ENTONCES el reino de los cielos será semejante á diez vírgenes, que tomando sus lámparas, salieron á recibir al esposo.
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
“Then the Kingdom of Heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
Die törichten aber sprachen zu den klugen: Gebt uns von eurem Öle; denn unsere Lampen verlöschen!
Y las cinco de ellas eran prudentes, y las cinco fatuas.
And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

Da antworteten die klugen und sprachen: Nicht also, auf daß nicht uns und euch gebreche. Gehet aber hin zu den Krämern und kaufet für euch selbst!
Las que eran fatuas, tomando sus lámparas, no tomaron consigo aceite;
They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
Those who were foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them,
Und da sie hingingen zu kaufen, kam der Bräutigam; und welche bereit waren, gingen mit ihm hinein zur Hochzeit. Und die Tür ward verschlossen.

Zuletzt kamen auch die andern Jungfrauen und sprachen: HERR, HERR, tu uns auf!

Er antwortete aber und sprach: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, ich kenne euer nicht.
Y á la media noche fué oído un clamor: He aquí, el esposo viene; salid á recibirle.
And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
But at midnight there was a cry, ‘Behold! The bridegroom is coming! Come out to meet him!’
Darum wachet! Denn ihr wisset weder Tag noch Stunde, in welcher des Menschen Sohn kommen wird.

Y las fatuas dijeron á las prudentes: Dadnos de vuestro aceite; porque nuestras lámparas se apagan.
And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

Und einem gab er fünf Zentner, dem andern zwei, dem dritten einen, einem jeden nach seinem Vermögen, und zog bald hinweg.
Mas las prudentes respondieron, diciendo: Porque no nos falte á nosotras y á vosotras, id antes á los que venden, y comprad para vosotras.
But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
But the wise answered, saying, ‘What if there isn’t enough for us and you? You go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’
Da ging der hin, der fünf Zentner empfangen hatte, und handelte mit denselbigen und gewann andere fünf Zentner.
Y mientras que ellas iban á comprar, vino el esposo; y las que estaban apercibidas, entraron con él á las bodas; y se cerró la puerta.
And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut.
Desgleichen auch, der zwei Zentner empfangen hatte, gewann auch zwei andere.
Y después vinieron también las otras vírgenes, diciendo: Señor, Señor, ábrenos.
Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

Der aber einen empfangen hatte, ging hin und machte eine Grube in die Erde und verbarg seines HERRN Geld.
Mas respondiendo él, dijo: De cierto os digo, que no os conozco.
But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
But he answered, ‘Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
Über eine lange Zeit kam der HERR dieser Knechte und hielt Rechenschaft mit ihnen.
Velad, pues, porque no sabéis el día ni la hora en que el Hijo del hombre ha de venir.
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Da trat herzu, der fünf Zentner empfangen hatte, und legte andere fünf Zentner dar und sprach: HERR, du hast mir fünf Zentner getan; siehe da, ich habe damit andere fünf Zentner gewonnen.
Porque el reino de los cielos es como un hombre que partiéndose lejos llamó á sus siervos, y les entregó sus bienes.
For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
“For it is like a man going into another country, who called his own servants and entrusted his goods to them.
Da sprach sein HERR zu ihm: Ei, du frommer und getreuer Knecht, du bist über wenigem getreu gewesen; ich will dich über viel setzen. Gehe ein zu deines HERRN Freude!
Y á éste dió cinco talentos, y al otro dos, y al otro uno: á cada uno conforme á su facultad; y luego se partió lejos.
And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his own ability. Then he went on his journey.
Da trat auch herzu, der zwei Zentner empfangen hatte, und sprach: HERR, du hast mir zwei Zentner getan; siehe da, ich habe mit denselben zwei andere gewonnen.
Y el que había recibido cinco talentos se fué, y granjeó con ellos, é hizo otros cinco talentos.
Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
Immediately he who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.
Sein HERR sprach zu ihm: Ei, du frommer und getreuer Knecht, du bist über wenigem getreu gewesen; ich will dich über viel setzen. Gehe ein zu deines HERRN Freude!
Asimismo el que había recibido dos, ganó también él otros dos.
And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
In the same way, he also who got the two gained another two.
Da trat auch herzu, der einen Zentner empfangen hatte, und sprach: HERR, ich wußte, daß du ein harter Mann bist: du schneidest, wo du nicht gesäet hast, und sammelst, da du nicht gestreuet hast.
Mas el que había recibido uno, fué y cavó en la tierra, y escondió el dinero de su señor.
But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
But he who received the one talent went away and dug in the earth and hid his lord’s money.
Und fürchtete mich, ging hin und verbarg deinen Zentner in die Erde. Siehe, da hast du das Deine.
Y después de mucho tiempo, vino el señor de aquellos siervos, é hizo cuentas con ellos.
After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
“Now after a long time the lord of those servants came, and settled accounts with them.
Sein HERR aber antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Du Schalk und fauler Knecht! Wußtest du, daß ich schneide, da ich nicht gesäet habe, und sammle, da ich nicht gestreuet habe,
Y llegando el que había recibido cinco talentos, trajo otros cinco talentos, diciendo: Señor, cinco talentos me entregaste; he aquí otros cinco talentos he ganado sobre ellos.
And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
He who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Behold, I have gained another five talents in addition to them.’
so solltest du mein Geld zu den Wechslern getan haben, und wenn ich kommen wäre, hätte ich das Meine zu mir genommen mit Wucher.
Y su señor le dijo: Bien, buen siervo y fiel; sobre poco has sido fiel, sobre mucho te pondré: entra en el gozo de tu señor.
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
“His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
Darum nehmet von ihm den Zentner und gebet's dem, der zehn Zentner hat!
Y llegando también el que había recibido dos talentos, dijo: Señor, dos talentos me entregaste; he aquí otros dos talentos he ganado sobre ellos.
He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
“He also who got the two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents. Behold, I have gained another two talents in addition to them.’
Denn wer da hat, dem wird gegeben werden, und wird die Fülle haben; wer aber nicht hat, dem wird auch, was er hat, genommen werden.

