Lucas 9

Da rief Er aber die Zwölfe zusammen, gab ihnen Kraft und Gewalt über alle Dämonen, und die Krankheiten zu heilen:

Y JUNTANDO á sus doce discípulos, les dió virtud y potestad sobre todos los demonios, y que sanasen enfermedades.

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.

Und sandte sie aus, das Reich Gottes zu predigen und die Siechen gesund zu machen.

Y los envió á que predicasen el reino de Dios, y que sanasen á los enfermos.

And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Und sprach zu ihnen: Nehmet nichts mit auf den Weg, keinen Stab noch Tasche, noch Brot, noch Silber, noch sollt ihr je zwei Röcke haben.

Y les dice: No toméis nada para el camino, ni báculo, ni alforja, ni pan, ni dinero; ni tengáis dos vestidos cada uno.

And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.

He said to them, “Take nothing for your journey—no staffs, nor wallet, nor bread, nor money. Don’t have two tunics each.

Und wenn ihr in ein Haus eingehet, so bleibet allda, und ziehet von dannen aus.

Y en cualquiera casa en que entrareis, quedad allí, y de allí salid.

And whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart.

Into whatever house you enter, stay there, and depart from there.

Und wo sie euch nicht aufnehmen, da geht hinaus von selbiger Stadt und schüttelt den Staub von euren Füßen ab, zum Zeugnis über sie.

Y todos los que no os recibieren, saliéndoos de aquella ciudad, aun el polvo sacudid de vuestros pies en testimonio contra ellos.

And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.

As many as don’t receive you, when you depart from that city, shake off even the dust from your feet for a testimony against them.”

Und sie gingen aus und durchzogen die Flecken, predigten das Evangelium und heilten überall.

Y saliendo, rodeaban por todas las aldeas, anunciando el evangelio, y sanando por todas partes.

And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.

They departed and went throughout the villages, preaching the Good News and healing everywhere.

Herodes, der Vierfürst, aber hörte, was alles von Ihm geschah und war betroffen; denn die einen sagten: Johannes ist von den Toten auferweckt!

Y oyó Herodes el tetrarca todas las cosas que hacía; y estaba en duda, porque decían algunos: Juan ha resucitado de los muertos;

Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead;

Andere aber: Elias ist erschienen; andere aber: Einer der alten Propheten ist auferstanden.

And of some, that Elias had appeared; and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again.

and by some that Elijah had appeared, and by others that one of the old prophets had risen again.

Und Herodes sprach: Den Johannes ließ ich enthaupten; wer ist aber Der, von Dem ich solches höre? Und er trachtete Ihn zu sehen.

Y dijo Herodes: A Juan yo degollé: ¿quién pues será éste, de quien yo oigo tales cosas? Y procuraba verle.

And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.

Herod said, “I beheaded John, but who is this about whom I hear such things?” He sought to see him.

Und die Apostel kehrten zurück und erzählten Ihm, was sie getan hätten; und Er nahm sie zu Sich und entwich besonders an einen wüsten Ort bei einer Stadt, die da heißet Bethsaida.

Y vueltos los apóstoles, le contaron todas las cosas que habían hecho. Y tomándolos, se retiró aparte á un lugar desierto de la ciudad que se llama Bethsaida.

And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.

Das Gedränge aber erfuhr es und folgte Ihm nach. Und Er nahm sie an, redete zu ihnen vom Reiche Gottes und machte die, so des Heilens bedürftig waren, gesund.

Y como lo entendieron las gentes, le siguieron; y él las recibió, y les hablaba del reino de Dios, y sanaba á los que tenían necesidad de cura.

And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.

But the multitudes, perceiving it, followed him. He welcomed them, spoke to them of God’s Kingdom, and he cured those who needed healing.

Der Tag aber fing an sich zu neigen; die Zwölfe aber kamen herzu und sprachen zu Ihm: Entlasse das Gedränge, daß sie in die umliegenden Flecken und auf die Felder gehen, auf daß sie Herberge und Beköstigung finden; denn hier sind wir an einem wüsten Ort.

Y el día había comenzado á declinar; y llegándose los doce, le dijeron: Despide á las gentes, para que yendo á las aldeas y heredades de alrededor, procedan á alojarse y hallen viandas; porque aquí estamos en lugar desierto.

And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.

The day began to wear away; and the twelve came and said to him, “Send the multitude away, that they may go into the surrounding villages and farms and lodge and get food, for we are here in a deserted place.”

Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Gebet ihr ihnen zu essen! Sie aber sprachen: Wir haben nicht mehr denn fünf Brote und zwei Fische; es sei denn, daß wir hingehen und für all dies Volk Speise kaufen.

Y les dice: Dadles vosotros de comer. Y dijeron ellos: No tenemos más que cinco panes y dos pescados, si no vamos nosotros á comprar viandas para toda esta compañía.

But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.

But he said to them, “You give them something to eat.” They said, “We have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we should go and buy food for all these people.”

Denn es waren bei fünftausend Männer. Er sprach aber zu Seinen Jüngern: Lasset sie sich in Lager zu fünfzig niederlagern.

Y eran como cinco mil hombres. Entonces dijo á sus discípulos: Hacedlos sentar en ranchos, de cincuenta en cincuenta.

For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.

Und sie taten also, und ließen alle sich niederlagern.

Er aber nahm die fünf Brote und die zwei Fische, blickte zum Himmel auf, segnete sie und brach und gab sie den Jüngern, daß sie dem Gedränge vorlegten.

Y tomando los cinco panes y los dos pescados, mirando al cielo los bendijo, y partió, y dió á sus discípulos para que pusiesen delante de las gentes.

Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.

Und sie aßen und wurden alle satt; und wurde aufgehoben, was ihnen überblieb von Brocken, zwölf Körbe.

Y comieron todos, y se hartaron; y alzaron lo que les sobró, doce cestos de pedazos.

And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.

They ate and were all filled. They gathered up twelve baskets of broken pieces that were left over.

Und es geschah, da Er allein war und betete, und Seine Jünger mit Ihm waren, fragte Er sie und sprach: Wer sagt das Gedränge, daß Ich sei?

Y aconteció que estando él solo orando, estaban con él los discípulos; y les preguntó diciendo: ¿Quién dicen las gentes que soy?

And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?

As he was praying alone, the disciples were near him, and he asked them, “Who do the multitudes say that I am?”

Sie aber antworteten und sagten: Johannes der Täufer; andere aber: Elias; andere aber: einer der alten Propheten sei auferstanden.

Y ellos respondieron, y dijeron: Juan el Bautista; y otros, Elías; y otros, que algún profeta de los antiguos ha resucitado.

They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.

They answered, “‘John the Baptizer,’ but others say, ‘Elijah,’ and others, that one of the old prophets has risen again.”

Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Wer saget ihr aber, daß Ich sei? Petrus aber antwortete und sprach: Der Christus Gottes.

Y les dijo: ¿Y vosotros, quién decís que soy? Entonces respondiendo Simón Pedro, dijo: El Cristo de Dios.

He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered, “The Christ of God.”

Er aber bedrohte sie und entbot ihnen, es niemand zu sagen,

Mas él, conminándolos, mandó que á nadie dijesen esto;

And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;

But he warned them and commanded them to tell this to no one,

Und sprach: Denn des Menschen Sohn muß viel leiden und von den Ältesten und Hohenpriestern und Schriftgelehrten verworfen und getötet werden, und am dritten Tage auferweckt werden.

Diciendo: Es necesario que el Hijo del hombre padezca muchas cosas, y sea desechado de los ancianos, y de los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y de los escribas, y que sea muerto, y resucite al tercer día.

Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

saying, “The Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised up.”

Er sprach aber zu allen: Wer Mir folgen will, der verleugne sich selbst, nehme täglich sein Kreuz auf und folge Mir nach.

Y decía á todos: Si alguno quiere venir en pos de mí, niéguese á sí mismo, y tome su cruz cada día, y sígame.

And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.

Denn wer sein Leben retten will, der wird es verlieren; wer aber sein Leben verlieren wird um Meinetwillen, der wird es retten.

Porque cualquiera que quisiere salvar su vida, la perderá; y cualquiera que perdiere su vida por causa de mí, éste la salvará.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake will save it.

Denn was nützt es dem Menschen, wenn er die ganze Welt gewinnt, sich selbst aber verliert oder Schaden nimmt?

Porque ¿qué aprovecha al hombre, si granjeare todo el mundo, y se pierda él á sí mismo, ó corra peligro de sí?

For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses or forfeits his own self?

Denn wer sich Mein und Meiner Worte schämt, dessen wird Sich des Menschen Sohn auch schämen, wenn Er kommen wird in Seiner und des Vaters und der heiligen Engel Herrlichkeit.

