Sammelt euch nicht Schätze auf der Erde (auf Erden), wo Motten und Fraß (Holzwurm, Wurmfraß) †sie verschwinden lassen (zerstören, vernichten) und †wo Diebe einbrechen und stehlen.

No os hagáis tesoros en la tierra, donde la polilla y el orín corrompe, y donde ladrones minan y hurtan;
