Et quand ils approchèrent de Jérusalem et qu’ils furent arrivés à Bethphagé, vers la montagne des Oliviers, alors Jésus envoya deux disciples,

Y COMO se acercaron á Jerusalem, y vinieron á Bethfagé, al monte de las Olivas, entonces Jesús envió dos discípulos,

And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,

When they came near to Jerusalem and came to Bethsphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples,

leur disant : Allez au village qui est vis-à-vis de vous, et aussitôt vous trouverez une ânesse attachée, et un ânon avec elle ; détachez-les et amenez-les-moi.

Diciéndoles: Id á la aldea que está delante de vosotros, y luego hallaréis una asna atada, y un pollino con ella: desatadla, y traédmelos.

Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.

saying to them, “Go into the village that is opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me.

Et si quelqu’un vous dit quelque chose, vous direz : Le Seigneur en a besoin ; et aussitôt il les enverra.

Y si alguno os dijere algo, decid: El Señor los ha menester. Y luego los dejará.

And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and immediately he will send them.”

Et tout cela arriva, afin que fût accompli ce qui avait été dit par le prophète, disant :

Y todo esto fué hecho, para que se cumpliese lo que fué dicho por el profeta, que dijo:

All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,

« Dites à la fille de Sion : Voici, ton roi vient à toi, débonnaire et monté sur une ânesse et sur un ânon, le petit d’une ânesse ».

Decid á la hija de Sión: He aquí, tu Rey viene á ti, manso, y sentado sobre una asna, y sobre un pollino, hijo de animal de yugo.

Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

“Tell the daughter of Zion, behold, your King comes to you, humble, and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.”

Et les disciples, s’en étant allés et ayant fait comme Jésus leur avait ordonné,

Y los discípulos fueron, é hicieron como Jesús les mandó;

And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,

amenèrent l’ânesse et l’ânon, et mirent leurs vêtements dessus ; et il s’y assit.

Y trajeron el asna y el pollino, y pusieron sobre ellos sus mantos; y se sentó sobre ellos.

And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

and brought the donkey and the colt and laid their clothes on them; and he sat on them.

Et une immense foule étendit ses vêtements sur le chemin, et d’autres coupaient des rameaux des arbres et les répandaient sur le chemin.

Y la compañía, que era muy numerosa, tendía sus mantos en el camino: y otros cortaban ramos de los árboles, y los tendían por el camino.

And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.

Et les foules qui allaient devant lui, et celles qui suivaient, criaient, disant : Hosanna au fils de David ! Béni soit celui qui vient au nom du ✶Seigneur ! Hosanna dans les lieux très hauts !

Y las gentes que iban delante, y las que iban detrás, aclamaban diciendo: ¡Hosanna al Hijo de David! ¡Bendito el que viene en el nombre del Señor! ¡Hosanna en las alturas!

And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

The multitudes who went in front of him, and those who followed, kept shouting, “Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”

Et comme il entrait dans Jérusalem, toute la ville fut émue, disant : Qui est celui-ci ?

Y entrando él en Jerusalem, toda la ciudad se alborotó, diciendo: ¿Quién es éste?

And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?

When he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?”

Et les foules disaient : Celui-ci est Jésus, le prophète, qui est de Nazareth de Galilée.

Y las gentes decían: Este es Jesús, el profeta, de Nazaret de Galilea.

And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

The multitudes said, “This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”

Et Jésus entra dans le temple de Dieu, et chassa dehors tous ceux qui vendaient et qui achetaient dans le temple ; et il renversa les tables des changeurs et les sièges de ceux qui vendaient les colombes ;

Y entró Jesús en el templo de Dios, y echó fuera todos los que vendían y compraban en el templo, y trastornó las mesas de los cambiadores, y las sillas de los que vendían palomas;

And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

Jesus entered into the temple of God and drove out all of those who sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the money changers’ tables and the seats of those who sold the doves.

et il leur dit : Il est écrit : « Ma maison sera appelée une maison de prière » ; mais vous, vous en avez fait une caverne de voleurs.