Und den unnützen Knecht werft in die äußerste Finsternis hinaus; da wird sein Heulen und Zähneklappen.
Y llegando también el que había recibido un talento, dijo: Señor, te conocía que eres hombre duro, que siegas donde no sembraste, y recoges donde no esparciste;
Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
“He also who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you didn’t sow, and gathering where you didn’t scatter.
Wenn aber des Menschen Sohn kommen wird in seiner HERRLIchkeit und alle heiligen Engel mit ihm, dann wird er sitzen auf dem Stuhl seiner HERRLIchkeit.
Y tuve miedo, y fuí, y escondí tu talento en la tierra: he aquí tienes lo que es tuyo.
And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the earth. Behold, you have what is yours.’
Und werden vor ihm alle Völker versammelt werden. Und er wird sie voneinander scheiden, gleich als ein Hirte die Schafe von den Böcken scheidet.
Y respondiendo su señor, le dijo: Malo y negligente siervo, sabías que siego donde no sembré y que recojo donde no esparcí;
His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
“But his lord answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant. You knew that I reap where I didn’t sow, and gather where I didn’t scatter.
Und wird die Schafe zu seiner Rechten stellen und die Böcke zur Linken.
Por tanto te convenía dar mi dinero á los banqueros, y viniendo yo, hubiera recibido lo que es mío con usura.
Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
You ought therefore to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back my own with interest.
Da wird denn der König sagen zu denen zu seiner Rechten: Kommt her, ihr Gesegneten meines Vaters, ererbet das Reich, das euch bereitet ist von Anbeginn der Welt!
Quitadle pues el talento, y dadlo al que tiene diez talentos.
Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
Take away therefore the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.
Denn ich bin hungrig gewesen, und ihr habt mich gespeiset. Ich bin durstig gewesen, und ihr habt mich getränket. Ich bin ein Gast gewesen, und ihr habt mich beherberget.
Porque á cualquiera que tuviere, le será dado, y tendrá más; y al que no tuviere, aun lo que tiene le será quitado.
For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have abundance, but from him who doesn’t have, even that which he has will be taken away.
Ich bin nackend gewesen, und ihr habt mich bekleidet. Ich bin krank gewesen, und ihr habt mich besuchet. Ich bin gefangen gewesen, und ihr seid zu mir kommen.
Y al siervo inútil echadle en las tinieblas de afuera: allí será el lloro y el crujir de dientes.
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Throw out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
Dann werden ihm die Gerechten antworten und sagen: HERR, wann haben wir dich hungrig gesehen und haben dich gespeiset, oder durstig und haben dich getränket?
Y cuando el Hijo del hombre venga en su gloria, y todos los santos ángeles con él, entonces se sentará sobre el trono de su gloria.
When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
“But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory.
Wann haben wir dich einen Gast gesehen und beherberget, oder nackend und haben dich bekleidet?
Y serán reunidas delante de él todas las gentes: y los apartará los unos de los otros, como aparta el pastor las ovejas de los cabritos.
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
Wann haben wir dich krank oder gefangen gesehen und sind zu dir kommen?
Y pondrá las ovejas á su derecha, y los cabritos á la izquierda.
And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Und der König wird antworten und sagen zu ihnen: Wahrlich, ich sage euch: Was ihr getan habt einem unter diesen meinen geringsten Brüdern, das habt ihr mir getan.
Entonces el Rey dirá á los que estarán á su derecha: Venid, benditos de mi Padre, heredad el reino preparado para vosotros desde la fundación del mundo:
Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Then the King will tell those on his right hand, ‘Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
Dann wird er auch sagen zu denen zur Linken: Gehet hin von mir, ihr Verfluchten, in das ewige Feuer, das bereitet ist dem Teufel und seinen Engeln!
