Habéis oído que se dijo a vuestros mayores: No matarás; y que quien matare será condenado a muerte en juicio.

Oísteis que fué dicho á los antiguos: No matarás; mas cualquiera que matare, será culpado del juicio.

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

“You have heard that it was said to the ancient ones, ‘You shall not murder;’ and ‘Whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’
