Mateo 4

Allora Gesù fu condotto dallo Spirito su nel deserto, per esser tentato dal diavolo.

ENTONCES Jesús fué llevado del Espíritu al desierto, para ser tentado del diablo.

E dopo che ebbe digiunato quaranta giorni e quaranta notti, alla fine ebbe fame.

E il tentatore, accostatosi, gli disse: Se tu sei Figliuol di Dio, di’ che queste pietre divengan pani.

Y llegándose á él el tentador, dijo: Si eres Hijo de Dios, di que estas piedras se hagan pan.

And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”

Ma egli rispondendo disse: Sta scritto: Non di pane soltanto vivrà l’uomo, ma d’ogni parola che procede dalla bocca di Dio.

Mas él respondiendo, dijo: Escrito está: No con solo el pan vivirá el hombre, mas con toda palabra que sale de la boca de Dios.

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth.’”

Allora il diavolo lo menò seco nella santa città e lo pose sul pinnacolo del tempio,

Entonces el diablo le pasa á la santa ciudad, y le pone sobre las almenas del templo,

Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

e gli disse: Se tu sei Figliuol di Dio, gettati giù; poiché sta scritto: Egli darà ordine di suoi angeli intorno a te, ed essi ti porteranno sulle loro mani, che talora tu non urti col piede contro una pietra.

Y le dice: Si eres Hijo de Dios, échate abajo; que escrito está: A sus ángeles mandará por ti, y te alzarán en las manos, para que nunca tropieces con tu pie en piedra.

And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down, for it is written, ‘He will command his angels concerning you,’ and, ‘On their hands they will bear you up, so that you don’t dash your foot against a stone.’”

Gesù gli disse: Egli è altresì scritto: Non tentare il Signore Iddio tuo.

Jesús le dijo: Escrito está además: No tentarás al Señor tu Dios.

Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Di nuovo il diavolo lo menò seco sopra un monte altissimo, e gli mostrò tutti i regni del mondo e la lor gloria, e gli disse:

Otra vez le pasa el diablo á un monte muy alto, y le muestra todos los reinos del mundo, y su gloria,

Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

Again, the devil took him to an exceedingly high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.

Tutte queste cose io te le darò, se, prostrandoti, tu mi adori.

Y dícele: Todo esto te daré, si postrado me adorares.

And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

He said to him, “I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”

Allora Gesù gli disse: Va’, Satana, poiché sta scritto: Adora il Signore Iddio tuo, ed a lui solo rendi il culto.

Entonces Jesús le dice: Vete, Satanás, que escrito está: Al Señor tu Dios adorarás y á él solo servirás.

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Then Jesus said to him, “Get behind me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and you shall serve him only.’”

Allora il diavolo lo lasciò; ed ecco degli angeli vennero a lui e lo servivano.

El diablo entonces le dejó: y he aquí los ángeles llegaron y le servían.

Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and served him.

Or Gesù, avendo udito che Giovanni era stato messo in prigione, si ritirò in Galilea.

Mas oyendo Jesús que Juan era preso, se volvió á Galilea;

Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;

E, lasciata Nazaret, venne ad abitare in Capernaum, città sul mare, ai confini di Zabulon e di Neftali,

Y dejando á Nazaret, vino y habitó en Capernaum, ciudad marítima, en los confines de Zabulón y de Nephtalim:

And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:

Leaving Nazareth, he came and lived in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali,

affinché si adempiesse quello ch’era stato detto dal profeta Isaia:

Para que se cumpliese lo que fué dicho por el profeta Isaías, que dijo:

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,

that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying,

Il paese di Zabulon e il paese di Neftali, sulla via del mare, al di là del Giordano, la Galilea dei Gentili,

La tierra de Zabulón, y la tierra de Nephtalim, camino de la mar, de la otra parte del Jordán, Galilea de los Gentiles;

The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;

“The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, toward the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,

il popolo che giaceva nelle tenebre, ha veduto una gran luce; su quelli che giacevano nella contrada e nell’ombra della morte, una luce s’è levata.

El pueblo asentado en tinieblas, vió gran luz; y á los sentados en región y sombra de muerte, luz les esclareció.

The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.

Da quel tempo Gesù cominciò a predicare e a dire: Ravvedetevi, perché il regno de’ cieli è vicino.

Desde entonces comenzó Jesús á predicar, y á decir: Arrepentíos, que el reino de los cielos se ha acercado.

Or passeggiando lungo il mare della Galilea, egli vide due fratelli, Simone detto Pietro, e Andrea suo fratello, i quali gettavano la rete in mare; poiché erano pescatori.

Y andando Jesús junto á la mar de Galilea, vió á dos hermanos, Simón, que es llamado Pedro, y Andrés su hermano, que echaban la red en la mar; porque eran pescadores.

And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

E disse loro: Venite dietro a me, e vi farò pescatori d’uomini.

Y díceles: Venid en pos de mí, y os haré pescadores de hombres.

And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”

Ed essi, lasciate prontamente le reti, lo seguirono.

E passato più oltre, vide due altri fratelli, Giacomo di Zebedeo e Giovanni, suo fratello, i quali nella barca, con Zebedeo loro padre, rassettavano le reti; e li chiamò.

Y pasando de allí vió otros dos hermanos, Jacobo, hijo de Zebedeo, y Juan su hermano, en el barco con Zebedeo, su padre, que remendaban sus redes; y los llamó.

And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.

Ed essi, lasciata subito la barca e il padre loro, lo seguirono.

E Gesù andava attorno per tutta la Galilea, insegnando nelle loro sinagoghe e predicando l’evangelo del Regno, sanando ogni malattia ed ogni infermità fra il popolo.

Y rodeó Jesús toda Galilea, enseñando en las sinagogas de ellos, y predicando el evangelio del reino, y sanando toda enfermedad y toda dolencia en el pueblo.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

E la sua fama si sparse per tutta la Siria; e gli recarono tutti i malati colpiti da varie infermità e da vari dolori, indemoniati, lunatici, paralitici; ed ei li guarì.

Y corría su fama por toda la Siria; y le trajeron todos los que tenían mal: los tomados de diversas enfermedades y tormentos, y los endemoniados, y lunáticos, y paralíticos, y los sanó.

And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.

The report about him went out into all Syria. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.

E grandi folle lo seguirono dalla Galilea e dalla Decapoli e da Gerusalemme e dalla Giudea e d’oltre il Giordano.

Y le siguieron muchas gentes de Galilea y de Decápolis y de Jerusalem y de Judea y de la otra parte del Jordán.

And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.

Great multitudes from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from beyond the Jordan followed him.
