Dieser aber antwortete: Es ist geschrieben (Es steht geschrieben): Nicht aufgrund von Brot allein wird der Mensch am Leben bleiben (leben, lebendig sein), sondern aufgrund jeden Wortes, das herauskommt (hinausgeht, sich verbreitet) durch den Mund Gottes.

Mas él respondiendo, dijo: Escrito está: No con solo el pan vivirá el hombre, mas con toda palabra que sale de la boca de Dios.

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
