Nehmt auf euch mein Joch und lernt von mir, denn ich bin sanftmütig und vonHerzen demütig, und ihr werdet Ruhe finden für eure Seelen;

Llevad mi yugo sobre vosotros, y aprended de mí, que soy manso y humilde de corazón; y hallaréis descanso para vuestras almas.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls.
