Chi dunque giura per l’altare, giura per esso e per tutto quel che c’è sopra;

Pues el que jurare por el altar, jura por él, y por todo lo que está sobre él;

Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.

He therefore who swears by the altar, swears by it and by everything on it.
