Jesus aber rief Seine Jünger herbei und sprach: Mich jammert des Volkes, daß sie nun schon drei Tage bei Mir verharren und nichts zu essen haben; und ungegessen will Ich sie nicht von Mir lassen, auf daß sie nicht auf dem Wege verschmachten.
Y Jesús llamando á sus discípulos, dijo: Tengo lástima de la gente, que ya hace tres días que perseveran conmigo, y no tienen qué comer; y enviarlos ayunos no quiero, porque no desmayen en el camino.
Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
Jesus summoned his disciples and said, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have continued with me now three days and have nothing to eat. I don’t want to send them away fasting, or they might faint on the way.”
