Or, un jour que pressé par la foule qui voulait entendre la parole de Dieu, il se tenait sur le bord du lac de Génésareth,

il vit deux barques qui stationnaient près du rivage ; les pêcheurs étaient descendus pour laver leurs filets.

And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

Il monta donc dans une de ces barques, qui était à Simon, et le pria de s'éloigner un peu de terre ; puis, s'étant assis, il enseigna le peuple de dessus la barque.

Y entrado en uno de estos barcos, el cual era de Simón, le rogó que lo desviase de tierra un poco; y sentándose, enseñaba desde el barco á las gentes.

And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.

Lorsqu'il eut cessé de parler, il dit à Simon : " Avance en pleine mer, et vous jetterez vos filets pour pêcher. "

Y como cesó de hablar, dijo á Simón: Tira á alta mar, y echad vuestras redes para pescar.

Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”

Simon lui répondit : " Maître, toute la nuit nous avons travaillé sans rien prendre ; mais, sur votre parole, je jetterai le filet. "

Y respondiendo Simón, le dijo: Maestro, habiendo trabajado toda la noche, nada hemos tomado; mas en tu palabra echaré la red.

And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

Simon answered him, “Master, we worked all night and caught nothing; but at your word I will let down the net.”

L'ayant jeté, ils prirent une si grande quantité de poissons, que leur filet se rompait.

Y habiéndolo hecho, encerraron gran multitud de pescado, que su red se rompía.

And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.

Et ils firent signe à leurs compagnons, qui étaient dans l'autre barque, de venir à leur aide. Ils y vinrent, et ils remplirent les deux barques, au point qu'elles enfonçaient.

And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

Ce que voyant Simon Pierre, il tomba aux pieds de Jésus en disant : " Eloignez-vous de moi, Seigneur, parce que je suis un pécheur. "

For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:

il en était de même de Jacques et de Jean, fils de Zébédée, les associés de Simon. Et Jésus dit à Simon : " Ne crains point, car désormais ce sont des hommes que tu prendras. "

Y asimismo á Jacobo y á Juan, hijos de Zebedeo, que eran compañeros de Simón. Y Jesús dijo á Simón: No temas: desde ahora pescarás hombres.

And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.

Aussitôt, ramenant leurs barques à terre, ils quittèrent tout et le suivirent.

Y como llegaron á tierra los barcos, dejándolo todo, le siguieron.

And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.

When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him.

Comme il était dans une ville, voici qu'un homme tout couvert de lèpre, apercevant Jésus, se prosterna la face contre terre, et le pria en disant : " Seigneur, si vous le voulez, vous pouvez me guérir. "

Y aconteció que estando en una ciudad, he aquí un hombre lleno de lepra, el cual viendo á Jesús, postrándose sobre el rostro, le rogó, diciendo: Señor, si quieres, puedes limpiarme.

And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

While he was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man full of leprosy. When he saw Jesus, he fell on his face and begged him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”

Jésus, étendant la main, le toucha et lui dit : " Je le veux, sois guéri " ; et à l'instant sa lèpre disparut.

Entonces, extendiendo la mano, le tocó diciendo: Quiero: sé limpio. Y luego la lepra se fué de él.

And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.

He stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately the leprosy left him.

Et il lui défendit d'en parler à personne ; mais : " Va, dit-il, te montrer au prêtre, et offre pour ta guérison ce qu'a prescrit Moïse, pour l'attester au peuple. "

Y él le mandó que no lo dijese á nadie: Mas ve, díjole, muéstrate al sacerdote, y ofrece por tu limpieza, como mandó Moisés, para testimonio á ellos.

And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

He commanded him to tell no one, “But go your way and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing according to what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”

Sa renommée se répandait de plus en plus, et l'on venait par troupes nombreuses pour l'entendre et pour être guéri de ses maladies.

Empero tanto más se extendía su fama: y se juntaban muchas gentes á oir y ser sanadas de sus enfermedades.

But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

Pour lui, il se retirait dans les déserts et priait.

Un jour qu'il enseignait, il y avait là, assis autour de lui, des Pharisiens et des docteurs de la Loi, venus de tous les villages de la Galilée, ainsi que de la Judée et de Jérusalem, et la puissance du Seigneur se manifestait par des guérisons.

Y aconteció un día, que él estaba enseñando, y los Fariseos y doctores de la ley estaban sentados, los cuales habían venido de todas las aldeas de Galilea, y de Judea y Jerusalem: y la virtud del Señor estaba allí para sanarlos.

And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judæa, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.

On one of those days, he was teaching; and there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by who had come out of every village of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. The power of the Lord was with him to heal them.

Et voilà que des gens, portant sur un lit un homme paralysé, cherchaient à le faire entrer et à le mettre devant lui.

Y he aquí unos hombres, que traían sobre un lecho un hombre que estaba paralítico; y buscaban meterle, y ponerle delante de él.

And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him.

Behold, men brought a paralyzed man on a cot, and they sought to bring him in to lay before Jesus.

Et n'en trouvant pas le moyen à cause de la foule, ils montèrent sur le toit et, à travers les tuiles, descendirent le malade avec sa couchette au milieu de tous, devant Jésus.

Y no hallando por donde meterle á causa de la multitud, subieron encima de la casa, y por el tejado le bajaron con el lecho en medio, delante de Jesús;

And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus.

