Lucas 4

Jesus aber, voll heiligen Geistes, kehrte vom Jordan zurück und wurde vom Geist in die Wüste geführt und vierzig Tage vom Teufel versucht.

Y JESÚS, lleno del Espíritu Santo, volvió del Jordán, y fué llevado por el Espíritu al desierto

And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

Und er aß nichts in jenen Tagen; und als sie zu Ende waren, hungerte ihn,

Por cuarenta días, y era tentado del diablo. Y no comió cosa en aquellos días: los cuales pasados, tuvo hambre.

Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

for forty days, being tempted by the devil. He ate nothing in those days. Afterward, when they were completed, he was hungry.

und der Teufel sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so sage zu diesem Stein, daß er Brot werde!

Entonces el diablo le dijo: Si eres Hijo de Dios, di á esta piedra que se haga pan.

And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.

The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.”

Und Jesus antwortete ihm: Es steht geschrieben: «Der Mensch lebt nicht vom Brot allein!»

Y Jesús respondiéndole, dijo: Escrito está: Que no con pan solo vivirá el hombre, mas con toda palabra de Dios.

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Da führte er ihn auf einen hohen Berg und zeigte ihm alle Reiche der Welt in einem Augenblick.

Y le llevó el diablo á un alto monte, y le mostró en un momento de tiempo todos los reinos de la tierra.

And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

Und der Teufel sprach zu ihm: Dir will ich alle diese Herrschaft und ihre Herrlichkeit geben; denn sie ist mir übergeben, und ich gebe sie, wem ich will.

Y le dijo el diablo: A ti te daré toda esta potestad, y la gloria de ellos; porque á mí es entregada, y á quien quiero la doy:

And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

The devil said to him, “I will give you all this authority and their glory, for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I want.

Wenn nun du vor mir anbetest, so soll alles dein sein.

Pues si tú adorares delante de mí, serán todos tuyos.

If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

If you therefore will worship before me, it will all be yours.”

Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Hebe dich weg von mir Satan! Denn es steht geschrieben: «Du sollst den Herrn, deinen Gott, anbeten und ihm allein dienen.»

Y respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Vete de mí, Satanás, porque escrito está: A tu Señor Dios adorarás, y á él solo servirás.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Jesus answered him, “Get behind me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and you shall serve him only.’”

Er aber führte ihn gen Jerusalem und stellte ihn auf die Zinne des Tempels und sprach zu ihm: Bist du Gottes Sohn, so stürze dich von hier hinab;

Y le llevó á Jerusalem, y púsole sobre las almenas del templo, y le dijo: Si eres Hijo de Dios, échate de aquí abajo:

And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

He led him to Jerusalem and set him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, cast yourself down from here,

denn es steht geschrieben: «Er wird seinen Engeln deinethalben Befehl geben, dich zu behüten,

Porque escrito está: Que á sus ángeles mandará de ti, que te guarden;

For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:

for it is written, ‘He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you;’

und sie werden dich auf den Händen tragen, damit du nicht etwa deinen Fuß an einen Stein stoßest.»

Y en las manos te llevarán, porque no dañes tu pie en piedra.

And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

and, ‘On their hands they will bear you up, lest perhaps you dash your foot against a stone.’”

Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Es ist gesagt: «Du sollst den Herrn, deinen Gott, nicht versuchen!»

Y respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Dicho está: No tentarás al Señor tu Dios.

And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Jesus answering, said to him, “It has been said, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”

Und nachdem der Teufel alle Versuchung vollendet hatte, wich er von ihm eine Zeitlang.

Y acabada toda tentación, el diablo se fué de él por un tiempo.

And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

When the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him until another time.

Und Jesus kehrte in der Kraft des Geistes zurück nach Galiläa; und das Gerücht von ihm verbreitete sich durch die ganze umliegende Landschaft.

Y Jesús volvió en virtud del Espíritu á Galilea, y salió la fama de él por toda la tierra de alrededor.

And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

Und er lehrte in ihren Synagogen und wurde von allen gepriesen.

Und er kam nach Nazareth, wo er erzogen worden war, und ging nach seiner Gewohnheit am Sabbattag in die Synagoge und stand auf, um vorzulesen.

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

«Der Geist des Herrn ist auf mir, weil er mich gesalbt hat; er hat mich gesandt, den Armen frohe Botschaft zu verkünden, zu heilen, die zerbrochenen Herzens sind, Gefangenen Befreiung zu predigen und den Blinden, daß sie wieder sehend werden, Zerschlagene in Freiheit zu setzen;

El Espíritu del Señor es sobre mí, por cuanto me ha ungido para dar buenas nuevas á los pobres: me ha enviado para sanar á los quebrantados de corazón; para pregonar á los cautivos libertad, y á los ciegos vista; para poner en libertad á los quebrantados:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed,

zu predigen das angenehme Jahr des Herrn.»

