Et le soir étant venu, le maître de la vigne dit à son intendant : Appelle les ouvriers, et paie-leur leur salaire, en commençant depuis les derniers jusqu’aux premiers.

Y cuando fué la tarde del día, el señor de la viña dijo á su mayordomo: Llama á los obreros y págales el jornal, comenzando desde los postreros hasta los primeros.

So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.

“When evening had come, the lord of the vineyard said to his manager, ‘Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning from the last to the first.’
