Das Himmelreich ist gleich einem Hausvater, der am Morgen ausging, Arbeiterzu mieten in seinen Weinberg.

PORQUE el reino de los cielos es semejante á un hombre, padre de familia, que salió por la mañana á ajustar obreros para su viña.

For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.

“For the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who was the master of a household, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.

Und da er mit den Arbeitern eins ward um einen Groschen zum Taglohn, sandte er sie in seinen Weinberg.

Y habiéndose concertado con los obreros en un denario al día, los envió á su viña.

And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

Und ging aus um die dritte Stunde und sah andere an dem Markt müßig stehen

Y saliendo cerca de la hora de las tres, vió otros que estaban en la plaza ociosos;

And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,

und sprach zu ihnen: Gehet ihr auch hin in den Weinberg; ich will euch geben, was recht ist.

Y les dijo: Id también vosotros á mi viña, y os daré lo que fuere justo. Y ellos fueron.

And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.

He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went their way.

Und sie gingen hin. Abermal ging er aus um die sechste und neunte Stunde und tat gleich also.

Salió otra vez cerca de las horas sexta y nona, é hizo lo mismo.

Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.

Um die elfte Stunde aber ging er aus und fand andere müßig stehen und sprach zu ihnen: Was stehet ihr hier den ganzen Tag müßig?

Y saliendo cerca de la hora undécima, halló otros que estaban ociosos; y díceles: ¿Por qué estáis aquí todo el día ociosos?

And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?

About the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle. He said to them, ‘Why do you stand here all day idle?’

Sie sprachen zu ihm: Es hat uns niemand gedinget. Er sprach zu ihnen: Gehet ihr auch hin in den Weinberg, und was recht sein wird, soil euch werden.

Dícenle: Porque nadie nos ha ajustado. Díceles: Id también vosotros á la viña, y recibiréis lo que fuere justo.

They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

“They said to him, ‘Because no one has hired us.’ “He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and you will receive whatever is right.’

Da es nun Abend ward, sprach der Herr des Weinbergs zu seinem Schaffner: Rufe die Arbeiter und gib ihnen den Lohn und hebe an an den letzten bis zu den ersten.

Y cuando fué la tarde del día, el señor de la viña dijo á su mayordomo: Llama á los obreros y págales el jornal, comenzando desde los postreros hasta los primeros.

So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.

“When evening had come, the lord of the vineyard said to his manager, ‘Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning from the last to the first.’

Da kamen, die um die elfte Stunde gedinget waren, und empfing ein jeglicher seinen Groschen.

Y viniendo los que habían ido cerca de la hora undécima, recibieron cada uno un denario.

And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.

“When those who were hired at about the eleventh hour came, they each received a denarius.

Da aber die ersten kamen, meineten sie, sie würden mehr empfahen; und sie empfingen auch ein jeglicher seinen Groschen.

Y viniendo también los primeros, pensaron que habían de recibir más; pero también ellos recibieron cada uno un denario.

But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.

Und da sie den empfingen, murreten sie wider den Hausvater

Y tomándolo, murmuraban contra el padre de la familia,

And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,

und sprachen: Diese letzten haben nur eine Stunde gearbeitet, und du hast sie uns gleich gemacht, die wir des Tages Last und Hitze getragen haben.

Diciendo: Estos postreros sólo han trabajado una hora, y los has hecho iguales á nosotros, que hemos llevado la carga y el calor del día.

Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.

saying, ‘These last have spent one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat!’

Erantwortete aber und sagte zu einem unter ihnen: Mein Freund, ich tue dir nicht unrecht. Bist du nicht mit mir eins worden um einen Groschen?

Y él respondiendo, dijo á uno de ellos: Amigo, no te hago agravio; ¿no te concertaste conmigo por un denario?

But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?

“But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Didn’t you agree with me for a denarius?

Nimm, was dein ist, und gehe hin! Ich will aber diesem letzten geben gleichwie dir.

Toma lo que es tuyo, y vete; mas quiero dar á este postrero, como á ti.

Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.

Take that which is yours, and go your way. It is my desire to give to this last just as much as to you.

Oder habe ich nicht Macht zu tun, was ich will, mit dem Meinen? Siehest du darum scheel, daß ich so gutig bin?

¿No me es lícito á mí hacer lo que quiero con lo mío? ó ¿es malo tu ojo, porque yo soy bueno?

Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?

Isn’t it lawful for me to do what I want to with what I own? Or is your eye evil, because I am good?’

Also werden die Letzten die Ersten, und die Ersten die Letzten sein. Denn viele sind berufen, aber wenige sind auserwahlet.

Así los primeros serán postreros, y los postreros primeros: porque muchos son llamados, mas pocos escogidos.

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Und erzog hinauf gen Jerusalem und nahm zu sich die zwolf Jünger besonders auf dem Wege und sprach zu ihnen:

Y subiendo Jesús á Jerusalem, tomó sus doce discípulos aparte en el camino, y les dijo:

And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,

Siehe, wir ziehen hinauf gen Jerusalem, und des Menschen Sohn wird den Hohenpriestern und Schriftgelehrten überantwortet werden, und sie werden ihn verdammen zum Tode.

He aquí subimos á Jerusalem, y el Hijo del hombre será entregado á los príncipes de los sacerdotes y á los escribas, y le condenarán á muerte;

Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,

“Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death,

Und werden ihn überantworten den Heiden, zu verspotten und zu geißeln und zu kreuzigen. Und am dritten Tage wird er wieder auferstehen.

