Lucas 9

Herodes aber sprach: Johannes habe ich enthauptet; wer ist aber der, von welchem ich solches höre? Und er verlangte, ihn zu sehen.

Y dijo Herodes: A Juan yo degollé: ¿quién pues será éste, de quien yo oigo tales cosas? Y procuraba verle.

And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.

Herod said, “I beheaded John, but who is this about whom I hear such things?” He sought to see him.
