Lucas 5

E aconteceu que, certo dia, a multidão se comprimia ao redor de Jesus para ouvir a palavra de Deus, e Ele estava em pé junto ao lago de Genesaré.

Y ACONTECIÓ, que estando él junto al lago de Genezaret, las gentes se agolpaban sobre él para oir la palabra de Dios.

And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,

Now while the multitude pressed on him and heard the word of God, he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret.

Ele viu dois barcos à beira do lago, os pescadores haviam desembarcado e lavavam as suas redes.

Y vió dos barcos que estaban cerca de la orilla del lago: y los pescadores, habiendo descendido de ellos, lavaban sus redes.

And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

He saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen had gone out of them and were washing their nets.

Então Ele subiu em um dos barcos, que era de Simão, e pediu-lhe para afastar um pouco o barco da praia. Jesus assentou-se e, do barco, ensinava às multidões.

Y entrado en uno de estos barcos, el cual era de Simón, le rogó que lo desviase de tierra un poco; y sentándose, enseñaba desde el barco á las gentes.

And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.

He entered into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.

Quando terminou de ensinar, Jesus disse a Simão: “eva o barco às águas profundas e lançai as vossas redes”.

Y como cesó de hablar, dijo á Simón: Tira á alta mar, y echad vuestras redes para pescar.

Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”

E Simão respondeu: “Mestre, trabalhamos a noite inteira e não pescamos nada, mas por causa da Tua palavra baixarei as redes”.

Y respondiendo Simón, le dijo: Maestro, habiendo trabajado toda la noche, nada hemos tomado; mas en tu palabra echaré la red.

And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

Simon answered him, “Master, we worked all night and caught nothing; but at your word I will let down the net.”

Depois de fazerem isso, eles pegaram uma grande quantidade de peixes, e as redes começaram a se rasgar.

Y habiéndolo hecho, encerraron gran multitud de pescado, que su red se rompía.

And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.

When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking.

Então eles acenaram aos seus companheiros no outro barco para virem ajudá-los. Eles encheram tanto os dois barcos que chegaram a ponto de quase afundarem.

E hicieron señas á los compañeros que estaban en el otro barco, que viniesen á ayudarles; y vinieron, y llenaron ambos barcos, de tal manera que se anegaban.

And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.

Quando Simão Pedro viu isso, ele se prostrou aos pés de Jesus, dizendo: “afasta-Te de mim, porque sou um pecador, Senhor”.

Lo cual viendo Simón Pedro, se derribó de rodillas á Jesús, diciendo: Apártate de mí, Señor, porque soy hombre pecador.

When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

But Simon Peter, when he saw it, fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord.”

Pois ele e todos os que estavam consigo ficaram assombrados com a pesca que haviam feito.

Porque temor le había rodeado, y á todos los que estaban con él, de la presa de los peces que habían tomado;

For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:

For he was amazed, and all who were with him, at the catch of fish which they had caught;

Semelhantemente, também, Tiago e João, filhos de Zebedeu, que eram sócios de Simão. Então Jesus disse a Simão: “Não temas, pois a partir de agora tu serás pescador de homens”.

Y asimismo á Jacobo y á Juan, hijos de Zebedeo, que eran compañeros de Simón. Y Jesús dijo á Simón: No temas: desde ahora pescarás hombres.

And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.

and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid. From now on you will be catching people alive.”

Quando eles trouxeram os barcos para a praia, deixaram tudo e seguiram a Jesus.

Y como llegaron á tierra los barcos, dejándolo todo, le siguieron.

And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.

When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him.

Aconteceu que, enquanto Ele estava em uma das cidades, havia um homem cheio de lepra. Quando ele viu Jesus, prostrou-se, tocando o rosto no solo, e implorou-lhe, dizendo: “Senhor, se esta é a Tua vontade, podes purificar-me.”

Y aconteció que estando en una ciudad, he aquí un hombre lleno de lepra, el cual viendo á Jesús, postrándose sobre el rostro, le rogó, diciendo: Señor, si quieres, puedes limpiarme.

And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

While he was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man full of leprosy. When he saw Jesus, he fell on his face and begged him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”

E Jesus estendeu as suas mãos e o tocou, dizendo: “Esta é a minha vontade. Sê purificado!” E imediatamente a lepra o deixou.

Entonces, extendiendo la mano, le tocó diciendo: Quiero: sé limpio. Y luego la lepra se fué de él.

And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.

He stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately the leprosy left him.