Y le entregarán á los Gentiles para que le escarnezcan, y azoten, y crucifiquen; mas al tercer día resucitará.

And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

and will hand him over to the Gentiles to mock, to scourge, and to crucify; and the third day he will be raised up.”

Da trat zu ihm die Mutter der Kinder des Zebedaus mit ihren Sohnen, fiel vor ihm nieder und bat etwas von ihm.

Entonces se llegó á él la madre de los hijos de Zebedeo con sus hijos, adorándole, y pidiéndole algo.

Then came to him the mother of Zebedee’s children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him.

Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came to him with her sons, kneeling and asking a certain thing of him.

Und er sprach zu ihr: Was willst du? Sie sprach zu ihm: Laß diese meine zwei Sohne sitzen in deinem Reiche, einen zu deiner Rechten und den andern zu deiner Linken.

Y él le dijo: ¿Qué quieres? Ella le dijo: Di que se sienten estos dos hijos míos, el uno á tu mano derecha, y el otro á tu izquierda, en tu reino.

And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom.

He said to her, “What do you want?” She said to him, “Command that these, my two sons, may sit, one on your right hand and one on your left hand, in your Kingdom.”

Aber Jesus antwortete und sprach: Ihr wisset nicht, was ihr bittet. Konnet ihr den Kelch trinken, den ich trinken werde, und euch taufen lassen mit der Taufe, da ich mit getauft werde? Sie sprachen zu ihm: Jawohl.

Entonces Jesús respondiendo, dijo: No sabéis lo que pedís: ¿podéis beber el vaso que yo he de beber, y ser bautizados del bautismo de que yo soy bautizado? Y ellos le dicen: Podemos.

But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.

But Jesus answered, “You don’t know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to him, “We are able.”

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Meinen Kelch sollt ihr zwar trinken und mit der Taufe, da ich mit getauft werde, sollt ihr getauft werden, aber das Sitzen zu meiner Rechten und Linken zu geben, stehet mir nicht zu, sondern denen es bereitet ist von meinem Vater.

Y él les dice: A la verdad mi vaso beberéis, y del bautismo de que yo soy bautizado, seréis bautizados; mas el sentaros á mi mano derecha y á mi izquierda, no es mío darlo, sino á aquellos para quienes está aparejado de mi Padre.

And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.

He said to them, “You will indeed drink my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give, but it is for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

Da das die Zehn horeten, wurden sie unwillig uber die zwei Bruder.

Y como los diez oyeron esto, se enojaron de los dos hermanos.

And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren.

When the ten heard it, they were indignant with the two brothers.

Aber Jesus rief sie zu sich und sprach: Ihr wisset, daß die weltlichen Fursten herrschen, und die Oberherren haben Gewalt.

Entonces Jesús llamándolos, dijo: Sabéis que los príncipes de los Gentiles se enseñorean sobre ellos, y los que son grandes ejercen sobre ellos potestad.

But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.

But Jesus summoned them, and said, “You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.

So soil es nicht sein unter euch, sondern so jemand will unter euch gewaltig sein, der sei euer Diener;

Mas entre vosotros no será así; sino el que quisiere entre vosotros hacerse grande, será vuestro servidor;

But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;

It shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.

und wer da will der Vornehmste sein, der sei euer Knecht,

Y el que quisiere entre vosotros ser el primero, será vuestro siervo:

And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:

Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant,

gleichwie des Menschen Sohn ist nicht kommen, daß er ihm dienen lasse, sondern daß er diene und gebe sein Leben zu einer Erlosung fur viele.

Como el Hijo del hombre no vino para ser servido, sino para servir, y para dar su vida en rescate por muchos.

Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Und da sie von Jericho auszogen, folgte ihm viel Volks nach.

Entonces saliendo ellos de Jericó, le seguía gran compañía.

And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him.

Und siehe, zwei Blinde saßen am Wege; und da sie horeten, daß Jesus voruberging, schrieen sie und sprachen: Ach Herr, du Sohn Davids, erbarme dich unser!

Y he aquí dos ciegos sentados junto al camino, como oyeron que Jesús pasaba, clamaron, diciendo: Señor, Hijo de David, ten misericordia de nosotros.

And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

Behold, two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, “Lord, have mercy on us, you son of David!”

Aber das Volk bedrauete sie, daß sie schweigen sollten. Aber sie schrieen viel mehr und sprachen: Ach Herr, du Sohn Davids, erbarme dich unser!

Y la gente les reñía para que callasen; mas ellos clamaban más, diciendo: Señor, Hijo de David, ten misericordia de nosotros.

And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

The multitude rebuked them, telling them that they should be quiet, but they cried out even more, “Lord, have mercy on us, you son of David!”

Jesus aber stund stille und rief sie und sprach: Was wollt ihr, daß ich euch tun soil?

Y parándose Jesús, los llamó, y dijo: ¿Qué queréis que haga por vosotros?

And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?

Jesus stood still and called them, and asked, “What do you want me to do for you?”

Sie sprachen zu ihm: Herr, daß unsere Augen aufgetan werden.

Ellos le dicen: Señor, que sean abiertos nuestros ojos.

They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.

They told him, “Lord, that our eyes may be opened.”

Und es jammerte Jesum und ruhrete ihre Augen an. Und alsbald wurden ihre Augen wieder sehend, und sie folgten ihm nach.

Entonces Jesús, teniendo misericordia de ellos, les tocó los ojos, y luego sus ojos recibieron la vista; y le siguieron.

So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.

Jesus, being moved with compassion, touched their eyes; and immediately their eyes received their sight, and they followed him.
