Y los que pasaban por allí lo insultaban y escarnecían, meneando la cabeza y diciendo:

Y los que pasaban, le decían injurias, meneando sus cabezas,

And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,

Those who passed by blasphemed him, wagging their heads