Ele o instruiu para não dizer a ninguém, mas falou-lhe: “Segue teu caminho, mostra-te ao sacerdote e oferece um sacrifício por tua purificação, de acordo com o que Moisés ordenou, para testemunhar-lhes".

Y él le mandó que no lo dijese á nadie: Mas ve, díjole, muéstrate al sacerdote, y ofrece por tu limpieza, como mandó Moisés, para testimonio á ellos.

And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

He commanded him to tell no one, “But go your way and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing according to what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”

Porém, notícias sobre Ele espalharam-se ainda mais, e multidões de pessoas vinham para ouvir Jesus ensinar e para serem curadas de suas doenças.

Empero tanto más se extendía su fama: y se juntaban muchas gentes á oir y ser sanadas de sus enfermedades.

But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

But the report concerning him spread much more, and great multitudes came together to hear and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

E com frequência Ele se retirava para um lugar solitário e orava.

Mas él se apartaba á los desiertos, y oraba.

And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.

But he withdrew himself into the desert and prayed.

Aconteceu que, certo dia, Jesus estava ensinando, e havia fariseus e mestres da Lei sentados perto Dele. Eles vieram de diversas aldeias das regiões da Judeia e da Galileia e também da cidade de Jerusalém. E o poder do Senhor estava com Ele para curar.

Y aconteció un día, que él estaba enseñando, y los Fariseos y doctores de la ley estaban sentados, los cuales habían venido de todas las aldeas de Galilea, y de Judea y Jerusalem: y la virtud del Señor estaba allí para sanarlos.

And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judæa, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.

On one of those days, he was teaching; and there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by who had come out of every village of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. The power of the Lord was with him to heal them.

Então alguns homens vieram carregando em um leito um homem que era paralítico. Eles procuravam uma maneira de trazê-lo para dentro do local, a fim de deitá-lo em frente a Jesus.

Y he aquí unos hombres, que traían sobre un lecho un hombre que estaba paralítico; y buscaban meterle, y ponerle delante de él.

And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was taken with a palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him.

Behold, men brought a paralyzed man on a cot, and they sought to bring him in to lay before Jesus.

Mas, por causa da multidão, eles não conseguiram. Então subiram ao telhado e, por entre as telhas, desceram o homem em seu leito, no meio das pessoas, exatamente na frente de Jesus.

Y no hallando por donde meterle á causa de la multitud, subieron encima de la casa, y por el tejado le bajaron con el lecho en medio, delante de Jesús;

And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus.

Not finding a way to bring him in because of the multitude, they went up to the housetop and let him down through the tiles with his cot into the middle before Jesus.

Vendo-lhes a fé, Jesus disse: “Homem, os teus pecados estão perdoados”.

El cual, viendo la fe de ellos, le dice: Hombre, tus pecados te son perdonados.

And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

Seeing their faith, he said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”

Os escribas e fariseus começaram a questionar, dizendo: “Quem é este para dizer essas blasfêmias? Somente Deus pode perdoar pecados”.

Entonces los escribas y los Fariseos comenzaron á pensar, diciendo: ¿Quién es éste que habla blasfemias? ¿Quién puede perdonar pecados sino sólo Dios?

And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?

The scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?”

Mas Jesus, percebendo o que eles estavam pensando, respondeu e disse-lhes: “Por que estais questionando isso em vossos corações?

Jesús entonces, conociendo los pensamientos de ellos, respondiendo les dijo: ¿Qué pensáis en vuestros corazones?

But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts?

But Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, answered them, “Why are you reasoning so in your hearts?

O que é mais fácil dizer: 'Os teus pecados estão perdoados.' ou 'Levanta-te e anda?'

¿Qué es más fácil, decir: Tus pecados te son perdonados, ó decir: Levántate y anda?

Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?

Which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’?

Porém, para que saibais que o Filho do Homem tem autoridade na terra para perdoar pecados, eu te digo: 'Levanta-te, pega o teu leito e vai para a tua casa".

Pues para que sepáis que el Hijo del hombre tiene potestad en la tierra de perdonar pecados, (dice al paralítico): A ti digo, levántate, toma tu lecho, y vete á tu casa.

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house.

But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,” he said to the paralyzed man, “I tell you, arise, take up your cot, and go to your house.”

Imediatamente ele se levantou perante eles, pegou o leito em que vivia deitado e foi para a sua casa glorificando a Deus.

Y luego, levantándose en presencia de ellos, y tomando aquel en que estaba echado, se fué á su casa, glorificando á Dios.

