Oh ci fosse pur qualcuno di voi che chiudesse le porte! Voi non accendereste invano il fuoco sul mio altare! Io non prendo alcun piacere in voi, dice l’Eterno degli eserciti, e le offerte delle vostre mani io non le gradisco.
¿Quién también hay de vosotros que cierre las puertas ó alumbre mi altar de balde? Yo no recibo contentamiento en vosotros, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, ni de vuestra mano me será agradable el presente.
Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.