Y les dice: Escrito está: Mi casa, casa de oración será llamada; mas vosotros cueva de ladrones la habéis hecho.

And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers!”

Et des aveugles et des boiteux vinrent à lui dans le temple, et il les guérit.

Entonces vinieron á él ciegos y cojos en el templo, y los sanó.

And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple; and he healed them.

Et les principaux sacrificateurs et les scribes, voyant les merveilles qu’il faisait, et les enfants criant dans le temple et disant : Hosanna au fils de David ! en furent indignés,

And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,

et lui dirent : Entends-tu ce que ceux-ci disent ? Mais Jésus leur dit : Sans doute ; n’avez-vous jamais lu : « Par la bouche des petits enfants et de ceux qui tètent, tu as établi ta louange » ?

Y le dijeron: ¿Oyes lo que éstos dicen? Y Jesús les dice: Sí: ¿nunca leísteis: De la boca de los niños y de los que maman perfeccionaste la alabanza?

And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

and said to him, “Do you hear what these are saying?” Jesus said to them, “Yes. Did you never read, ‘Out of the mouth of children and nursing babies, you have perfected praise’?”

Et les ayant laissés, il sortit de la ville †et s’en alla à Béthanie ; et il y passa la nuit.

Y dejándolos, se salió fuera de la ciudad, á Bethania; y posó allí.

And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany; and he lodged there.

He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and camped there.

Et le matin, comme il retournait à la ville, il eut faim.

Y por la mañana volviendo á la ciudad, tuvo hambre.

Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

Et voyant un figuier sur le chemin, il s’en approcha ; et il n’y trouva rien que des feuilles ; et il lui dit : Que jamais aucun fruit ne naisse plus de toi ! Et à l’instant le figuier sécha.

Y viendo una higuera cerca del camino, vino á ella, y no halló nada en ella, sino hojas solamente; y le dijo: Nunca más para siempre nazca de ti fruto. Y luego se secó la higuera.

And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

Seeing a fig tree by the road, he came to it and found nothing on it but leaves. He said to it, “Let there be no fruit from you forever!” Immediately the fig tree withered away.

Et les disciples, le voyant, en furent étonnés, disant : Comment en un instant le figuier est-il devenu sec !

Y viendo esto los discípulos, maravillados decían: ¿Cómo se secó luego la higuera?

And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!

When the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree immediately wither away?”

Et Jésus, répondant, leur dit : En vérité, je vous dis : Si vous avez de la foi et que vous ne doutiez pas, non seulement vous ferez ce qui †a été fait au figuier, mais si même vous disiez à cette montagne : Ôte-toi et jette-toi dans la mer, cela se ferait.

Y respondiendo Jesús les dijo: De cierto os digo, que si tuviereis fe, y no dudareis, no sólo haréis esto de la higuera: mas si á este monte dijereis: Quítate y échate en la mar, será hecho.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.

Et quoi que vous demandiez en priant, si vous croyez, vous le recevrez.

Y todo lo que pidiereis en oración, creyendo, lo recibiréis.

And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

Et quand il fut entré dans le temple, les principaux sacrificateurs et les anciens du peuple vinrent à lui, comme il enseignait, disant : Par quelle autorité fais-tu ces choses, et qui t’a donné cette autorité ?

Y como vino al templo, llegáronse á él cuando estaba enseñando, los príncipes de los sacerdotes y los ancianos del pueblo, diciendo: ¿Con qué autoridad haces esto? ¿y quién te dió esta autoridad?

And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?

When he had come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him as he was teaching, and said, “By what authority do you do these things? Who gave you this authority?”

Et Jésus, répondant, leur dit : Je vous demanderai, moi aussi, une chose ; et si vous me la dites, je vous dirai, moi aussi, par quelle autorité je fais ces choses.

