Et les pharisiens et les sadducéens, s’approchant, lui demandèrent, pour l’éprouver, de leur montrer un signe du ciel.

Y LLEGÁNDOSE los Fariseos y los Saduceos para tentarle, le pedían que les mostrase señal del cielo.

The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.

The Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing him, asked him to show them a sign from heaven.

Mais lui, répondant, leur dit : Quand le soir est venu, vous dites : Il fera beau temps, car le ciel est rouge ;

Mas él respondiendo, les dijo: Cuando es la tarde del día, decís: Sereno; porque el cielo tiene arreboles.

He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

But he answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’

et le matin : Il y aura aujourd’hui de l’orage, car le ciel est rouge et sombre. Vous savez discerner l’apparence du ciel ; et ne pouvez-vous pas †discerner les signes des temps ?

Y á la mañana: Hoy tempestad; porque tiene arreboles el cielo triste. Hipócritas, que sabéis hacer diferencia en la faz del cielo; ¿y en las señales de los tiempos no podéis?

And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

In the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but you can’t discern the signs of the times!

Une génération méchante et adultère recherche un signe ; et il ne lui sera pas donné de signe, si ce n’est le signe de Jonas. Et les laissant, il s’en alla.

La generación mala y adulterina demanda señal; mas señal no le será dada, sino la señal de Jonás profeta. Y dejándolos, se fué.

A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will be no sign given to it, except the sign of the prophet Jonah.” He left them and departed.

Et quand les disciples furent venus à l’autre rive, ils avaient oublié de prendre du pain.

Y viniendo sus discípulos de la otra parte del lago, se habían olvidado de tomar pan.

And when his disciples were come to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread.

The disciples came to the other side and had forgotten to take bread.

Et Jésus leur dit : Voyez, et soyez en garde contre le levain des pharisiens et des sadducéens.

Y Jesús les dijo: Mirad, y guardaos de la levadura de los Fariseos y de los Saduceos.

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

Jesus said to them, “Take heed and beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

Et ils raisonnaient en eux-mêmes, disant : C’est parce que nous n’avons pas pris du pain.

Y ellos pensaban dentro de sí, diciendo: Esto dice porque no tomamos pan.

And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have taken no bread.

They reasoned among themselves, saying, “We brought no bread.”

Mais Jésus, le sachant, dit : Pourquoi raisonnez-vous en vous-mêmes, gens de petite foi, sur ce que vous n’avez pas pris du pain ?

Y entendiéndolo Jesús, les dijo: ¿Por qué pensáis dentro de vosotros, hombres de poca fe, que no tomasteis pan?

Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?

Jesus, perceiving it, said, “Why do you reason among yourselves, you of little faith, because you have brought no bread?

N’entendez-vous pas encore, et ne vous souvient-il pas des cinq pains des 5 000 hommes, et combien de paniers vous en avez recueillis ?

¿No entendéis aún, ni os acordáis de los cinco panes entre cinco mil hombres, y cuántos cestos alzasteis?

Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?

Don’t you yet perceive or remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many baskets you took up,

ni des sept pains des 4 000 hommes, et combien de corbeilles vous en avez recueillies ?

¿Ni de los siete panes entre cuatro mil, y cuántas espuertas tomasteis?

Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?

or the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many baskets you took up?

Comment n’entendez-vous pas que ce n’était pas touchant du pain que je vous disais : Soyez en garde contre le levain des pharisiens et des sadducéens ?

¿Cómo es que no entendéis que no por el pan os dije, que os guardaseis de la levadura de los Fariseos y de los Saduceos?

How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?

How is it that you don’t perceive that I didn’t speak to you concerning bread? But beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

Alors ils comprirent que ce n’était pas contre le levain du pain qu’il leur avait dit d’être en garde, mais contre la doctrine des pharisiens et des sadducéens.

Entonces entendieron que no les había dicho que se guardasen de la levadura de pan, sino de la doctrina de los Fariseos y de los Saduceos.

Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

Then they understood that he didn’t tell them to beware of the yeast of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Or, lorsque Jésus fut venu aux quartiers de Césarée de Philippe, il interrogea ses disciples, disant : Qui disent les hommes que je suis, moi, le fils de l’homme ?

Y viniendo Jesús á las partes de Cesarea de Filipo, preguntó á sus discípulos, diciendo: ¿Quién dicen los hombres que es el Hijo del hombre?

When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?

Now when Jesus came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?”

Et ils dirent : Les uns †disent : Jean le baptiseur ; les autres : Élie ; et d’autres : Jérémie ou l’un des prophètes.

Y ellos dijeron: Unos, Juan el Bautista; y otros, Elías; y otros, Jeremías, ó alguno de los profetas.

And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.

