48Ele é semelhante a um homem que, construindo uma casa, cavou, foi fundo e lançou o alicerce sobre a rocha. Quando veio uma enchente, a correnteza bateu contra aquela casa, e não pôde abalá-la, porque estava fundada sobre a rocha.

48He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