Para predicar el año agradable del Señor.

To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

Und er rollte das Buch zusammen und gab es dem Diener wieder und setzte sich, und aller Augen in der Synagoge waren auf ihn gerichtet.

Y rollando el libro, lo dió al ministro, y sentóse: y los ojos de todos en la sinagoga estaban fijos en él.

And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

Er aber fing an, ihnen zu sagen: Heute ist diese Schrift erfüllt vor euren Ohren!

Y comenzó á decirles: Hoy se ha cumplido esta Escritura en vuestros oídos.

And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

He began to tell them, “Today, this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”

Und alle gaben ihm Zeugnis und wunderten sich über die Worte der Gnade, die aus seinem Munde gingen, und sprachen: Ist dieser nicht der Sohn Josephs?

Y todos le daban testimonio, y estaban maravillados de las palabras de gracia que salían de su boca, y decían: ¿No es éste el hijo de José?

And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?

All testified about him and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth; and they said, “Isn’t this Joseph’s son?”

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Allerdings werdet ihr mir dieses Sprichwort sagen: Arzt, hilf dir selber! Die großen Taten, von denen wir gehört haben, daß sie zu Kapernaum geschehen, tue sie auch hier in deiner Vaterstadt!

Y les dijo: Sin duda me diréis este refrán: Médico, cúrate á ti mismo: de tantas cosas que hemos oído haber sido hechas en Capernaum, haz también aquí en tu tierra.

And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.

He said to them, “Doubtless you will tell me this proverb, ‘Physician, heal yourself! Whatever we have heard done at Capernaum, do also here in your hometown.’”

Er sprach aber: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, kein Prophet ist angenehm in seiner Vaterstadt.

Y dijo: De cierto os digo, que ningún profeta es acepto en su tierra.

And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.

He said, “Most certainly I tell you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown.

In Wahrheit aber sage ich euch: Es waren viele Witwen in den Tagen Elias in Israel, als der Himmel drei Jahre und sechs Monate lang verschlossen war, da eine große Hungersnot entstand im ganzen Land;

Mas en verdad os digo, que muchas viudas había en Israel en los días de Elías, cuando el cielo fué cerrado por tres años y seis meses, que hubo una grande hambre en toda la tierra;

But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;

But truly I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the sky was shut up three years and six months, when a great famine came over all the land.

und zu keiner von ihnen wurde Elia gesandt, sondern nur zu einer Witwe nach Sarepta in Zidonien.

Pero á ninguna de ellas fué enviado Elías, sino á Sarepta de Sidón, á una mujer viuda.

But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.

Elijah was sent to none of them, except to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow.

Und viele Aussätzige waren in Israel zur Zeit des Propheten Elisa; aber keiner von ihnen wurde gereinigt, sondern nur Naeman, der Syrer.

Y muchos leprosos había en Israel en tiempo del profeta Eliseo; mas ninguno de ellos fué limpio, sino Naamán el Siro.

And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

There were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, yet not one of them was cleansed, except Naaman, the Syrian.”

Da wurden alle voll Zorn in der Synagoge, als sie solches hörten.

Entonces todos en la sinagoga fueron llenos de ira, oyendo estas cosas;

And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,

Und sie standen auf und stießen ihn zur Stadt hinaus und führten ihn an den Rand des Berges, auf dem ihre Stadt gebaut war, um ihn hinabzustürzen.

Y levantándose, le echaron fuera de la ciudad, y le llevaron hasta la cumbre del monte sobre el cual la ciudad de ellos estaba edificada, para despeñarle.

And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.

They rose up, threw him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill that their city was built on, that they might throw him off the cliff.

Er aber ging mitten durch sie hindurch und zog davon.

Mas él, pasando por medio de ellos, se fué.

But he passing through the midst of them went his way,

Und er kam hinab nach Kapernaum, einer Stadt des galiläischen Landes, und lehrte sie am Sabbat.

Y descendió á Capernaum, ciudad de Galilea. Y los enseñaba en los sábados.

And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.

He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee. He was teaching them on the Sabbath day,

Und sie waren betroffen über seine Lehre, denn er redete mit Vollmacht.

Y se maravillaban de su doctrina, porque su palabra era con potestad.

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

and they were astonished at his teaching, for his word was with authority.

