ele mandou dois dos seus discípulos a Jesus para perguntar-lhe: “O Senhor é realmente o Messias, ou devemos esperar algum outro?”

Y envió á Jesús, diciendo: ¿Eres tú aquél que había de venir, ó esperaremos á otro?

And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

John, calling to himself two of his disciples, sent them to Jesus, saying, “Are you the one who is coming, or should we look for another?”