Porque tuve hambre, y me disteis de comer; tuve sed, y me disteis de beber; fuí huésped, y me recogisteis;
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
for I was hungry and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you took me in.
Ich bin hungrig gewesen, und ihr habt mich nicht gespeiset. Ich bin durstig gewesen, und ihr habt mich nicht getränket.
Desnudo, y me cubristeis; enfermo, y me visitasteis; estuve en la cárcel, y vinisteis á mí.
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
I was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came to me.’
Ich bin ein Gast gewesen, und ihr habt mich nicht beherberget. Ich bin nackend gewesen, und ihr habt mich nicht bekleidet. Ich bin krank und gefangen gewesen, und ihr habt mich nicht besuchet.
Entonces los justos le responderán, diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, y te sustentamos? ¿ó sediento, y te dimos de beber?
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
“Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink?
Da werden sie ihm auch antworten und sagen: HERR, wann haben wir dich gesehen hungrig oder durstig oder einen Gast oder nackend oder krank oder gefangen und haben dir nicht gedienet?
¿Y cuándo te vimos huésped, y te recogimos? ¿ó desnudo, y te cubrimos?
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
When did we see you as a stranger and take you in, or naked and clothe you?
Dann wird er ihnen antworten und sagen: Wahrlich, ich sage euch: Was ihr nicht getan habt einem unter diesen Geringsten, das habt ihr mir auch nicht getan.
¿O cuándo te vimos enfermo, ó en la cárcel, y vinimos á ti?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
When did we see you sick or in prison and come to you?’
Und sie werden in die ewige Pein gehen, aber die Gerechten in das ewige Leben.
Y respondiendo el Rey, les dirá: De cierto os digo que en cuanto lo hicisteis á uno de estos mis hermanos pequeñitos, á mí lo hicisteis.
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
“The King will answer them, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
Und es begab sich, da Jesus alle diese Reden vollendet hatte, sprach er zu seinen Jüngern:
Entonces dirá también á los que estarán á la izquierda: Apartaos de mí, malditos, al fuego eterno preparado para el diablo y para sus ángeles:
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Then he will say also to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels;
Ihr wisset, daß nach zwei Tagen Ostern wird, und des Menschen Sohn wird überantwortet werden, daß er gekreuziget werde.
Porque tuve hambre, y no me disteis de comer; tuve sed, y no me disteis de beber;
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
for I was hungry, and you didn’t give me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink;
Da versammelten sich die Hohenpriester und Schriftgelehrten und die Ältesten im Volk in dem Palast des Hohenpriesters, der da hieß Kaiphas,
Fuí huésped, y no me recogisteis; desnudo, y no me cubristeis; enfermo, y en la cárcel, y no me visitasteis.
I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
I was a stranger, and you didn’t take me in; naked, and you didn’t clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
und hielten Rat, wie sie Jesum mit List griffen und töteten.
Entonces también ellos le responderán, diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, ó sediento, ó huésped, ó desnudo, ó enfermo, ó en la cárcel, y no te servimos?
Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
“Then they will also answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’
Sie sprachen aber: Ja nicht auf das Fest, auf daß nicht ein Aufruhr werde im Volk!
Entonces les responderá, diciendo: De cierto os digo que en cuanto no lo hicisteis á uno de estos pequeñitos, ni á mí lo hicisteis.
Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
“Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Most certainly I tell you, because you didn’t do it to one of the least of these, you didn’t do it to me.’
Da nun Jesus war zu Bethanien im Hause Simons des Aussätzigen,
E irán éstos al tormento eterno, y los justos á la vida eterna.
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
