22Pero Jesús le dijo: ―¡No sabes lo que estás pidiendo! Y volviéndose a Jacobo y a Juan, les dijo: ―¿Se creen ustedes capaces de beber del terrible vaso del que yo tengo que beber? ¿Y de resistir el bautismo con que voy a ser bautizado? ―Sí —respondieron—. Podemos.

22Entonces Jesús respondiendo, dijo: No sabéis lo que pedís: ¿podéis beber el vaso que yo he de beber, y ser bautizados del bautismo de que yo soy bautizado? Y ellos le dicen: Podemos.

22But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.
World English Bible
22But Jesus answered, “You don’t know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to him, “We are able.”