Und in der Synagoge war ein Mensch, welcher den Geist eines unreinen Dämons hatte. Und er schrie mit lauter Stimme:

Y estaba en la sinagoga un hombre que tenía un espíritu de un demonio inmundo, el cual exclamó á gran voz,

And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,

In the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon; and he cried out with a loud voice,

Ha! Was willst du mit uns, Jesus von Nazareth? Bist du gekommen, uns zu verderben? Ich weiß, wer du bist: der Heilige Gottes.

Diciendo: Déjanos, ¿qué tenemos contigo, Jesús Nazareno? ¿has venido á destruirnos? Yo te conozco quién eres, el Santo de Dios.

Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.

saying, “Ah! what have we to do with you, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God!”

Und Jesus bedrohte ihn und sprach: Verstumme und fahre aus von ihm! Da warf ihn der Dämon mitten unter sie und fuhr aus von ihm und tat ihm keinen Schaden.

Y Jesús le increpó, diciendo: Enmudece, y sal de él. Entonces el demonio, derribándole en medio, salió de él, y no le hizo daño alguno.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.

Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent and come out of him!” When the demon had thrown him down in the middle of them, he came out of him, having done him no harm.

Und es kam sie alle ein Entsetzen an, und sie redeten untereinander und sprachen: Was ist das für ein Wort, daß er mit Vollmacht und Kraft den unreinen Geistern gebietet und sie ausfahren?

Y hubo espanto en todos, y hablaban unos á otros, diciendo: ¿Qué palabra es ésta, que con autoridad y potencia manda á los espíritus inmundos, y salen?

And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

Amazement came on all and they spoke together, one with another, saying, “What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

Und sein Ruf verbreitete sich in alle Orte der umliegenden Landschaft.

Y la fama de él se divulgaba de todas partes por todos los lugares de la comarca.

And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about.

News about him went out into every place of the surrounding region.

Und er stand auf und ging aus der Synagoge in das Haus des Simon. Simons Schwiegermutter aber war von einem heftigen Fieber befallen, und sie baten ihn für sie.

Y levantándose Jesús de la sinagoga, entró en casa de Simón: y la suegra de Simón estaba con una grande fiebre; y le rogaron por ella.

And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon’s house. And Simon’s wife’s mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.

He rose up from the synagogue and entered into Simon’s house. Simon’s mother-in-law was afflicted with a great fever, and they begged him to help her.

Und er trat zu ihr und bedrohte das Fieber, und es verließ sie. Und alsbald stand sie auf und diente ihm.

E inclinándose hacia ella, riñó á la fiebre; y la fiebre la dejó; y ella levantándose luego, les servía.

And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.

He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. Immediately she rose up and served them.

Als aber die Sonne unterging, brachten alle, welche Kranke hatten mit mancherlei Gebrechen, sie zu ihm, und er legte einem jeden von ihnen die Hände auf und heilte sie.

Y poniéndose el sol, todos los que tenían enfermos de diversas enfermedades, los traían á él; y él, poniendo las manos sobre cada uno de ellos, los sanaba.

Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

Es fuhren auch Dämonen aus von vielen, indem sie schrieen und sprachen: Du bist der Sohn Gottes! Und er bedrohte sie und ließ sie nicht reden, weil sie wußten, daß er der Christus sei.

Y salían también demonios de muchos, dando voces, y diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios. Mas riñéndolos no les dejaba hablar; porque sabían que él era el Cristo.

And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

Demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!” Rebuking them, he didn’t allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ.

Als es aber Tag geworden, ging er hinaus an einen abgelegenen Ort; und die Volksmenge suchte ihn und kam bis zu ihm, und sie wollten ihn zurückhalten, damit er nicht von ihnen zöge.

Y siendo ya de día salió, y se fué á un lugar desierto: y las gentes le buscaban, y vinieron hasta él; y le detenían para que no se apartase de ellos.

And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.

When it was day, he departed and went into an uninhabited place and the multitudes looked for him, and came to him, and held on to him, so that he wouldn’t go away from them.

Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Ich muß auch den andern Städten die frohe Botschaft vom Reiche Gottes verkündigen; denn dazu bin ich gesandt.

Mas él les dijo: Que también á otras ciudades es necesario que anuncie el evangelio del reino de Dios; porque para esto soy enviado.

And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

But he said to them, “I must preach the good news of God’s Kingdom to the other cities also. For this reason I have been sent.”

Und er predigte in den Synagogen von Judäa.

Y predicaba en las sinagogas de Galilea.

And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.

He was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.