Porque el que se avergonzare de mí y de mis palabras, de este tal el Hijo del hombre se avergonzará cuando viniere en su gloria, y del Padre, y de los santos ángeles.

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.

For whoever will be ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory, and the glory of the Father, and of the holy angels.

Aber in Wahrheit sage Ich euch: Es sind etliche von denen, die hier stehen, die den Tod nicht schmecken werden, bis daß sie das Reich Gottes sehen.

Y os digo en verdad, que hay algunos de los que están aquí, que no gustarán la muerte, hasta que vean el reino de Dios.

But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

But I tell you the truth: There are some of those who stand here who will in no way taste of death until they see God’s Kingdom.”

Es geschah aber bei acht Tagen nach diesen Worten, daß Er Petrus und Johannes und Jakobus zu Sich nahm und stieg hinauf auf den Berg, um zu beten.

Y aconteció como ocho días después de estas palabras, que tomó á Pedro y á Juan y á Jacobo, y subió al monte á orar.

And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.

About eight days after these sayings, he took with him Peter, John, and James, and went up onto the mountain to pray.

Und es geschah, wie Er betete, ward das Aussehen Seines Angesichtes ein anderes, und Seine Kleidung weiß strahlend.

Y entre tanto que oraba, la apariencia de su rostro se hizo otra, y su vestido blanco y resplandeciente.

And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.

As he was praying, the appearance of his face was altered, and his clothing became white and dazzling.

Und siehe, zwei Männer unterredeten sich mit Ihm, welches Moses und Elias waren;

Y he aquí dos varones que hablaban con él, los cuales eran Moisés y Elías;

And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:

Behold, two men were talking with him, who were Moses and Elijah,

Welche in Herrlichkeit gesehen, von Seinem Ausgang sprachen, den Er in Jerusalem erfüllen sollte.

Que aparecieron en majestad, y hablaban de su salida, la cual había de cumplir en Jerusalem.

Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.

who appeared in glory and spoke of his departure, which he was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.

Petrus aber und die mit ihm waren, wurden von Schlaf beschwert; da sie aber erwachten, sahen sie Seine Herrlichkeit, und die zwei Männer bei Ihm stehen.

Y Pedro y los que estaban con él, estaban cargados de sueño: y como despertaron, vieron su majestad, y á aquellos dos varones que estaban con él.

But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

Now Peter and those who were with him were heavy with sleep, but when they were fully awake, they saw his glory, and the two men who stood with him.

Und es geschah, da sie sich von Ihm trennten, sprach Petrus zu Jesus: Meister, hier ist es gut sein für uns, und wir wollen drei Hütten machen, Dir eine, und Moses eine und Elias eine, - er wußte nicht, was er sagte.

Y aconteció, que apartándose ellos de él, Pedro dice á Jesús: Maestro, bien es que nos quedemos aquí: y hagamos tres pabellones, uno para ti, y uno para Moisés, y uno para Elías; no sabiendo lo que se decía.

And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.

As they were parting from him, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let’s make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah,” not knowing what he said.

Während er aber dieses sprach, kam eine Wolke und überschattete sie. Sie aber fürchteten sich, als jene in die Wolke eingingen.

Y estando él hablando esto, vino una nube que los cubrió; y tuvieron temor, entrando ellos en la nube.

While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.

While he said these things, a cloud came and overshadowed them, and they were afraid as they entered into the cloud.

Und aus der Wolke geschah eine Stimme, die sprach: Dies ist Mein geliebter Sohn, Ihn höret!

Y vino una voz de la nube, que decía: Este es mi Hijo amado; á él oid.

And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

A voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him!”

Und als die Stimme geschah, fand Sich Jesus allein. Und sie schwiegen und sagten in jenen Tagen niemand etwas an von dem, das sie gesehen hatten.

Y pasada aquella voz, Jesús fué hallado solo: y ellos callaron; y por aquellos días no dijeron nada á nadie de lo que habían visto.

And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.

When the voice came, Jesus was found alone. They were silent, and told no one in those days any of the things which they had seen.

Es geschah aber vom folgenden Tage, da sie vom Berge herabkamen, kam ihnen viel Gedränge entgegen.

Y aconteció al día siguiente, que apartándose ellos del monte, gran compañía les salió al encuentro.

And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they were come down from the hill, much people met him.

On the next day, when they had come down from the mountain, a great multitude met him.