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: Yo también os preguntaré una palabra, la cual si me dijereis, también yo os diré con qué autoridad hago esto.

And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.

Le baptême de Jean, d’où était-il ? du ciel, ou des hommes ? Et ils raisonnaient en eux-mêmes, disant : Si nous disons : Du ciel, il nous dira : Pourquoi donc ne l’avez-vous pas cru ?

El bautismo de Juan, ¿de dónde era? ¿del cielo, ó de los hombres? Ellos entonces pensaron entre sí, diciendo: Si dijéremos, del cielo, nos dirá: ¿Por qué pues no le creísteis?

The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?

Et si nous disons : Des hommes, nous craignons la foule, car tous tiennent Jean pour un prophète.

Y si dijéremos, de los hombres, tememos al pueblo; porque todos tienen á Juan por profeta.

But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet.

But if we say, ‘From men,’ we fear the multitude, for all hold John as a prophet.”

Et, répondant, ils dirent à Jésus : Nous ne savons. Lui aussi leur dit : Moi non plus, je ne vous dis pas par quelle autorité je fais ces choses.

Y respondiendo á Jesús, dijeron: No sabemos. Y él también les dijo: Ni yo os digo con qué autoridad hago esto.

And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

They answered Jesus, and said, “We don’t know.” He also said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.

Mais que vous en semble ? Un homme avait deux enfants ; et venant au premier, il dit : †Mon enfant, va aujourd’hui travailler dans ma vigne.

Mas, ¿qué os parece? Un hombre tenía dos hijos, y llegando al primero, le dijo: Hijo, ve hoy á trabajar en mi viña.

But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.

But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first, and said, ‘Son, go work today in my vineyard.’

Et lui, répondant, dit : Je ne veux pas ; mais après, ayant du remords, il y alla.

Y respondiendo él, dijo: No quiero; mas después, arrepentido, fué.

He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went.

He answered, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he changed his mind, and went.

Et venant au second, il dit la même chose ; et lui, répondant, dit : Moi †j’y vais, seigneur ; et il n’y alla pas.

Y llegando al otro, le dijo de la misma manera; y respondiendo él, dijo: Yo, señor, voy. Y no fué.

And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not.

He came to the second, and said the same thing. He answered, ‘I’m going, sir,’ but he didn’t go.

Lequel des deux fit la volonté du père ? Ils lui disent : Le premier. Jésus leur dit : En vérité, je vous dis que les publicains et les prostituées vous devancent dans le royaume de Dieu.

¿Cuál de los dos hizo la voluntad de su padre? Dicen ellos: El primero. Díceles Jesús: De cierto os digo, que los publicanos y las rameras os van delante al reino de Dios.

Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.

Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to him, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering into God’s Kingdom before you.

Car Jean est venu à vous dans la voie de la justice, et vous ne l’avez pas cru ; mais les publicains et les prostituées l’ont cru ; et vous, l’ayant vu, vous n’en avez pas eu de remords ensuite pour le croire.

Porque vino á vosotros Juan en camino de justicia, y no le creísteis; y los publicanos y las rameras le creyeron; y vosotros, viendo esto, no os arrepentisteis después para creerle.

For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.

For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him; but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. When you saw it, you didn’t even repent afterward, that you might believe him.

Écoutez une autre parabole : Il y avait un maître de maison, qui planta une vigne, et l’environna d’une clôture, et y creusa un pressoir, et y bâtit une tour ; et il la loua à des cultivateurs et s’en alla hors du pays.

Oid otra parábola: Fué un hombre, padre de familia, el cual plantó una viña; y la cercó de vallado, y cavó en ella un lagar, y edificó una torre, y la dió á renta á labradores, y se partió lejos.

Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

“Hear another parable. There was a man who was a master of a household who planted a vineyard, set a hedge about it, dug a wine press in it, built a tower, leased it out to farmers, and went into another country.

