gottes. Und er bedrauete sie und ließ sie nicht reden; denn sie wußten, daß er Christus war.

Y salían también demonios de muchos, dando voces, y diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios. Mas riñéndolos no les dejaba hablar; porque sabían que él era el Cristo.

And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

Demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!” Rebuking them, he didn’t allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ.

Da es aber Tag ward, ging er hinaus an eine wüste Statte; und das Volk suchte ihn, und kamen zu ihm und hielten ihn auf, daß er nicht von ihnen ginge.

Y siendo ya de día salió, y se fué á un lugar desierto: y las gentes le buscaban, y vinieron hasta él; y le detenían para que no se apartase de ellos.

And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.

When it was day, he departed and went into an uninhabited place and the multitudes looked for him, and came to him, and held on to him, so that he wouldn’t go away from them.

Er aber sprach. zu ihnen: Ich muß auch andern Stadten das Evangelium predigen vom Reich Gottes; denn dazu bin ich gesandt.

Mas él les dijo: Que también á otras ciudades es necesario que anuncie el evangelio del reino de Dios; porque para esto soy enviado.

And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

But he said to them, “I must preach the good news of God’s Kingdom to the other cities also. For this reason I have been sent.”

Und er predigte in den Schulen Galilaas.

Y predicaba en las sinagogas de Galilea.

And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.

He was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.