Und siehe, ein Mann aus dem Gedränge schrie auf und sprach: Lehrer, ich flehe dich an, blicke auf meinen Sohn; denn er ist mein einziger.

Y he aquí, un hombre de la compañía clamó, diciendo: Maestro, ruégote que veas á mi hijo; que es el único que tengo:

And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son: for he is mine only child.

Behold, a man from the crowd called out, saying, “Teacher, I beg you to look at my son, for he is my only born child.

Und siehe, ein Geist erfaßt ihn, und plötzlich schreit er, und er zerrt ihn mit Schäumen und kaum weicht er von ihm, wenn er ihn zerschlägt.

Y he aquí un espíritu le toma, y de repente da voces; y le despedaza y hace echar espuma, y apenas se aparta de él quebrantándole.

And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him.

Behold, a spirit takes him, he suddenly cries out, and it convulses him so that he foams; and it hardly departs from him, bruising him severely.

Und ich flehte zu Deinen Jüngern, sie möchten ihn austreiben, und sie konnten nicht.

Y rogué á tus discípulos que le echasen fuera, y no pudieron.

And I besought thy disciples to cast him out; and they could not.

I begged your disciples to cast it out, and they couldn’t.”

Jesus aber antwortete und sprach: O du ungläubig und verkehrt Geschlecht! Wie lange soll Ich bei euch sein und euch ertragen? Führe deinen Sohn hierher.

Y respondiendo Jesús, dice: ¡Oh generación infiel y perversa! ¿hasta cuándo tengo de estar con vosotros, y os sufriré? Trae tu hijo acá.

And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.

Jesus answered, “Faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you and bear with you? Bring your son here.”

Als er aber nah herkam, riß ihn der Dämon und zerrte ihn herum. Jesus aber bedrohte den unreinen Geist, und machte den Knaben gesund und übergab ihn seinem Vater.

Y como aun se acercaba, el demonio le derribó y despedazó: mas Jesús increpó al espíritu inmundo, y sanó al muchacho, y se lo volvió á su padre.

And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.

While he was still coming, the demon threw him down and convulsed him violently. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, healed the boy, and gave him back to his father.

Alle aber staunten über die Größe Gottes. Während aber alle sich wunderten über alles, was Jesus tat, sprach Er zu Seinen Jüngern:

Y todos estaban atónitos de la grandeza de Dios. Y maravillándose todos de todas las cosas que hacía, dijo á sus discípulos:

And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,

They were all astonished at the majesty of God. But while all were marveling at all the things which Jesus did, he said to his disciples,

Nehmet zu Ohren diese Worte: Denn des Menschen Sohn wird in der Menschen Hände überantwortet.

Poned vosotros en vuestros oídos estas palabras; porque ha de acontecer que el Hijo del hombre será entregado en manos de hombres.

Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.

“Let these words sink into your ears, for the Son of Man will be delivered up into the hands of men.”

Aber sie verstanden diese Rede nicht, und es etwa vor ihnen verdeckt, daß sie solche nicht wahrnahmen. Und sie fürchteten sich, Ihn über diese Rede zu fragen.

Mas ellos no entendían esta palabra, y les era encubierta para que no la entendiesen; y temían preguntarle de esta palabra.

But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying.

But they didn’t understand this saying. It was concealed from them, that they should not perceive it, and they were afraid to ask him about this saying.

Es kam in ihnen auch der Gedanke auf, welcher unter ihnen wohl der Größte wäre.

Entonces entraron en disputa, cuál de ellos sería el mayor.

Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.

An argument arose among them about which of them was the greatest.

Da aber Jesus ihres Herzens Gedanken sah, nahm Er ein Kindlein herbei, und stellte es neben Sich.

Mas Jesús, viendo los pensamientos del corazón de ellos, tomó un niño, y púsole junto á sí,

And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him,

Jesus, perceiving the reasoning of their hearts, took a little child, and set him by his side,

Und sprach zu ihnen: Wer dieses Kindlein aufnimmt in Meinem Namen, der nimmt Mich auf, und wer Mich aufnimmt, der nimmt Den auf, Der Mich gesandt hat; denn der, so der Kleinste ist unter euch allen, der wird groß sein.

Y les dice: Cualquiera que recibiere este niño en mi nombre, á mí recibe; y cualquiera que me recibiere á mí, recibe al que me envió; porque el que fuere el menor entre todos vosotros, éste será el grande.

And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.

and said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in my name receives me. Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great.”

