Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.

And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.

Y preguntó uno de ellos, intérprete de la ley, tentándole y diciendo:

“Teacher, which commandment is greatest in the law?”
Maestro, ¿cuál es el mandamiento grande en la ley?

And he said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
Y Jesús le dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios de todo tu corazón, y de toda tu alma, y de toda tu mente.

If then David calls him ‘Lord,’ how is he his son?”

And no one was able to answer him a word, nor did anyone dare from that day on to ask him any more questions.
