And who will Or, wait for abide the day of his coming? or who will withstand at his appearing? for he is coming in as the fire of a furnace and as the herb of Gr. them that wash fullers.

¿Y quién podrá sufrir el tiempo de su venida? ó ¿quién podrá estar cuando él se mostrará? Porque él es como fuego purificador, y como jabón de lavadores.

But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