They said, “Some say John the Baptizer, some, Elijah, and others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

Il leur dit : Et vous, qui dites-vous que je suis ?

El les dice: Y vosotros, ¿quién decís que soy?

He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”

Et Simon Pierre, répondant, dit : Tu es le Christ, le Fils du Dieu vivant.

Y respondiendo Simón Pedro, dijo: Tú eres el Cristo, el Hijo del Dios viviente.

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

Et Jésus, répondant, lui dit : Tu es bienheureux, Simon Barjonas, car la chair et le sang ne t’ont pas révélé †cela, mais mon Père qui est dans les cieux.

Entonces, respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Bienaventurado eres, Simón, hijo de Jonás; porque no te lo reveló carne ni sangre, mas mi Padre que está en los cielos.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.

Et moi aussi, je te dis que tu es Pierre ; et sur ce roc je bâtirai mon assemblée, et †les portes du hadès ne prévaudront pas contre elle.

Mas yo también te digo, que tú eres Pedro, y sobre esta piedra edificaré mi iglesia; y las puertas del infierno no prevalecerán contra ella.

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

I also tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.

Et je te donnerai les clés du royaume des cieux ; et tout ce que tu lieras sur la terre sera lié dans les cieux ; et tout ce que tu délieras sur la terre sera délié dans les cieux.

Y á ti daré las llaves del reino de los cielos; y todo lo que ligares en la tierra será ligado en los cielos; y todo lo que desatares en la tierra será desatado en los cielos.

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.”

Alors il enjoignit aux disciples de ne dire à personne qu’il était le Christ.

Entonces mandó á sus discípulos que á nadie dijesen que él era Jesús el Cristo.

Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.

Then he commanded the disciples that they should tell no one that he was Jesus the Christ.

Dès lors Jésus commença à montrer à ses disciples qu’il fallait qu’il aille à Jérusalem, et qu’il souffre beaucoup de la part des anciens et des principaux sacrificateurs et des scribes, et qu’il soit mis à mort, et qu’il soit ressuscité le troisième jour.

Desde aquel tiempo comenzó Jesús á declarar á sus discípulos que le convenía ir á Jerusalem, y padecer mucho de los ancianos, y de los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y de los escribas; y ser muerto, y resucitar al tercer día.

From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

From that time, Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised up.

Et Pierre, le prenant à part, se mit à le reprendre, disant : Seigneur, Dieu t’en préserve, cela ne t’arrivera point !

Y Pedro, tomándolo aparte, comenzó á reprenderle, diciendo: Señor, ten compasión de ti: en ninguna manera esto te acontezca.

Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.

Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, “Far be it from you, Lord! This will never be done to you.”

Mais lui, se retournant, dit à Pierre : Va arrière de moi, Satan, tu m’es en scandale ; car tes pensées ne sont pas aux choses de Dieu, mais à celles des hommes.

Entonces él, volviéndose, dijo á Pedro: Quítate de delante de mí, Satanás; me eres escándalo; porque no entiendes lo que es de Dios sino lo que es de los hombres.

But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me, for you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of men.”

Alors Jésus dit à ses disciples : Si quelqu’un veut venir après moi, qu’il se renonce soi-même, et qu’il prenne sa croix, et me suive :

Entonces Jesús dijo á sus discípulos: Si alguno quiere venir en pos de mí, niéguese á sí mismo, y tome su cruz, y sígame.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.

car quiconque voudra sauver sa vie la perdra ; et quiconque perdra sa vie pour l’amour de moi, la trouvera.

Porque cualquiera que quisiere salvar su vida, la perderá, y cualquiera que perdiere su vida por causa de mí, la hallará.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.

Car que profitera-t-il à un homme s’il gagne le monde entier, et qu’il fasse la perte de son âme ; ou que donnera un homme en échange de son âme ?

Porque ¿de qué aprovecha al hombre, si granjeare todo el mundo, y perdiere su alma? O ¿qué recompensa dará el hombre por su alma?

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?

Car le fils de l’homme viendra dans la gloire de son Père, avec ses anges, et alors il rendra à chacun selon sa conduite.

Porque el Hijo del hombre vendrá en la gloria de su Padre con sus ángeles, y entonces pagará á cada uno conforme á sus obras.

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will give to everyone according to his deeds.

En vérité, je vous dis : Il y en a quelques-uns de ceux qui sont ici présents, qui ne goûteront point la mort jusqu’à ce qu’ils aient vu le fils de l’homme venant dans son royaume.

De cierto os digo: hay algunos de los que están aquí, que no gustarán la muerte, hasta que hayan visto al Hijo del hombre viniendo en su reino.

Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Most certainly I tell you, there are some standing here who will in no way taste of death until they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom.”