Not finding a way to bring him in because of the multitude, they went up to the housetop and let him down through the tiles with his cot into the middle before Jesus.

Voyant leur foi, il dit : " Homme, tes péchés te sont remis. "

El cual, viendo la fe de ellos, le dice: Hombre, tus pecados te son perdonados.

And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

Entonces los escribas y los Fariseos comenzaron á pensar, diciendo: ¿Quién es éste que habla blasfemias? ¿Quién puede perdonar pecados sino sólo Dios?

And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?

Jésus, connaissant leurs pensées, prit la parole et leur dit : " Quelles pensées avez-vous en vos cœurs ?

Jesús entonces, conociendo los pensamientos de ellos, respondiendo les dijo: ¿Qué pensáis en vuestros corazones?

But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts?

Lequel est le plus facile de dire : Tes péchés te sont remis, ou de dire : Lève-toi et marche ?

Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?

Or, afin que vous sachiez que le Fils de l'homme a sur la terre le pouvoir de remettre les péchés : Je te le commande, dit-il au paralytique, lève-toi, prends ta couchette et va dans ta maison. "

Pues para que sepáis que el Hijo del hombre tiene potestad en la tierra de perdonar pecados, (dice al paralítico): A ti digo, levántate, toma tu lecho, y vete á tu casa.

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house.

But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,” he said to the paralyzed man, “I tell you, arise, take up your cot, and go to your house.”

A l'instant, celui-ci se leva devant eux, prit le lit sur lequel il était couché, et s'en alla dans sa maison en glorifiant Dieu.

And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day.

Amazement took hold on all, and they glorified God. They were filled with fear, saying, “We have seen strange things today.”

Après cela, Jésus sortit, et ayant vu un publicain nommé Lévi, assis au bureau du péage, il lui dit : " Suis-moi. "

Y después de estas cosas salió, y vió á un publicano llamado Leví, sentado al banco de los públicos tributos, y le dijo: Sígueme.

And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me.

After these things he went out and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow me!”

Et lui, quittant tout, se leva et le suivit.

Y dejadas todas las cosas, levantándose, le siguió.

And he left all, rose up, and followed him.

Lévi lui donna un grand festin dans sa maison ; et une foule nombreuse de publicains et d'autres personnes étaient à table avec eux.

And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.

Levi made a great feast for him in his house. There was a great crowd of tax collectors and others who were reclining with them.

Les Pharisiens et leurs Scribes murmuraient et disaient à ses disciples : " Pourquoi mangez-vous et buvez-vous avec les publicains et les pécheurs ? "

Y los escribas y los Fariseos murmuraban contra sus discípulos, diciendo: ¿Por qué coméis y bebéis con los publicanos y pecadores?

But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

Jésus leur répondit : " Ce ne sont pas les bien portants qui ont besoin de médecin, mais les malades.

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: Los que están sanos no necesitan médico, sino los que están enfermos.

And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

Jesus answered them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.

Je ne suis pas venu appeler les justes à la pénitence, mais les pécheurs. "

No he venido á llamar justos, sino pecadores á arrepentimiento.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Alors ils lui dirent : " Pourquoi, tandis que les disciples de Jean et ceux des Pharisiens jeûnent et prient souvent, les vôtres mangent-ils et boivent-ils ? "

Entonces ellos le dijeron: ¿Por qué los discípulos de Juan ayunan muchas veces y hacen oraciones, y asimismo los de los Fariseos, y tus discípulos comen y beben?

And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink?

They said to him, “Why do John’s disciples often fast and pray, likewise also the disciples of the Pharisees, but yours eat and drink?”

Il leur répondit : " Pouvez-vous faire jeûner les amis de l'Epoux, pendant que l'Epoux est avec eux ?

Y él les dijo: ¿Podéis hacer que los que están de bodas ayunen, entre tanto que el esposo está con ellos?

And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?

He said to them, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them?

Viendront des jours où l'Epoux leur sera enlevé : ils jeûneront ces jours-là. "

Empero vendrán días cuando el esposo les será quitado: entonces ayunarán en aquellos días.

But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.

Il leur proposa encore cette comparaison : " Personne ne met à un vieux vêtement un morceau pris à un vêtement neuf : autrement on déchire le neuf, et le morceau du neuf convient mal au vêtement vieux.

Y les decía también una parábola: Nadie mete remiendo de paño nuevo en vestido viejo; de otra manera el nuevo rompe, y al viejo no conviene remiendo nuevo.

And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.

He also told a parable to them. “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old garment, or else he will tear the new, and also the piece from the new will not match the old.

Personne non plus ne met du vin nouveau dans de vieilles outres : autrement, le vin nouveau rompant les outres, il se répandra, et les outres seront perdues.

Y nadie echa vino nuevo en cueros viejos; de otra manera el vino nuevo romperá los cueros, y el vino se derramará, y los cueros se perderán.

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.

No one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and it will be spilled and the skins will be destroyed.

Mais il faut mettre le vin nouveau dans des outres neuves, et tous les deux se conservent.

Mas el vino nuevo en cueros nuevos se ha de echar; y lo uno y lo otro se conserva.

But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.

But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.

Et personne après avoir bu du vieux vin, ne veut aussitôt du nouveau ; car on dit : Le vieux vin est meilleur. "

Y ninguno que bebiere del añejo, quiere luego el nuevo; porque dice: El añejo es mejor.

No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

No man having drunk old wine immediately desires new, for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