And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.

Todos ficaram maravilhados, glorificavam a Deus e, cheios de temor, diziam: “Hoje nós vimos coisas extraordinárias”.

Y tomó espanto á todos, y glorificaban á Dios; y fueron llenos de temor, diciendo: Hemos visto maravillas hoy.

And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day.

Amazement took hold on all, and they glorified God. They were filled with fear, saying, “We have seen strange things today.”

Depois disso, Jesus saiu de lá e viu um coletor de impostos chamado Levi assentado no local de coleta de impostos. Então Jesus lhe disse: “Segue-Me".

Y después de estas cosas salió, y vió á un publicano llamado Leví, sentado al banco de los públicos tributos, y le dijo: Sígueme.

And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me.

After these things he went out and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow me!”

Levi deixou tudo, levantou-se e O seguiu.

Y dejadas todas las cosas, levantándose, le siguió.

And he left all, rose up, and followed him.

He left everything, and rose up and followed him.

Então Levi preparou um grande banquete para Jesus em sua casa. Muitos coletores de impostos e outras pessoas estavam reclinados à mesa, comendo com eles.

E hizo Leví gran banquete en su casa; y había mucha compañía de publicanos y de otros, los cuales estaban á la mesa con ellos.

And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.

Levi made a great feast for him in his house. There was a great crowd of tax collectors and others who were reclining with them.

E os fariseus e escribas se queixavam aos discípulos de Jesus, dizendo: “Por que vós comeis e bebeis com coletores de impostos e outros pecadores?”.

Y los escribas y los Fariseos murmuraban contra sus discípulos, diciendo: ¿Por qué coméis y bebéis con los publicanos y pecadores?

But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

Their scribes and the Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?”

Respondeu-lhes Jesus: “Aqueles que têm saúde não precisam de médico, somente os doentes.

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: Los que están sanos no necesitan médico, sino los que están enfermos.

And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

Jesus answered them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.

Eu não vim para chamar os justos, mas para chamar os pecadores ao arrependimento".

No he venido á llamar justos, sino pecadores á arrepentimiento.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Eles Lhe disseram: “Os discípulos de João estão sempre jejuando e orando, os discípulos dos fariseus também. Porém os teus discípulos bebem e comem”.

Entonces ellos le dijeron: ¿Por qué los discípulos de Juan ayunan muchas veces y hacen oraciones, y asimismo los de los Fariseos, y tus discípulos comen y beben?

And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink?

They said to him, “Why do John’s disciples often fast and pray, likewise also the disciples of the Pharisees, but yours eat and drink?”

Jesus disse-lhes: “Pode alguém fazer os convidados de um casamento jejuarem enquanto o noivo está com eles?

Y él les dijo: ¿Podéis hacer que los que están de bodas ayunen, entre tanto que el esposo está con ellos?

And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?

He said to them, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them?

Mas chegarão dias em que o noivo lhes será tirado, e naqueles dias eles jejuarão".

Empero vendrán días cuando el esposo les será quitado: entonces ayunarán en aquellos días.

But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.

But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them. Then they will fast in those days.”

Então Jesus contou-lhes uma parábola: “Ninguém tira remendo de uma roupa nova para consertar uma roupa velha. Pois, se fizer isso, a roupa nova ficará rasgada, e o remendo não combinará com a roupa velha.

Y les decía también una parábola: Nadie mete remiendo de paño nuevo en vestido viejo; de otra manera el nuevo rompe, y al viejo no conviene remiendo nuevo.

And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.

He also told a parable to them. “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old garment, or else he will tear the new, and also the piece from the new will not match the old.

Ninguém põe vinho novo em odres velhos. Se assim o fizer, o vinho novo romperá os odres e se derramará, e os odres serão destruídos.

Y nadie echa vino nuevo en cueros viejos; de otra manera el vino nuevo romperá los cueros, y el vino se derramará, y los cueros se perderán.

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.

No one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and it will be spilled and the skins will be destroyed.

Mas o vinho novo deve ser colocado em odres novos.

Mas el vino nuevo en cueros nuevos se ha de echar; y lo uno y lo otro se conserva.

But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.

But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.

Ninguém, após tomar vinho velho, deseja tomar o vinho novo, pois diz: “O velho é que é bom!”.

Y ninguno que bebiere del añejo, quiere luego el nuevo; porque dice: El añejo es mejor.

No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

No man having drunk old wine immediately desires new, for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
