Wenn er nicht hört auf sie, sprich zur Kirche (Gemeinde); Wenn er aber auf die Gemeinde nicht hört, dann soll er in deinen Augen wie (geradeso wie, gleichwie) ein Heide oder Zolleintreiber (Zöllner) sein.

Y si no oyere á ellos, dilo á la iglesia: y si no oyere á la iglesia, tenle por étnico y publicano.

And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.