Et lorsque la saison des fruits approcha, il envoya ses esclaves aux cultivateurs pour recevoir ses fruits.

Y cuando se acercó el tiempo de los frutos, envió sus siervos á los labradores, para que recibiesen sus frutos.

And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.

When the season for the fruit came near, he sent his servants to the farmers to receive his fruit.

Et les cultivateurs, ayant pris ses esclaves, battirent l’un, tuèrent l’autre, et en lapidèrent un autre.

Mas los labradores, tomando á los siervos, al uno hirieron, y al otro mataron, y al otro apedrearon.

And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.

The farmers took his servants, beat one, killed another, and stoned another.

Il envoya encore d’autres esclaves en plus grand nombre que les premiers, et ils leur firent de même.

Envió de nuevo otros siervos, más que los primeros; é hicieron con ellos de la misma manera.

Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

Et enfin, il envoya auprès d’eux son fils, disant : Ils auront du respect pour mon fils.

Y á la postre les envió su hijo, diciendo: Tendrán respeto á mi hijo.

But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

But afterward he sent to them his son, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

Mais les cultivateurs, voyant le fils, dirent entre eux : Celui-ci est l’héritier ; venez, tuons-le, et possédons son héritage.

Mas los labradores, viendo al hijo, dijeron entre sí: Este es el heredero; venid, matémosle, y tomemos su heredad.

But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.

But the farmers, when they saw the son, said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him and seize his inheritance.’

Et l’ayant pris, ils le jetèrent hors de la vigne et le tuèrent.

Y tomado, le echaron fuera de la viña, y le mataron.

And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard, then killed him.

Quand donc le maître de la vigne viendra, que fera-t-il à ces cultivateurs-là ?

Pues cuando viniere el señor de la viña, ¿qué hará á aquellos labradores?

When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?

When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?”

Ils lui disent : Il fera périr misérablement ces méchants, et louera sa vigne à d’autres cultivateurs qui lui remettront les fruits en leur saison.

Dícenle: á los malos destruirá miserablemente, y su viña dará á renta á otros labradores, que le paguen el fruto á sus tiempos.

They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

They told him, “He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers who will give him the fruit in its season.”

Jésus leur dit : N’avez-vous jamais lu dans les écritures : « La pierre que ceux qui bâtissaient ont rejetée, celle-là est devenue la maîtresse pierre du coin ; celle-ci est de par le ✶Seigneur, et est merveilleuse devant nos yeux » ?

Díceles Jesús: ¿Nunca leísteis en las Escrituras: La piedra que desecharon los que edificaban, ésta fué hecha por cabeza de esquina: por el Señor es hecho esto, y es cosa maravillosa en nuestros ojos?

Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?

Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner. This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes’?

C’est pourquoi je vous dis que le royaume de Dieu vous sera ôté, et sera donné à une nation qui en rapportera les fruits.

Por tanto os digo, que el reino de Dios será quitado de vosotros, y será dado á gente que haga los frutos de él.

Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

“Therefore I tell you, God’s Kingdom will be taken away from you and will be given to a nation producing its fruit.

Et celui qui tombera sur cette pierre sera brisé ; mais celui sur qui elle tombera, elle le broiera.

Y el que cayere sobre esta piedra, será quebrantado; y sobre quien ella cayere, le desmenuzará.

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomever it will fall, it will scatter him as dust.”

Les principaux sacrificateurs et les pharisiens, ayant entendu ses paraboles, connurent qu’il parlait d’eux.

Y oyendo los príncipes de los sacerdotes y los Fariseos sus parábolas, entendieron que hablaba de ellos.

And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke about them.

Et, cherchant à se saisir de lui, ils craignaient les foules, parce qu’elles le tenaient pour un prophète.

Y buscando cómo echarle mano, temieron al pueblo; porque le tenían por profeta.

But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.

When they sought to seize him, they feared the multitudes, because they considered him to be a prophet.
