los sembrados en un pedregal, son aquellos que, oída la palabra, la reciben, sí, con gozo, pero no echa raíces en ellos; y así creen por una temporada, y al tiempo de la tentación vuelven atrás;

Y los de sobre la piedra, son los que habiendo oído, reciben la palabra con gozo; mas éstos no tienen raíces; que á tiempo creen, y en el tiempo de la tentación se apartan.

They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