Johannes aber antwortete und sprach: Meister, wir sahen einen, der trieb in Deinem Namen Dämonen aus; und wir wehrten es ihm, weil er nicht mit uns nachfolgt.

Entonces respondiendo Juan, dijo: Maestro, hemos visto á uno que echaba fuera demonios en tu nombre; y se lo prohibimos, porque no sigue con nosotros.

And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.

John answered, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we forbade him, because he doesn’t follow with us.”

Und Jesus sprach zu ihm: Wehret ihm nicht; denn wer nicht wider uns ist, der ist für uns.

Jesús le dijo: No se lo prohibáis; porque el que no es contra nosotros, por nosotros es.

And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

Jesus said to him, “Don’t forbid him, for he who is not against us is for us.”

Es geschah aber, als die Tage sich erfüllten, daß Er sollte hinaufgenommen werden, und Er Sein Angesicht fest gerichtet hatte, gen Jerusalem zu ziehen,

Y aconteció que, como se cumplió el tiempo en que había de ser recibido arriba, él afirmó su rostro para ir á Jerusalem.

And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,

It came to pass, when the days were near that he should be taken up, he intently set his face to go to Jerusalem

Da sandte Er Boten vor Seinem Angesicht; und die gingen hin und kamen in einen samaritischen Flecken, um für Ihn zu bereiten.

Y envió mensajeros delante de sí, los cuales fueron y entraron en una ciudad de los Samaritanos, para prevenirle.

And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.

and sent messengers before his face. They went and entered into a village of the Samaritans, so as to prepare for him.

Und sie nahmen Ihn nicht auf, weil Sein Angesicht gewendet war, gen Jerusalem zu ziehen!

Mas no le recibieron, porque era su traza de ir á Jerusalem.

And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.

They didn’t receive him, because he was traveling with his face set toward Jerusalem.

Da aber Seine Jünger Jakobus und Johannes dies sahen, sprachen sie: Herr, willst Du, daß wir sagen, daß Feuer vom Himmel herabkomme und sie verzehre, wie auch Elias tat?

Y viendo esto sus discípulos Jacobo y Juan, dijeron: Señor, ¿quieres que mandemos que descienda fuego del cielo, y los consuma, como hizo Elías?

And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

Er aber wandte Sich um, bedrohte sie und sprach: Wisset ihr nicht, wessen Geistes ihr seid?

Es geschah aber, als sie auf dem Wege waren, sprach einer zu Ihm: Herr, ich will dir nachfolgen, wo Du hingehst.

Y aconteció que yendo ellos, uno le dijo en el camino: Señor, te seguiré donde quiera que fueres.

And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

As they went on the way, a certain man said to him, “I want to follow you wherever you go, Lord.”

Und Jesus sprach zu ihm: Die Füchse haben Baue, und das Gevögel des Himmels Nester; aber des Menschen Sohn hat nicht, wo Er Sein Haupt hinlege.

Y le dijo Jesús: Las zorras tienen cuevas, y las aves de los cielos nidos; mas el Hijo del hombre no tiene donde recline la cabeza.

And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

Zu einem anderen aber sagte Er: Folge du Mir nach! Der aber sprach: Herr, gestatte mir, daß ich zuerst hingehe, meinen Vater zu begraben.

Y dijo á otro: Sígueme. Y él dijo: Señor, déjame que primero vaya y entierre á mi padre.

And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

Aber Jesus sprach zu ihm: Laß die Toten ihre Toten begraben. Du aber gehe hin und verkündige das Reich Gottes.

Y Jesús le dijo: Deja los muertos que entierren á sus muertos; y tú, ve, y anuncia el reino de Dios.

Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

But Jesus said to him, “Leave the dead to bury their own dead, but you go and announce God’s Kingdom.”

Ein anderer aber sprach auch: Ich, Herr, will Dir nachfolgen. Gestatte aber zuerst, von denen, die in meinem Hause sind, mich zu verabschieden.

Entonces también dijo otro: Te seguiré, Señor; mas déjame que me despida primero de los que están en mi casa.

And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

Another also said, “I want to follow you, Lord, but first allow me to say good-bye to those who are at my house.”

Jesus aber sprach zu ihm: Keiner, der die Hand an den Pflug legt und nach hinten blickt, ist tauglich für das Reich Gottes.

Y Jesús le dijo: Ninguno que poniendo su mano al arado mira atrás, es apto para el reino de Dios.

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for God’s Kingdom.”
